Lovely house & garden but needs extra sofa in lounge area to accommodate the number of guests staying. Some beds and mattresses need to be replaced as everytime you turn over it creaks and disturbs nights sleep. Other than this we had a great weekend, children thoroughly enjoyed rope swing. Ideal house and great space for our family, 6 Adults and 5 children.

Really clean, warm and comfortable, good Internet, TV, nice garden, good parking.Only slight drawback not enough seating in sitting room. Perhaps another small sofa.Overall it's very good value and we will use it again for a family gathering.

The house was very suitable for what we booked it for . Very spacious property However the 2 downstairs bathrooms do need looking at and the outside decking areas where beginning to look tired and some of the wooden chairs are tired and dangerous Overall the house served our purpose But before very long it will need a spruce up and deep clean

Overall it was a good property in terms of space for 12 people and location.The property does need a bit for a refresh as it looks a bit tired.The beds are extremely uncomfortable, most of us struggled to get a decent nights sleep. I would urge the host to replace the beds ASAP.

Overall the property was very good and met our needs. The facilities were fine except one downstairs shower room had no ventilation and smelt mouldy after use. The garden and shed needed some attention. We had a very happy time.
