The hotel was in very poor condition. The pool area, especially for the children, had mold all over the walls and was very run-down. The maintenance and upkeep are very poor. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff; they were very nice. The television did not work. While the hotel itself has potential, the maintenance is very lacking and it is neglected. For the money we paid, it is definitely unacceptable."

The location was at a major street and we had to take a cab to go to the bazar and Mosque for sightseeing. We arrived on a Monday, which apparently is the day the hotel spa is closed for maintenance. The pool closes at 5pm. The breakfast was very good. My daughter forgot a recently purchased Lululemon dress. The hotel did not contact us about the forgotten item. Only after we contacted them 2 days later, they confirmed that her dress was left behind. The hotel was very uncooperative to send the item to our next location in Bodrum. My daughter also forgot a sweater at Ayasoluk Hotel in Selçuk and they immediately send the sweater via bus to Bodrum at no charge.
