Nice safe area. Easy parking. Well lighted parking lot at night. Rooms are clean and comfy. We requested a ground floor room close to an exit and the staff accommodated. They actually read your requests when you make reservations through the Travelocity app! They are actually happy to see you when you check in. We’ll be back for sure!

The property had an unusually nice pool area and outdoor areas behind the hotel with seating and shaded areas. There was also a bar with comfortable seating in the area. We were there during the eclipse and it was easy to meet people and socialize.

Loved this hotel. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Pool was a bit small but it's was cute and the water was clear. My husband loved the decor. Reasonably priced and convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly. The room had mildew in the corners of the bathroom and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned to my expectation. There was a dirty towel from a previous guest under the sink and the shelves were full of dust/dirt. This is normally my go to spot when I visit but I was a little disappointed this time.

Everything was nice and clean. My only concern was a few big roaches(dead) located in the hallway and in front of the elevator. I also found a small roach(alive) as I was packing to leave. I never had any food in the room at all, but overall great stay.

Definitely the best hotel in this price range we’ve ever stayed at and better than most higher end establishments we’ve stayed in. Extremely clean everywhere not just the room. EVS were prompt and did an excellent job in the room while we were there. The breakfast had many options as well as hot items that were well attended and tasty. The staff were all to a one friendly and helpful. Gave you the impression they enjoyed being a part of group who were more family than employees. Would recommend staying here and we will every time we are I the area! Just excellent!

Beautiful property with gorgeous rooms. I was so impressed with the room I had to double check our rate. Thought there was no way we were getting this room for such a great price. Very spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The room cooled well and the shade kept the room dark. Also great breakfast options. Don’t forget your Texas waffle!

Spacious room, clean room and bathroom. Spacious bathroom. Quiet area and minimal traffic. Bed was amazing, very comfortable. Spoke with manager and receptionists, all very polite. Stay was pretty good. I did report that thermostat wasnt working after gwtting in the room. A short time later a gentleman let himself in to our room to reset the heater. I guess he may have knocked but we didnt hear that because of the noise in the room next to us from some teenage boys.Kinda creeped us out and put a damper o. our stay there.

The staff was amazing. We were always greeted with a smile and a "Hello, how is your day going today. Can I help you with anything?" There was always water available and a plate of wonderful cookies on the counter. The breakfast was nicely done, well stocked, very clean area for dining.

In general the property is very good. But I booked because there were BIP benefits. Which was very good because I needed to get into the hotel before 3:00 pm so I could arrive on time To the event that I came, which did not happen like that. In short, everything went wrong. And all thanks to the employee who denied me benefits and she was also very rude. After what happened I do not plan to book at this hotel again.

super clean, beds clean and cozy, friendly staff at breakfast however desk staff aren’t on the same page about policies and procedures. would definitely stay again if i needed to pass through again. just could do better vacuuming/mopping…hair on the floor. ~~room was HUGE also

What friendly staff at the Clarion point in Sulphur Springs -really nice people. Victoria was so pleasant when I checked in and throughout the stay as well as Lenny and the nice man who worked at the kitchen area in the morning at breakfast it was lovely thank you so much. We traveled with a large group in a wedding party and everybody was so happy with the hotel and the staff. Thank you.

We had quite a wait to check in but it was explained he was busy helping someone. Hopefully you can hire some help. The room was great. Breakfast could have been better. The hasbrowns and biscuits were dry and there was no gravy for the biscuits. Bar could be open later but still overall, it was a great stay.

Nice safe area. Easy parking. Well lighted parking lot at night. Rooms are clean and comfy. We requested a ground floor room close to an exit and the staff accommodated. They actually read your requests when you make reservations through the Travelocity app! They are actually happy to see you when you check in. We’ll be back for sure!

This is an older property with some upgrades for sure. Our room was clean, nice & spacious. The front desk attendants were so FRIENDLY & HELPFUL!! I really appreciated that! Breakfast options are decent. Location convenient to lot of places to eat. Good stay!

Wonderful hotel close to downtown square. Delicious hot breakfast. Really comfy beds in a large clean updated room. Front desk was very courteous. Would def stay again!!

All-around nice place to stay. Zero complaints and very happy with my visit. I would ask for a room in the back of the hotel due to road noise the next time I stay.

The staff was amazing. We were always greeted with a smile and a "Hello, how is your day going today. Can I help you with anything?" There was always water available and a plate of wonderful cookies on the counter. The breakfast was nicely done, well stocked, very clean area for dining.

Beautiful property with gorgeous rooms. I was so impressed with the room I had to double check our rate. Thought there was no way we were getting this room for such a great price. Very spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The room cooled well and the shade kept the room dark. Also great breakfast options. Don’t forget your Texas waffle!

Our room was very clean, bed was comfy and everything was in great condition. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, gravy and biscuits, cereal, waffles, yogurt and fruit. The outside pool area was beautiful with tables and lounge chairs to use. The only downside was the slight traffic noise in the roadside room.

The staff was top notch. Very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great for a free breakfast. Rooms were clean. Coffee was awesome. I would recommend and stay again.

Spacious room, clean room and bathroom. Spacious bathroom. Quiet area and minimal traffic. Bed was amazing, very comfortable. Spoke with manager and receptionists, all very polite. Breakfast was included and buffet style. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! Will be booking again when in town to see family.

The front check in staff was extremely kind and welcoming. They dont charge any holds for incidentals which is a plus. The shower needs to be cleaned better, there was dirt or mold in the creases of the tub. I feel like there could be better complementary toiletries. There wasn't any body wash, just hand soap, so be sure to bring your own body wash. Breakfast was good. There was a storm the night we stayed so when we went to the pool the next morning there were a lot of leaves and bugs in the pool that they didn't clean before opening. I would stay again, but at a cheaper rate.

We made a run south and booked this hotel approx 6 hours in advance. Front desk staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was nicer then expected for the price we paid. Breakfast was included and tasted good. The one thing I good point out is the silicone at the base of the shower walls needs to be either cleaned better or replaced. Not gross just yellowed
