Only issue we had was with the water they were doing construction the first few hours of us getting there we had no water. Then when the water did come on it was like warm. But other than that everything was great! The staff was super nice and friendly, loved that the ihop is connected and the free breakfast. We did get a refund for our troubles, definitely will return if I’m ever in VA !

I have stayed here multiple times and like this hotel. This time there was some issue with the power and it shut off multiple times over night causing my breathing machine to stop working and the heat remained off most of the night. Still a good hotel for my needs.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was greeted by Shamara at check in and she was so wonderful and professional! All staff we encountered were very nice and courteous and made us feel welcome and comfortable. My only complaints were one of the elevators was out of order so it took awhile for the one elevator and the hallways/elevator were HOT AND MUGGY. I would stay here again though; I was very pleased.

The hotel was reasonably priced, probably since it's about a 15 minute ride to get to the waterfront. There is a nice gym available, and my husband loved that there was a 24 hour IHOP (breakfast available any time!). The room was pleasant, and it was helpful that there was an iron, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker and little frig. The only downside is that there is a shopping center right next door, and was sometimes a bit noisy.

Hotel is clean and pleasant fragrance when you walk in the lobby. Staff( front desk and housekeeping) were friendly and helpful. Two of my family members forgot their toothbrushes which was provided ( complimentary) by front desk staff. Complimentary breakfast was provided by IHOP which was on-site. Breakfast was great.

We checked in on Wednesday and no one to clean our room until Friday. The receptionist told me they don’t clean the rooms everyday, she said every other day. She told me the don’t count the check in day. Unbelievable….you pad $200 per night All staffs are very nice however they have very greedy management.

Would really like someone from this property to give me a call… I was told that the price would be 150 ended up being 200 dollars. Layed down in the bed and there was blood on my pillow and on the sheets. Was moved to another room and was told I would be taken care of. Never happened this is not a representation of Marriott.

This was an excellent hotel with good value. The room was clean and modern with a good refrigerator and microwave. The included breakfast at IHOP was convenient and a nice change from the usual hotel breakfast. The only critique I have is that the lobby smelled bad.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was overall a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Washington, D.C. landmarks, making sightseeing easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. The room was well-kept, and the large TV was a nice touch for relaxing after a day out. The free parking and breakfast were definite highlights and added great value to our stay. However, there was a minor issue with our door holder, which I reported three times, but unfortunately, it was never addressed. While this didn’t significantly impact our stay, I would have appreciated more attention to the request. One thing to note – the plaza across from the hotel felt a little sketchy, so I’d advise being cautious when visiting. On the bright side, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and gas stations were easily accessible. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities for the price. I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area, especially for the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Convenient for a short stay. Right off of 395. Many shops & fast food across highway. IHOP connected although we did not eat there. Close to Washington DC, went to see National Park, less than 20 minutes away. Room clean, area quiet. Water pressure when showering very low. Bathrooms are tiny. Would stay there again for overnight as we did or 2 nights.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The young woman who checked us in was wonderful and engaging. Our room was nice however the bathrooms were super small. I stubbed my toe several times trying to lose the door justvtonuse the toilet. I could also hear the man in the other room hacking and coughing very clearly. My shower experience was amazing. Powerful,hot, i bring my own body wash but theirs smelled lovel. .After our long trip we checked in and rushed back out for dinner reservations. Upon our return my husband mentioned something was missing from our room. We didn't have any seating for him to watch the basketball game. No sofa, chair or table even. That was so far the only inconvenience. It was too late to request one. We were tired. He just sat at the foot of the bed. Breakfast was 7 - 9 at IHop so that was good but not long enough. Ihop is connected to the hotel. Your complimentary options are very limited.

First room that I checked into had hair on the toilet and in the bed upon arrival. Very lovely guest receptionist name Amanda switched me to another room. 2nd room was clean. 2nd day I encountered a front desk agent that was probably the nastiest most unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered in all of my life travels. Absolutely nasty and ghetto attitude. I would have switched to another hotel had I not prepaid for the week. Her bad attitude and mannerisms completely overshadowed everything pleasant about the stay. Another guest that was behind me even commented on that wasn’t the half and how bad her attitude is. I spoke with the manager upon checking out and she was very apologetic and very nice. The agent that was nasty happened to be there when I was speaking to the manager and her attitude was revealed while I spoke to the manager. She continued to interrupt and and cut me off when I was speaking to the manager. This young lady has absolutely no business being in a customer facing position with any company. Had she been my employee she would’ve been terminated on the spot. I absolutely will NEVER stay here again! Ever.

Very lovely guest receptionist name Amanda switched me to another room. 2nd room was clean. 2nd day I encountered a front desk agent that was probably the nastiest most unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered in all of my life travels. Absolutely nasty and ghetto attitude. I would have switched to another hotel had I not prepaid for the week. Her bad attitude and mannerisms completely overshadowed everything pleasant about the stay. Another guest that was behind me even commented on that wasn’t the half and how bad her attitude is. I spoke with the manager upon checking out and she was very apologetic and very nice. The agent that was nasty happened to be there when I was speaking to the manager and her attitude was revealed while I spoke to the manager. She continued to interrupt and and cut me off when I was speaking to the manager. This young lady has absolutely no business being in a customer facing position with any company. Had she been my employee she would’ve been terminated on the spot. I absolutely will NEVER stay here again! Ever.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was overall a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Washington, D.C. landmarks, making sightseeing easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. The room was well-kept, and the large TV was a nice touch for relaxing after a day out. The free parking and breakfast were definite highlights and added great value to our stay. However, there was a minor issue with our door holder, which I reported three times, but unfortunately, it was never addressed. While this didn’t significantly impact our stay, I would have appreciated more attention to the request. One thing to note – the plaza across from the hotel felt a little sketchy, so I’d advise being cautious when visiting. On the bright side, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and gas stations were easily accessible. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities for the price. I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area, especially for the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

This was my first time staying at this location. The convenience to 395 was already a steal for me and with the hotel/staff definitely exceeding my expectations, i will be staying here for my future work trips going forward!

Convenient for a short stay. Right off of 395. Many shops & fast food across highway. IHOP connected although we did not eat there. Close to Washington DC, went to see National Park, less than 20 minutes away. Room clean, area quiet. Water pressure when showering very low. Bathrooms are tiny. Would stay there again for overnight as we did or 2 nights.

The hotel was reasonably priced, probably since it's about a 15 minute ride to get to the waterfront. There is a nice gym available, and my husband loved that there was a 24 hour IHOP (breakfast available any time!). The room was pleasant, and it was helpful that there was an iron, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker and little frig. The only downside is that there is a shopping center right next door, and was sometimes a bit noisy.

we stayed for 4 nights. some of the front desk staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful; some not so. The IHOP breakfast was decent, but the 9:30am cutoff is too early. we ended up paying $50 for breakfast because we showed at 9:40am. Rooms were clean, location was perfect for our stay.

Hotel is clean and pleasant fragrance when you walk in the lobby. Staff( front desk and housekeeping) were friendly and helpful. Two of my family members forgot their toothbrushes which was provided ( complimentary) by front desk staff. Complimentary breakfast was provided by IHOP which was on-site. Breakfast was great.

Property was clean and the room was also clean. The free breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and kind. The only downfall was the area this hotel is in is dirty and questionable if you want a nice surroundings area you will not get it at times scary.

The facility was conveniently located for my travel needs. The room and facility were clean. The staff was pleasant, although my only interaction was with the front desk. They put a $20 security deposit on my credit card and when I asked for it to be returned when checking out was told it will take up to 7 days for the credit to be applied back to my card ... I hope so. The quality of the prepared foods at the free breakfast was poor. That food was horrible, however there are packaged foods such as yogurts and cereals to also choose from. I'm giving this review between a 4 to 5 stars.
