Upon our arrival August 28th, everything went from bad to worst. My grand-daughter started to make up the sofa bed before we went out to dinner. There were rose petals under the sofa! Dirty, stained sheets and comforter with body fluids! Three pillowcases were used! Nasty, dirty! Called front desk 3 times, finally they sent a nice lady named name tag Maria, She started vacuuming, and changing sheets & pillow cases. (I have pictures) I have travelled most of my adult life and I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH TREATMENT OR FILTH! AT A HILTON HOTEL. I digressed, sorry. After Maria cleaned and changed the bed. We could not stay in the room! Grand-daughter went to front desk and asked for another room because I was upset! They did not want to give us another room, until

Terrible overnight experience. Our toilet was already malfunctioning at check-in and became completely unusable around 12:30 a.m. The overnight front-desk employee said she would not plunge anyone’s feces and that we had to fix it ourselves because it was “our feces.” I explained that hotel staff had already plunged it that afternoon, tried again myself, and asked to move to another room. She refused to come into the room to inspect the toilet, repeatedly accused us of not trying, raised her voice, and spoke to us very rudely. She refused to move us. We then asked to leave, but she said we would not receive a refund. After 2 a.m., she stopped answering our calls. We had to spend the entire night in a room with an unusable toilet and strong fecal odor. No one came to help the next morning until we called again around 8:30 a.m. A plumber then fixed the toilet using a power snake. The toilet problem was bad, but the overnight treatment and lack of assistance were unacceptable.

Disappointing performance from a Hilton. I prepaid for two breakfasts. The facility was not open to serve patrons on Sunday - no real explanation, no apology and lack-luster concern from the person on front desk on Aug 16th 2026. At least the breakfast was available on Monday morning when we checked out.
