The villa is situated in an exceptional location close to the City Centre of Copenhagen providing breath-taking 180-degree panoramic views of the sea Approximately 20 meters from the water, the house offers marvellous vistas of the sea. The wide, sandy beach and magnificent coastal scenery with impressive dunes and stretches of sandy beaches for miles on both sides. This will create an unforgettable experience for walks on the beach and on the other side of the beach you can walk for miles into the forest. The two-story stone house is located on a secluded area, sheltered plot with the sea as its neighbour, providing 380 m² of living space and a range of facilities for an extraordinary holiday experience. There is an outside comfortable seating area, and a large terrace on both sides of the villa. The colours in the house are of magnificent bright white and cream to add calmness to the atmosphere with large glass windows in all rooms offering a complete view of the sea and garden. Outdoor amenities include a playground with ample sitting areas and soft ball areas for children and adults. There are lots of lovely trees and you will be awaken by lovely birds in the morning.
