Lower any expectations. It literally had the greetings from Super 8 sign in the bathroom still. There isn’t an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases good luck on the stairs. The free breakfast was so bad we laughed and left and went to IHOP. Beds were fine, but the room smelled musty. The no smoking was in effect in May 2025, you can smell the areas they use to allow it.

Easy checkin but was assigned a room on the second floor. The facility didn’t have an elevator. My wife and I are in our 70’s and recently had knee replacements. We went back to the front desk and they put us in a room on the first floor. We headed lots of heavy footsteps above us into the evening and then again starting at 4:30 am.

Very nice and clean for the price. Rooms appear to be newly renovated. Completely breakfast was adequate for the cost of the hotel.

Hotel was supposed to be non smoking. Could smell smoke throughout. Son with allergies couldn’t even stay. Had to stay somewhere else. Blankets and top covers on beds very, very dirty. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

The room had a stale cigarette smell, Continental Breakfast was subpar, and was never cleaned by housekeeping (2 night stay), Staff did recognize my request for additional pillows.

Sheet were dirty and stained. Had to get new ones from the front desk. When we changed sheets found that the mattress cover also had a bunch of stains. Took about 10 min before we had a hot shower.

The hotel needs to be updated!! We had to move rooms because the room smelled like old musty cigarette smoke. Then the room we moved to smelled musty, the tv remote wasn’t working, so we had to have the young man come in to fix it (3 times). We had no bath towels and had to go ask for them. The young man at check in was very helpful. Checkout I go ad to wait for him to come inside from smoking.

This hotel is a great stop. I ended up going through 2x it was so great. Clean, remodeled and really comffy beds. Great pool/hotub and the staff is amazing and very friendly. Great stop for Memphis area>

The rooms were outdated. The remote did not work and there was not an iron and ironing board therefore I could not iron my clothes. I will not ever stay here again! The front desk staff was nice though.

Decently priced, believe the hotel used to be a super8 but it’s in decent condition. I’ve stayed here a few time and haven’t had any problems. Quiet hotel, staff has never given me any issues and they are nice,no strange smells, gas stations right across the street with easy access to the highway. It’s not the most up to date hotel but it is pretty good if you’re trying to save on cash! Would recommend.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel had a strong smell of marijuana throughout, which was unpleasant right when I walked in. My room was extremely humid and everything felt damp, making it uncomfortable to relax. Despite the hotel advertising a continental breakfast, there was nothing available even at 8 a.m. on a Sunday morning. On top of that, check-in took over 20 minutes, even though I had booked my room a month in advance. Overall, the experience was frustrating and I would not choose to stay here again.

Room was really clean and the staff is amazing! The man at the front desk is extremely nice and he always let's us check in early. It's a smoke free hotel now and that's a plus so it doesn't smell like cigarettes. They have truck parking available as well so that really helps out since we're truck drivers.

Honestly I want to write a good review, but after you leave the main entrance that is renovated and looks nice you enter into a hallway that smells of cigarettes. That only gets worse when I got in my room. I thought I would have got used to the smell but I feel like I started tasting it. When i woke up i Still smelled the cigarette smell. Even our bags smelled when we left. Room was okay. Clean but maybe a bit musty? There was a cigarette burn on our blanket. The breakfast wasnt worth it, though the gas station across the street has Good options. I don't know how this place is rated above an 8? I'd give it Max 7.5 for affordability mostly.

The room had a stale cigarette smell, Continental Breakfast was subpar, and was never cleaned by housekeeping (2 night stay), Staff did recognize my request for additional pillows.

Its ok. Just a rebranded Super 8. No elevators. Nothing spectacular. Breakfast wasnt refilled, so it looked picked over.

We stayed for two nights. The property is ok, plenty of parking and its quiet. Nxt door is a couple of restaurants, for me they were not good. The hotel itself is ok, pool was ok and staff was very nice. Room had a little smell to it but not bad, showers were terrific. Room was clean. The bathroom only had 1 towel so had to get more. The alarm started chirping told the front desk nothing was done about it so we took the battery out. My only complaint is the bed, they were not comfortable, by the time we left my back was hurting so bad, I was very sore. So that was my experience. Oh and the complimentary breakfast was frozen biscuits n drinks so don't expect anything else.

The room was what I expected, the beds were clean, but the bathroom looked like it hadn't had a good scrub down in a while (or it was just stained) and there was a tiny hole in the wall over by the window. The overall room had a humid vibe but given it's the middle of August wasn't bad. The floors had that general dampness feeling when they are shampooed and don't have good airflow to fully dry. The receptionist was very nice and got us into our room quickly. The breakfast was minimal, but I did go down near the end of breakfast. Overall like a 5.7/10 personally.

The room was very clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. My favorite part of the stay was definitely the hot tub—it was so relaxing! The parking lot was also very spacious, which was a big plus. My only suggestion would be to have a few more breakfast options, but other than that, everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!
