Wonderful! Claude was most responsive and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment had everything needed for our small family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). I thought we would use the kitchen more, but not needed with all of the bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and small markets all in walkable distance. Closest station has 3 lines.

Good sized studio with just about everything you might need and a super sweet host. We had some hot days while in Paris and got to take advantage of the air conditioner. It also came in handy when people were smoking in the courtyard and we had to close the windows due to my daughter's asthma. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The apartment is exactly as advertised and within easy walking distance of three metro stations and multiple bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The hostess speaks English and is easy to work with. We absolutely recommend it, but there are a few considerations to take into account.There is a nightclub of some sort a few buildings down. The windows in the apartment are double-paned, and provide excellent sound-proofing, but the noise might be an issue if you want them open. That said, we slept with the windows open and were not bothered by the noise. Unit is one floor up; no lift. Not great if you have large/heavy suitcases. Bathroom is compact; shower stall is only about 30” square, and fixtures intrude into that space. Not for the super-sized. The street itself has almost no traffic and is generally very quiet. It’s clean, but the area is functional, not Paris Postcard Chic. It makes an outstanding operating base from which to access the rest of Paris.

We enjoyed our stay, location was excellent. We were not able to use the kitchen to the extent we expected as the stove top was not operational, at least we were not able to figure it out. Comfortable stay suited us just fine.

This place was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to Europe. Claude, the host, is very sweet and helpful with any questions. The apartment is very charming and spacious for 2 people! The washing machine and air conditioning were VERY much appreciated and needed during our 6 day stay! If we ever come back to France we would stay here again! Thank you!

A caution for seniors with bad knees or backs: the stairs up to the first floor are very narrow and spiraled and especially challenging with luggage. Also a small suggestion to Claude. A pod coffee maker would be much more convenient than the French press.

The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It is at walking distance from many tourist attractions and are metro stations very near. The host is very responsive. The only thing we did not like so much is that the apartment is in a very old building on a second floor and there is no elevator (important to consider if you have large luggage like we did)

Claude was very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for our stay. The studio is within close walking distance to the metro stations which makes it easy to reach all the places you may wish to visit. The only downside was the smell of sewage that emanated from the kitchen sink. I’m sure this can’t be helped with the plumbing in these old buildings but it was rather unpleasant and diminished our enjoyment of the studio. It’s quite an old apartment and very basically fitted out but we found it adequate for our needs.

L'hôtesse était bien accueillante et réceptive à notre bien-être, cependant le logement est dans un vieil édifice. Au 2ème jour (de 7), on a aperçu un mulot durant la nuit et malgré les efforts de l'hôtesse qui a tenté de résoudre la situation, le problème existait toujours à notre départ. Au prix moyen de 177,80 Euros par nuit (291 Cnd) qui n'est pas à négliger, on croit important de le noter. Merci!

The host was wonderfully helpful and this apartment was exactly as advertised! It’s a great location for visiting all the best sites in Paris, convenient to several metro stations, and easily walkable to many highlights. Comfortable, clean, with a friendly and helpful host!

The landlord did her very best to get an adequate air conditioner installed. It was much needed & appreciated. The floors throughout were far from clean. You should see my sox! The bathroom pipes along the floor were filthy. The area did not feel safe as there were many homeless around. Only 1 towel was provided per person. It couldn't be washed & dried in time for another shower. I don't we will ever use VRBO again.

My husband and I stayed at Claude’s studio apartment for 3 nights during the Paris Olympics. Claude made us feel most welcome, showing us in and giving lots of tips for the local area. The area felt safe, clean and very well connected to public transport. There are convenience stores, bakery, coffee shops and lots of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was clean, convenient and a perfect base for us to explore Paris and get to Olympics venues. Thank you Claude!

This apartment provided us with the real Paris experience with a close by Boulangerie, Easy access to the Metro, and a person who sleeps on the stairs. The studio was clean & showers were hot. This apartment was absolutely wonderful for a small family to explore all the places Paris has to see. Super easy walking access to the rail system. The perks of the apartment were it’s ease of access to so much! The only complaint was the sofa bed as it wasn’t great for ailing backs. The host was absolutely charming and helpful.

Eine Wohnung in einer sowohl ruhigen als auch lebendigen Viertel /Strasse. Die Wohnung geht auf den Innenhof und ist deshalb ruhig.Für zwei Personen ist sie schön geräumig. Die wichtigsten Dinge sind alle vorhanden. Gefehlt hat uns, dass man vom Bett aus das Licht nicht ein-oder ausschalten kann. Man muss dazu aufstehen. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.
Eine Wohnung in einer sowohl ruhigen als auch lebendigen Viertel /Strasse. Die Wohnung geht auf den Innenhof und ist deshalb ruhig.Für zwei Personen ist sie schön geräumig. This flat in the heart of Paris is true to the liating. The host was fabulous and gave great recommendations. It is close to everything, literally 5 minutes to three different Metro stations, and walking distance (within 1 mile) to most of the major landmarks in Paris! Cafés in this area are numerous! The bed was comfy, the sleeper sofa, not so much. Would probably be fine for kids, but adults on the sleeper sofa was a bad plan for me. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Ein sehr schönes Appartment in superzentraler Lage mit toller Umgebung in Laufdistanz. Ein sehr nettes Willkommen durch Claude mit vielen Infos. Zu viert ist es kuschelig, aber für uns (Paar mit zwei Teenagern und Hund) völlig in Ordnung. Zu zweit sicher ideal.

Claude was a superior host. She was very passionate showing us the map in the area. Love our 4-night stay. Lots of boulangerie and dining options in the area. Close to buses and metro lines. Will definitely come back again in the future.

The booking, communication, check in and check out we're all excellent. The location is great for exploring Paris using the Metro. I am more interested in function over luxury and this place provided great value. This was my first VRBO.

l'emplacement est super dommage le propriétaire. Mon séjour était de 6 à 9 et il m'a écrit un mail le 8 au matin alors que nous étions au Louvre, menaçant et en très mauvais état de porter les valises au palier pour ne pas avoir quitté l'appartement. J'ai appelé pour lui dire que je m'étais trompé de date et aucune excuse. Seulement que c'était son erreur et qu'elle avait du mal à gérer sa colère. Nous y sommes allés parce que nous n'étions pas calmes et qu'ils avaient emballé toutes nos affaires et les avaient mises dans des sacs poubelles. Nous étions avec 2 filles de 5 à 10 ans. un propriétaire dangereux. Si je n'entre pas en contact pour clarifier son erreur, nous aurions tout sur le palier sans être avertis par téléphone ou quoi que ce soit. Il n'y a pas de droit à ce que vos biens soient touchés de cette manière. ensuite j'ai tout fait par mail avec elle pour qu'il y ait une trace de tout ce qui s'est passé. Je ferai une réclamation formelle a HomeAwey.

I notified the owner immediately, at which time she acknowledged that this has happened before. however, the previous family felt sorry for him. Unsure how this was helpful. Our family went out, thinking this would resolve. Nope! Upon my return, someone had tried to break in. The doorlock is metal and someone had slashed the door attempting to break in. The owner was notified. She stated I was over reacting. I immediately moved. I was not refunded the nights stay because I was over reacting.

The apartment is exactly as advertised and within easy walking distance of three metro stations and multiple bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The hostess speaks English and is easy to work with. We absolutely recommend it, but there are a few considerations to take into account.There is a nightclub of some sort a few buildings down. The windows in the apartment are double-paned, and provide excellent sound-proofing, but the noise might be an issue if you want them open. That said, we slept with the windows open and were not bothered by the noise. Unit is one floor up; no lift. Not great if you have large/heavy suitcases. Bathroom is compact; shower stall is only about 30” square, and fixtures intrude into that space. Not for the super-sized. The street itself has almost no traffic and is generally very quiet. It’s clean, but the area is functional, not Paris Postcard Chic. It makes an outstanding operating base from which to access the rest of Paris.

We enjoyed our stay, location was excellent. We were not able to use the kitchen to the extent we expected as the stove top was not operational, at least we were not able to figure it out. Comfortable stay suited us just fine.

This is a wonderful location for a short stay. Metro and trains in easy walking distance, close to the Seine, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and still nice a residential feel near food markets and corner restaurants.

From the very moment of booking the studio to the moment of arrival Claude made sure that we were properly informed and wonderfully attended, she was waiting for us at our arrival and guided us through all things we needed to know about her place and the neighborhood, she is an amazing host and we strongly recommend this studio apartment.

The location is exceptional, and close to 3 metro stations. Claude, the hostess, was exceptionally helpful, and met us personally and gave suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The unit however was very rustic. There were drainage issues in the shower, and there was an odor in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable.

Das Quartier ist sehr schön zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, da es in einer wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße liegt. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Und die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr herzliche Dame

Our host was very kind and considerate of our arrival time and that means a lot! She even gave us recs for places to eat and where to buy groceries! The property was close to everything and we had no trouble getting around and getting daily needs. All in all we had a great time!
