Had a great time! Owner was helpful to answer any questions. We brought our boat and had a blast on the water. If your looking for seclusion this is not a secluded area but good neighbors around all enjoying water.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Whiskey Business. The pictures don’t do it justice. Sitting on the covered dock was relaxing and the hot tub with a view of the water is heaven. The home itself is well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well stocked and the on-site BBQ pit was perfect for grilling steaks. The host was attentive with great communication and fast responses to any questions. He even invited us over for gumbo! We will definitely be back!

Very clean and awesome house situated on canal/bayou. Private dock allows for great fishing and kayaking-caught tons of fish and saw a few gators while kayaking. Host was attentive and easy to communicate with-the house was great!!

Everything this was just as listed. We loved that it was right off the water and was able to fish. The kitchen and bathroom was well furnished with everything you might need for your stay. The bed was comfortable. The whole place was very spacious. The view out the windows and from the dock are beautiful. The neighbors are so nice and make you feel so welcome. Stephen was a great host and easy to work with. I didn’t want to leave. It’s a definite top 10 in my book and can’t wait to come back.

Had a great stay!! Relaxing and enjoyed catching cat fish off the dock, beautiful weather for sun bathing, hot tub was a perfect add for cooler nights and mornings! Lots of areas to explore. Went kayaking through the canals and saw a gator!! Don't forget the bug spray--mosquitos were out. So many great things about whiskey business and the extras available to us!!

This property was a unique stay! It is a large beautiful metal building with a spacious living room, high ceilings and kitchen and loft bedroom. It’s right on the water in the canal. We caught a few fish and We enjoyed the quiet time. The host, Stephen, was very responsive to our needs. A must stay!

Place was beautiful and very clean. Everything we need was there. Beautiful area, fished right of pier, caught, catfish, garfish, bass and perch. My grandson had the best time. The owner was very accommodating, will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It is a very unique house that we loved. The house is very clean and decorated beautifully. My son loved being able to fish right off the dock, he caught a few catfish. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. If I need to come back to Louisiana I would definitely stay here again.

We had the most peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay, I think ever. We were only 40 minutes from home, but it seemed like 1,000,000 miles away. Stephen and Holly made us feel so welcome and some of the friendliest people ever. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We will definitely be booking more trips to this property in the future.

Stephen and Holly are the PRIME examples of hospitality. Always checked in with us if we needed anything and offered to take us out to their favorite restaurant. Definitely take their recommendations!Roughly 1hr from NOLA and about 45mins from Baton Rouge, this is the perfect place to have easy access to either bigger city without having to stay in them proper. Easy access to grocery stores and some delicious more local food. Highly recommend!

The location is so peaceful and the house had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. It was a close drive to New Orleans and all the sightseeing we did. We never saw our hosts and they responded quickly to questions we had. It was a wonderful stay!

We took our daughter and her three kids and another grandson to Louisiana to celebrate school being out. The home was great. It was in a perfect spot for the boy to fish. My wife kayaked over into the marshy area. It was a perfect base for our other activities as we drove into New Orleans one day and then on to the Mississippi beaches. We also took a swamp boat road. We recommend Beyone the Bayou. One of the unexpected highlights was Whitehall Grocery. Great, unique selection of foods that all of us loved and very friendly.

Definitely take their recommendations!Roughly 1hr from NOLA and about 45mins from Baton Rouge, this is the perfect place to have easy access to either bigger city without having to stay in them proper. Easy access to grocery stores and some delicious more local food. Highly recommend!

The location is so peaceful and the house had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. It was a close drive to New Orleans and all the sightseeing we did. We never saw our hosts and they responded quickly to questions we had. It was a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time. I wanted peace and quiet, and got just that. It was all I needed. The scenery was awesome, and the owners were amazing also. Very friendly and willing to help if I needed anything. A few stores in the area made it really convenient to grab a few items. I am definitely going back sooner than later.

Extremely quiet I would recommend this place for anyone trying to get a relaxing place to just get away from the hustle of life we had a great time fishing off the dock ac has the ability to freeze you out if that’s the way you like to sleep like we do host was amazing price was right even offered to let us extend our stay but unfortunately we had to return home we will be back again for sure next time for a longer stay

My husband and I cannot say enough about this property, our host and our overall experience. We are already planning to return. Our host Stephen was exceptional, great hospitality and immediate assistance but we really didn’t need anything!!! The canal, swamp and wildlife are unforgettable !!

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Meeting the neighbor, David, and Stephen's cat and dog were all fun for the kids. There was very little traffick on the road which helped make it a peaceful location.
