Quality Inn St Cloud West

We were in a large group and had an excellent two night stay here. The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area is very nice and the rooms are fine. Dated but very clean. Very convenient location, things within walking distance. We all agreed we would stay here again!

We fully enjoyed our stay

Hotel and area itself were fine- front desk staff and check in were very short/rude with questions we had about billing.

We had two rooms. Both had maintenance issues. One had a toilet that wouldn't fill with water and a TV remote that didn't function. The other had a shower that wouldn't get hot. Between the two rooms, we had one complete room. When I went to the front desk, I was informed that the hotel was booked and there were no other rooms available. I was also told that the woman could do nothing for me, no one was there that she could send to fix anything and no manager would be in for the next two days. So, I was urged to call and speak to someone later.

Water in shower was lukewarm at best. There was a hole in the side of the tub and around the ceiling fan.
