Never again. The room cleaness was substandar - the room stinked, the forniture was dusty, the kitchen dirty and floors sticky. The kitchen was unsuable - it is not minimally stocked and additional $60 are necessary to get the minimal kitchen gear, not including cleaning supplies nor coffee makers. Also, if you read that the place is an “hotel” that offers toiletries, it is innacurate. It is not an hotel- for $97/night you get a place to sleep with a wc and shower, stove/microwave and fridge ( no closets). Shared areas like elevator stinked of cigarettes. We end up leaving one day earlier, loosing money rather than enduring one night more.

No breakfast thats why we booked here was for the breakfast, laundry 3.50 to wash and 3.50 to dry. STAFF WAS AMAZING, FRIENDLY, CAREING AND JUST MADE YOU FEEL AT HOME. TRACY WAS SO HELPFUL, SAME WITH DJ AND JESSICA. I CANT REMEMBER THE OTHERS NAMES BUT THEY ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

No breakfast thats why we booked here was for the breakfast, laundry 3.50 to wash and 3.50 to dry. STAFF WAS AMAZING, FRIENDLY, CAREING AND JUST MADE YOU FEEL AT HOME. TRACY WAS SO HELPFUL, SAME WITH DJ AND JESSICA. I CANT REMEMBER THE OTHERS NAMES BUT THEY ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms itself were a little out dated compared to other extended stays I have been to and you did have to pay extra for linen changes and items to use the kitchen.

Easy access from neighboring areas. Very slow wifi - No vending machine if you need a quick refreshment or food bar and candy. No one is cleaning our room. Soap and shampoo is very cheap or old.

The rooms were clean. But what they don’t advise is that they charge to use the cooking supplies that are advertised. I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but NEVER have been charged. I was frustrated about that! It was $20 for pot, pan and utensils. Then it was another $17 for ONE plate, ONE bowl, ONE spoon and fork. I chose not to spend this extra money, so it made my “extended stay” less inviting.

There is nothing good to say about this property. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. You had to fill the toilet yourself if you wanted to flush it because the tank didnt fill. The TV didnt work. The air conditioner didnt work. Despite all of these issues, we didnt even have the option to switch rooms because the entire time we were on the property, there wasnt a single employee on site.

The room is like a college dorm room. It was large but spartan. The only amenity was one bar of soap and four bath towels-no hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen was bare. One person in our group couldn’t get the shower to work, and there was no one working the front desk to help. We checked out a day early, even though we paid for the second night. The staff was friendly. Avoid staying here!

I feel the cleaning staff does the best they can with the condition of the units. Front counter gal DJ and mgr on staff were great! Our room was at the end of the hall and whatever was going on caused a vibration that would come and go. Would wake us up.

I stayed for two nights while visiting the Chicago area. Clean sheets, hot shower, quiet location off the expressway. Plenty of stores and restaurants within miles of the hotel. The kitchen area in the room was a nice addition if you’re looking to cook a hot meal. The breakfast was limited but overall the stay was a good experience.

Well, not all the lights worked. They didn’t have complementary coffee or tea. The phone was like greasy. My key card stopped working to let me in the building It was a quick response from staff to get me in and get me a new card The person on the phone was super friendly. Was very professional. All the Desk agents were great

The staff at the front desk always welcomes me and offers any assistance I may need u.e. A luggage dolly, kitchen tools for my room, or just friendly banter. I always stay at this location when I travel in the area. Can’t beat the price, convenience or location.

I can't tell you about my stay because when I arrived at the hotel at 1 am with a confirmed reservation, THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS!!! So at 1 in the morning with early morning business meetings the next day, I had to find a new hotel. INEXCUSABLE, HORRIBLE, COMPLETELY WORTHLESS.

I can't tell you about my stay because when I arrived at the hotel at 1 am with a confirmed reservation, THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS!!! So at 1 in the morning with early morning business meetings the next day, I had to find a new hotel. INEXCUSABLE, HORRIBLE, COMPLETELY WORTHLESS.

The only thing that was strange is that in the morning no one is at desk . I dropped off keys around 7:30 am and front desk closed , they just switched over to no breakfast service that day

Staff was friendly at check in other then that had no interaction with them my choice. Had coffee and some muffins in the mornings. room was on 3rd floor facing 355 nice view I liked it anyway. Close to everything I wanted to do.

I stayed for two nights while visiting the Chicago area. Clean sheets, hot shower, quiet location off the expressway. Plenty of stores and restaurants within miles of the hotel. The kitchen area in the room was a nice addition if you’re looking to cook a hot meal. The breakfast was limited but overall the stay was a good experience.

The breakfast was really poor compared to other places. Breakfast bars in small muffins just don't cut it. Can probably get a better breakfast out of the machine.

Staff were cordial, friendly and helpful. Room was good with comfortable beds. The included "breakfast" was really a letdown - more of a snack if that.

The hotel for weekend prices, it's expensive. A not very nice place, people drinking in the parking lot, the entrance smelled bad, but I'm going to give credit to the cleaning of the rooms 👌 9, They offer you breakfast and it turns out they are dispatch machines.

The room we stayed in needs renovation, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was very poor, only coffee, muffins and oatmeal.

The only thing that was strange is that in the morning no one is at desk . I dropped off keys around 7:30 am and front desk closed , they just switched over to no breakfast service that day

Everything was really really good. And here’s what was great, my room faced interstate 55. And if you’re standing outside of the hotel, it’s loud. It’s very loud. But in our room, we honestly could not hear anything! So that is amazing! The lady who checked us in in the evening, she was a white lady maybe late 40s early 50s. Very nice did a great job. The black gentleman who checked us out in the morning was awesome as well! Could not have asked for two better hotel employees! The kitchen itself was a little dated, but we weren’t worried about that since we were only staying there for one night. I guess the only real drawback was it was one bar of soap with no shampoo or conditioner bottle bottles. It would be nice if you guys would put out those little tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles. It would’ve made a world a difference. But other than that, it really wasn’t bad at all. I recommend this place to anybody. And going back to the room, the fact that we cannot hear anything from outside is a major factor and we were in Sedona just a week before that at a hotel that cost three times as much and you could hear everything!

I arrived after front desk closed at 10:00 pm, as did several others. Took 45 minutes for person to come issue room keys. Door to refrigerator had numerous yellow and brown stains. There was no coffee maker in the room, which makes no sense for an “ extended stay” hotel. I asked someone at the front desk if there was a Starbucks nearby - he asked another staff member who said “yes.” I asked where - she said “Google it.” Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, by far.

Was perfect for one night stay, but if you do plan to use the stove you have to provide your own utensils and pans as well as dishes to eat off of.

I was very surprised and disappointed that at Extended Stay you do not get any necessities, like shampoo, body wash, lotion. There is also nothing in the room like a coffee maker or even cups. Not everyone stays there for an extended amount of time. We were there for 3 nights. However, the front desk staff were extremely nice and very helpful, but I will not stay there again.
