Room was ok but it was one bed for 3. Which i didn't reserve. No open spaces after hours. Which it was uncomfortable.

The room was great and the building was good location and good security but my experience was poor. Upon arrival (after the 3pm check in) i was told room not ready so eventually got it at 4.30pm. Then they tried to charge $2 to access the building! I was exhausted from fight delays and this was poor experience. Once in the room the safe was not working and they wanted me to wait in for them to come over when I only had 1 day in Bogota. Very very poor customer experience
