We were very happy with our room. It was very nice, comfortable beds and compared to other hotels we stayed at in the past we were very pleased. Staff was very friendly and took care of any needs we had.

The outside looks so run down the rooms were updated however our 2 night stay both nights the fire alarm went off multiple times and no apology ever from the staff. Honestly would of left second night if it hadn't been so late at night. The whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes they tried to use wall plugs to help the smell it didn't. My boyfriend said the place smelled like raw sewage. 0 out of 10 is our review we will never stay there again ever

They are remodeling so the smell of paint was very strong and gave us headaches. There were dust and paint chips everywhere on the floor. The heater that kicked on every five minutes all night long sounded like an industrial fan. The fire alarm went off multiple times at 2am and the building smelled like cigarettes. The staff were unsympathetic and became defensive, caring more about making sure everyone knew it was not their fault rather than showing concern for the comfort and safety of their guests. They put us in a room facing the road when they had rooms on the other side available. The sound of trucks and sirens blasting past our window was extremely loud. The only reason we stayed there was to get some sleep. We got zero sleep. Very disappointed and wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The entire property was filthy. The hallways, stairwells, and common areas were all dirty and poorly maintained. The entire first floor smelled strongly of weed, which immediately made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. As we walked to our room, all we could hear were screaming babies and crying kids, and there were shoes and personal items left outside multiple rooms. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. When we finally got into our room, it was just as bad. There was a noticeable black film on the bed and sheets, which made it completely unusable. On top of that, none of the charging ports in the room worked. I went to the front desk calmly to address these issues, simply hoping for a resolution, but was met with immediate hostility. The staff seemed defensive and almost like they were looking for an argument rather than trying to help. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth staying and left to find another hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
