Everything was great! Only issue was there was nobody at the front desk to check in for 15 minutes. It was a little annoying to stand there waiting. Other than that, the place was great!

Rooms were very big, spacious, clean with comfortable bed, linens, and pillow pillows.

Unfortunately, the room we were assigned did not meet expectations for several reasons. We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which resulted in a significant amount of water leaking from under the shower curtain across the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile also showed signs of neglect, including loose tiles and missing grout. Additionally, the shower head holder was broken and held in place by a hair clip. The furniture in the room was in poor condition; the bed was uncomfortable and needs replacement, and the couch had holes in the fabric. Furthermore, the hot tub downstairs was quite small and barely functional. Regarding the amenities, we found the breakfast to be very basic and underwhelming. Finally, I was disappointed by the $5 daily parking fee. There was no verification process, such as collecting vehicle information or providing a parking tag, which made the charge feel unnecessary. Given the nightly rate, the quality of the accommodations was not satisfactory. I hope you will look into these maintenance and service issues.
