The best hotel in Pattaya, in totalt I have spend about 34 night here - Food is top quality, staff is always on point and bring the best service - fitness is good - pool’s great- perfection 100%

Pillow too soft，the air con into room too noisy. The Italian restaurant in the lobby which taste good and morning buffet is good as well.

The meal at the hotel's first-floor restaurant was extremely unpleasant. First, the dishes were not served according to the set course. Also, the wagyu steak was not actually wagyu. Furthermore, the amount I paid on the bill was different from the amount I received back. I consulted with both the restaurant staff and the hotel staff, but I did not receive a satisfactory answer.

So busy. Full of children. Public holiday so to be expected but buzzers and half hour waiting for breakfast. We didn’t bother going in the end. Evening turndown and tidy sometimes happened sometimes didn’t. Lovely hotel but if full, a nightmare. Probably wouldn’t go back.
