Remodeled Balboa Island Gem- 129 Opal B home

Overall I was pleased with the property and the location. My issue was the TV and cable service. It took 3 days to resolve and the property management was too slow to react.

Property was mostly clean and in a fantastic spot, had some stains on sheets and whatnot but overall great stay.

Location was great, area was quiet yet convenient to amenities. Rental agency was very communicative.

We loved our 10 day stay. Location is 1 block from the bay front and ferry, and a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. The upstairs unit was very fresh, clean, and updated. Deck gets great morning sun. The grand kids loved the bunk beds. Garage parking is very valuable on the Island (but extra tall vehicles won’t fit). Property manger was very responsive and immediately solved a problem we had with the heater. We use Balboa Island as our base for Disneyland- it’s only a 20 minute drive if you use the carpool lane. Spectacular area with plenty to do. We’re coming back to this unit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked this rental. It was fun to walk around balboa island, to the ferry just a minute or two away, and the patio was nice to sit outside and bbq. I would definitely stay again!
