Jademay Airport Hotel

Do not stay here! The young man at the front desk tried very hard to be helpful but the “boss” refused. The hotel did not book the airport shuttle as promised. The room was blistering hot and when I asked for a simple sheet to sleep under instead of a heavy duvet, the manager refused. The water in the shower never got hot at night but was ok the next morning. The whole area is dirty and sketchy. Grab doesn’t even deliver food here and there is almost nothing close to walk to and eat. I stayed here to be close to the airport but next time I am in Hanoi, I will stay at a real hotel and ride ten minutes longer to the airport. My whole trip to Vietnam for two weeks was so perfect except for this sketchy “hotel”. Zero stars!

Easy access to airport with free shuttle. Big room. Comfy bed

Great airport area hotel. No Frills. Good price. Just don’t plan on getting anything to eat in the area if you check in later in the evening .

all great, so close to the airport, the room was a bit chilly. the amenities are newly build
