Happy Life Memories Hoi An Hotel & Spa

Buffet breakfast was replaced with à la carte which you had to order the night before. The restaurant wasn’t open and few places close by to eat. Maintenance was being done but understandably as is still end of low season. Staff are very courteous and friendly which is the best part of the hotel as well as the price. Short Grab to Old Town or A Bang beach. Also Lin at the spa was very good.

Breakfast was adequate. Eating dinner was a challenge as the hotel is between the town and the beach with few dining options in the neighborhood.

It's not necessarily the hotel's fault but the other guests were loud and annoying. I thought the location would be great but it wasn't close enough to the beach to be that convenient and it was either a long walk or a Grab ride to old town.

WiFi was very problematic

Hotel was well presented. Manager was very helpful and assisted with early check in and arranged a driver for us which made our stay much easier.
