The room is good, but the breakfast is quite disappointing compared to the reputation of the hotel. There is nothing around the hotel.

The staff are friendly and all speak English. It seems like the best hotel in the city of Hai Duong, but the facilities are old. The carpet on the floor of the room was too dirty. But it's 3.5 stars and maintenance is clean. The hotel is still under construction and there's no mood at all because there's no proper cover. It's quiet because there are no guests
