Clean, quiet hotel, with a few issues. Check in closed at 8pm. Reception and all public areas closed at that time, so no bar/ lounge available after that time. Just seems strange that they would close the bar/ restaurant area so early. We had to access our room via a spiral fire escape. Room had a wonderful jacuzzi bath, but please BEWARE. The hot water in the bath is dangerously hot. We guessed something like 70 or 80 degrees C. If you knock the bath filling control when you are in there, you WILL get a painful burn. Tea and coffee making facilities not brilliant. One Earl Grey and one English breakfast tea bag, and a couple of coffee sachets. Sadly no milk provided, even though there was a fridge in the room. In saying all that, for the price, I WOULD stay there again.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Le fait que la chambre ait un accès direct sur le jardin était un plus. Seul bémol, je trouve que le petit-déjeûner aurait pû être plus sains (jus de fruits industriels, youghourts sucrés,...).

Jammer dat de receptie/salon-barruimte om 19:30 dichtgaat waardoor je op je (nietbijzonder ruime) jhotelkamer bent aangewezen,ook jammer dat het ontbijtpas om 08:00 uur smorgens begint. Vervelend als je vroeg wegwil.

un accueil pas tres chaleureux .Une chambre qui ne correspond pas a ce que l on nous propose sur le site (pas de baignoire hors c est ce qui nous avait decide a privilegier votre hotel) une odeur de moisi en entrant dans la chambre (desolee si j ai un odora developpe ) la nuit nous l avons passe dans un trou le matelas n etait pas en bon etat bref nous sommes tres decu pourune fois que nous n allions pas ds une chaine d hotels souvent beaucoup moins chers bref une tres mauvaise experienceque nous ne renouvellerons plus.Hotel a ne pas conseiller.

We absolutely loved staying at Hôtel des Argousiers. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. We were very kindly upgraded as the hotel wasn't sure our older children would be comfortable in the family room bunkbeds. The room was spotlessly clean and the late arrival was easy. It's a great place to stop over on the way to/from the Eurotunnel too. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Lovely little hotel. Very personal touch service and we were made to feel very welcome. We do not speak any French but the reception staff were more than happy to assist and accommodate us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good location for a short walk to the sea front and two restaurants close by. Breakfast was nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

globalement notre séjour c'est très bien passé. accueil agréable ,le personnel est compétant .la chambre donnant sur le jardin est super, nous l'avons montrée à de la famille qui je pense aurons l'occasion de venir chez vous.nous ne manquerons pas de revenir chez vous.

Bediening en personeel was zeker OK, evenals het bed, maar de staat van de kamers laat wat de wensen over. Er waren bv. geen ramen in de kamer, wel een glasdeur die kon geopend worden naar de tuin, maar daar liep iedereen voorbij en was dus ook geen optie om 's nachts open te laten om wat frisse lucht binnen te krijgen. Tevens geen airco op de kamer.

Tea and coffee making facilities not brilliant. One Earl Grey and one English breakfast tea bag, and a couple of coffee sachets. Sadly no milk provided, even though there was a fridge in the room. In saying all that, for the price, I WOULD stay there again.

un accueil pas tres chaleureux .Une chambre qui ne correspond pas a ce que l on nous propose sur le site (pas de baignoire hors c est ce qui nous avait decide a privilegier votre hotel) une odeur de moisi en entrant dans la chambre (desolee si j ai un odora developpe ) la nuit nous l avons passe dans un trou le matelas n etait pas en bon etat bref nous sommes tres decu pourune fois que nous n allions pas ds une chaine d hotels souvent beaucoup moins chers bref une tres mauvaise experienceque nous ne renouvellerons plus.Hotel a ne pas conseiller.

We absolutely loved staying at Hôtel des Argousiers. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. We were very kindly upgraded as the hotel wasn't sure our older children would be comfortable in the family room bunkbeds. The room was spotlessly clean and the late arrival was easy. It's a great place to stop over on the way to/from the Eurotunnel too. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Jammer dat de receptie/salon-barruimte om 19:30 dichtgaat waardoor je op je (nietbijzonder ruime) jhotelkamer bent aangewezen,ook jammer dat het ontbijtpas om 08:00 uur smorgens begint. Vervelend als je vroeg wegwil.

I had mixed feelings about this place. Except for the generous breakfast, it felt a combination of rigid and stingy. They charge EUR 8 extra for parking, when there is no street parking, and there is a gate (always closed) so it is inconvenient even at check in and check out. Inexplicably, they entirely close the reception area which includes a place to work and the indoor common areas from 12 to 3pm, and do not allow you to be even there then, and the wifi in the rooms is weak. There is not enough outdoor seating (and no shaded seating) for the number of rooms, which are configured so that you have to leave your outside door open with a curtain for privacy to get any air into the room. Unfortunately, the smokers' area is close enough to the rooms that you end up getting their smoke, and people with little situational awareness talk loudly while walking past. The rooms have few amenities. There is a mini fridge shared among all the rooms in the hall.
