Nice hotel, small room,I was placed on a smoke floor with no option of moving to another floor. Staff very accommodating. Love that it was walking distance to the subway.

Very good location and hotel got good amenities

Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better. No one watch the TV why put it on the tidy desk. Fix it to the wall if needed or get rid of it. For the price they charge I am happy with the stay. One thing also if they can have a separate lounge for people to wait for check in, hang out or smoking is better. So other guests coming back to the hotel do not feel like watched by other guests. Lastly, it is very reasonable price to take taxi to the airport. I highly recommend.

Ocupaba hacer una llamada local y se negaron a prestarme el teléfono👎 Yamato destruyó mi maleta en el trayecto Osaka -Tokyo y solo Miyasaka San fue amable, colaboradora y empática. Para eso necesitaba el teléfono y el staff del otro turno no quiso ayudar. Excelente servicio de limpieza! 👍 Para ser un edificio con algunos años, todo se veía bien cuidado. Un detalle incómodo era la muy alta grada para entrar y salir del baño. Los desayunos: no había fruta, restrictiva dos platos de un tipo y cuatro de otro, limitada, y perdí 3 desayunos pagos porque salimos a las 5am y empezaban a servir a las 6:30am. Poca orientación para el turista. Aunque no parecían muy peligrosas, de la estación al hotel había muchas personas en actitudes sospechosas, sujetos y mujeres invitando a bares. Preferí no salir sola por la noche a las tiendas cercanas. La secadora de ropa requería de 2 horas y media para secar una tanda. No encontramos un servicio de lavado cercano. 3 personas sobrevivimos, pero una cuarta y maletas habría sido muy díficil. Nos gustó el vecindario de día.

Alles was man brauchen kann war in der Nähe, einschließlich einer Bahnstation, wirklich eine tolle Gegend etwas abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt. Das Hotel war auch sehr gut und die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig mit neuen Handtüchern und Bettzeug bestückt. Dinge fürs Badezimmer wurden in der Lobby zum nehmen bereitgestellt.

Clean room and good staff

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station. Unfortunately I will not be rebooking. Although I was on a non smoking floor the entire hallway and my room had the odour or cigarettes.

Nothing could have prepared me for the lack of cleanliness and potent cigarette smell across the entire hotel.

Check-in was fast and easy. The breakfast menu was small but good and healthy. Drink selection was limited but was not bad. The room was small but clean and tidy. Walls are thin so you hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next door were very noisy till late at night. Easy walking distance to the Nishi-Kasai station and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby (sadly most shops close by 10pm).

スタッフの対応も丁寧で、朝食もおいしかったです。施設が古く部屋が狭いが、宿泊費が安いので問題ないです。

家族3人でデラックスツインを利用しました！ベットも2つで十分でしたがソファーベットも用意していただきましたし、広さも十分でした！朝食もしっかり食べれましたしチェックアウトも11時でしたので時間に追われることはなかったです！部屋の外の音が結構聞こえたのが少し気になりましたが総合的にみてかなりお得だと思いますのでまた利用したいと思いました！

客房整潔但有點舊，位置很好在繁榮街道的後面，方便得來又安靜。附近有多間超市，比較像民生的區域，不像遊客區，價錢比較平。唯一不好是出發之前給酒店發的訊息只回覆過一兩次，其他便沒有回覆 ，對於準備行程的話便很差了。

The only thing we can recommend for improvement is to hire English speaking staff since hardly anyone spoke English, excpt one person whom barely spoke English. Unlike MONday premium hotel which entire staff were fluent in English.

チェックインで待たされすぎ　対応が大変なのかもしれないですけど(みんな海外の人) 時間がかかりすぎて一生入れないかと思った。 スタッフの方の対応はよかったです。

The staff are wonderful and friendly! I got a double twin bed and it was comfortable. There’s plenty of dining options close by. There is a Food Mart and 711 walking distance. I love this hotel! I will definitely be back!

Nothing was to much trouble for the staff . Everything was perfect and the fact it was so close to transport made our trip stress free. Highly recommended and good value

Hotel is very close to nishikasai metro station, from which you can easily access other Tokyo areas. Nishikasai area itself has a number of good restaurants and drinking places (one of them open at nights till 7 AM next day). Hotel is very well maintained, staff very nice. The room may seem small, but most other business hotel rooms are of the same design and size.

Hotel vecchiotto con hall piuttosto triste personale non molto attento e poco English friendly, camere con arredamenti un po’ logori e bagni claustrofobici. Buona la colazione e la sala colazione. Dintorni non esaltanti, stazione metro vicina con linea Tozai sempre affollatissima.

En mi reservación tenía contemplado a mi hija de 13 años y al llegar me hicieron un monto extra de 2000¥ por día por que al parecer en mostrador solo cuenta como niño de 6 años para abajo. En tema del desayuno en mi reservación decía incluido y no lo respetaron. Tenía que pagar nuevamente por ello.
