The first room I was assigned smelled of cigarettes and drugs. The door didn't close properly, and I didn't feel safe, so I asked for another room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They kindly assigned me another room. This room didn't smell, and it felt safer because it was near the courtyard and not in the back parking lot. However, there were roaches climbing on the walls and running across the floor. Needless to say, I did not rest at all. I actually took videos and pictures of the roaches to tell the staff. I was on high alert. Overall, my experience was poor. There is a beautiful courtyard, a lovely pool and wonderful staff. They serve a hot breakfast (I had no interest once I saw the roaches), and they are very conveniently located. The bottom line is that I don't want to share my space without my consent- no roaches for me!

I had a really great stay at Suburban Studios Harvey – New Orleans. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. The staff was friendly and made check-in smooth, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere after long days out in the city. The location was convenient for getting around New Orleans while still feeling calm and safe. Overall, a solid experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The overall stay was okay because I’m a very simple person. My main drawback was the cleanliness. The room had a moldy smell and the bathroom had stains with mold and gunk. I didn’t take any pictures but it’s something that needs attention. Also, the breakfast didn’t have some of the food (yogurt, orange juice) and it wasn’t replaced. If they want better reviews, that should be addressed.

Behind the seats, there was dirt in the tub and Hair dirty towels on the floor cracks on the floor the bed head hair and dirt on the sheets. The refrigerator was dirty. It also had dirt in Hair in there. They said they could not move me to another room or refund my money

Hotel was not as expected it’a just a fancy motel. Hotel room was dirty floor was dirty upon arrival and the bathroom shower locked like it was not scrubbed. House keeping did not consistently clean out room during our four day stay despite us asking them too. Hotel breakfast was poor and lacked options. Only good thing about this place was that if u walk three minutes to the left it’s this really nice taco shack that we ate at. T

The rooms smelled like mildew pretty bad. Had to go buy a plug in air freshener. They did not change or stock nothing in the rooms had to ask almost beg for it. Did have a stove and full fridge in room with microwave.

I firstly want to say thank you to the staff for their hospitality. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. All staff that were there during my stay are greatly appreciated. Ok so basically you get what you pay for. So now I wasn’t expecting 5 star amenities or room. I still had some issue with the rooms cleanliness. There was an old soap bar inside the shower, the fridge was dusty, towels brown, sheets dirty, and the sink had hair in it. The amenities for the coffee pot in the room have an expiration date of 05/2009. First night there the lights went out several times, some issue with the a.c/heat unit. That really bummed me out bc I was prepping to leave the room to celebrate my bday but couldn’t due to the lights being out and maintenance needing access to the room. If you are one of those people that like a nice room, don’t book here. If you just need a place to rest your head for cheap, this is your spot. Just bring your own personal towels, sheets, and etc The hotel is also next to a corner store, lq store and another store across the road. Store next door sells food so that’s convenient. Hotel also offers breakfast which came in clutch.

The breakfast was only available from 6-9am which most hotels stay open until 10am. There were fights outside of my hotel room at 3 in the morning. The facility was dirty, the room was worn out. The sheets had red stains on them. The keycard kept resetting.

To start, we got a non-smoking room and was told there would be a $150 cleaning fee for smoking of any kind. For 1 we don't smoke because were both allergic to the smoke and when we asked about it, we were shrugged off and ignored. The room was full of cigarette smoke and obviously wasn't cleaned. Secondly the front desk didn't want to give us any more towles when we asked and didn't bring any more the whole time we stayed there. We understand that people are busy but when we see the staff not doing anything at all it's just frustrating. Also, nobody wants to really use the same towel 4 days in a row.

Breakfast ends at 9 when most places on the weekend ends at 10. Had water come in room either from storm or ac. But the beds was comfortable. And the 50 fee sucks wasn’t made aware of it. They withdraw it quickly but have to wait 4-5 days for return not fair

First, I was called on five different occasions prior to my trip & cancellation date asking me “if I was coming?” This was very annoying! Secondly, upon arrival we discovered the room was not up to safety standards. We immediately informed the desk services, only to be told that there was “Nothing” that they could do.

I had a really great stay at Suburban Studios Harvey – New Orleans. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. The staff was friendly and made check-in smooth, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere after long days out in the city. The location was convenient for getting around New Orleans while still feeling calm and safe. Overall, a solid experience and I would definitely stay here again.

it was good. The room was clean. The Wi-Fi was good They have a good taco place down the street it looks kinda sketchy but the hotel is a good place nothing was happening seemed very calm it just LOOKS a little scary

Hotel was not as expected it’a just a fancy motel. Hotel room was dirty floor was dirty upon arrival and the bathroom shower locked like it was not scrubbed. House keeping did not consistently clean out room during our four day stay despite us asking them too. Hotel breakfast was poor and lacked options. Only good thing about this place was that if u walk three minutes to the left it’s this really nice taco shack that we ate at. T

The first room I was assigned smelled of cigarettes and drugs. The door didn't close properly, and I didn't feel safe, so I asked for another room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They kindly assigned me another room. This room didn't smell, and it felt safer because it was near the courtyard and not in the back parking lot. However, there were roaches climbing on the walls and running across the floor. Needless to say, I did not rest at all. I actually took videos and pictures of the roaches to tell the staff. I was on high alert. Overall, my experience was poor. There is a beautiful courtyard, a lovely pool and wonderful staff. They serve a hot breakfast (I had no interest once I saw the roaches), and they are very conveniently located. The bottom line is that I don't want to share my space without my consent- no roaches for me!

The breakfast was only available from 6-9am which most hotels stay open until 10am. There were fights outside of my hotel room at 3 in the morning. The facility was dirty, the room was worn out. The sheets had red stains on them. The keycard kept resetting.

The overall stay was okay because I’m a very simple person. My main drawback was the cleanliness. The room had a moldy smell and the bathroom had stains with mold and gunk. I didn’t take any pictures but it’s something that needs attention. Also, the breakfast didn’t have some of the food (yogurt, orange juice) and it wasn’t replaced. If they want better reviews, that should be addressed.

We stayed here on a budget trip to NOLA. We had low expectations, but overall, this motel was decent. There was a bad smoke smell in my room that was not taken care of. The guy at the front desk tried to tell us we couldn't eat in our room. Other than that, the stay was what we needed. If you want a decent breakfast, bring cookware and more food because breakfast is only waffles and bread.

Breakfast ends at 9 when most places on the weekend ends at 10. Had water come in room either from storm or ac. But the beds was comfortable. And the 50 fee sucks wasn’t made aware of it. They withdraw it quickly but have to wait 4-5 days for return not fair

For example, they didn’t mention the $50 deposit anywhere—it only said the balance of $204.78 was due at the desk. The breakfast was very basic, with just waffles, cereal, and muffins. On the positive side, the hotel was quiet and served its purpose since we only needed a place to sleep. I had to change rooms because of the smoke heavy cigarette smell . The second room smelled of heavy smoke as well and had a cigarette burn mark on the AC which I took a picture of and showed the receptionist. They charged me 20 dollars because I checked in early . I smashed a huge roach on the wall which I have pictured as well . Power kept going out my last night and had to keep calling the front desk for them to turn the power back on as I’m packing for the airport I almost missed my flight back home . The most horrendous, horrible experience I’ve ever experienced. I’m definitely seeking a full refund. Don’t not recommend at all . Not even for the homeless. Staff was very rude , the breakfast bar didn’t have half of what was said to be available. The pictures online are definitely a catfish , rooms look old & run down in person .

Room was clean, randomly got hit with a deposit chargein person after paying online way ahead of time, ($50 on top of $220 btw). Other residents were loud and fighting all morning and night, got bothered almost immediately by a random person... At least the inside of the room was as described.

It's a low end MOTEL/EXTENDED LIVING property. Not a Hotel that you would choose to stay in on vacation. I was shown two sketchy rooms before a refund was initiated. Both rooms they tried to have me pay for were visibily dirty full of spiderwebs and dust. I had to take videos to ensure my refund. The second room they moved me to supposedly had someone finishing "cleaning" up when I walked in on her. The sink still had someone's hair in it and trash was still in the garbage. The first room smelled like mildew and felt damp. The unpleasant older male technician told me that was pretty much normal, and I was expecting to much. Needless to say, I'm waiting for a refund because I could not subject myself to that type of enviornment. I felt as if I would've had my first experience with bedbugs, and I couldn't chance it. The only semi-positive feedback I have is; the front desk clerk Ms. Lauren (I believe that was her name) was annoyed possibly by the guest before me or the lock outs she was coordinating, but she stayed professional and courteous while working with me. I believe she understood that enviornment was not conducive for me. They definitely should stress what type of MOTEL they are. It was a major waste of my time.
