La struttura e' un boutique hotel (qualsiasi cosa significhi) a conduzione familiare Ha quindi poche stanze molto curate e pulite Ha una bellissima terrazza da cui c'e' una strepitosa vista sulle piramidi che sono molto vicine alla struttura e dove si fa colazione ma dove e' possibile cenare e mangiare a qualsiasi ora cibo ottimo e comunque tutti sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta e esigenza Il personale e' davvero premuroso In particolare mohamed il gestore e' sempre presente per ogni bisogno e per ogni necessita' dal prepararci una box per la colazione la mattina in cui avevamo una escursione per cui uscivamo alle 6 a pagare il taxi per noi perche non avevamo moneta egiziana davvero una figura di riferimento con una dedizione unica e impagabile Le camere che noi avevamo erano state appena finite quindi di fatto nuovissime e questo per noi e' stato molto piacevole La struttura molto pulita Unico handicap e' che non c'e ascensore ma sono solo 3 piani fino alla terrazza e comunque il personale si e' sempre occupato delle nostre valige quindi di fatto non e' stato un problema per noi mentre e' stato piacevole essere in una struttura piccola e sentirsi coccolati

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata davvero fantastica. L'hotel è molto pulito e ben curato, con un design elegante che rende l'ambiente ancora più piacevole. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Inoltre, nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi ristoranti deliziosi dove si può gustare dell'ottimo cibo locale. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno confortevole e indimenticabile.

Once again, leaving this wonderful place absolutely delighted! I am leaving this hotel once again feeling incredibly happy and well taken care of. Every time I stay here, the experience gets even better. First and foremost, a huge thank-you to Alaa. She is wonderfully warm, kind, and so effortless to communicate with. Her constant attentiveness and welcoming smile make you feel right at home from the very moment you step in. Another standout highlight of this stay was Chef Waheed. Having a dedicated chef in the evenings specializing in authentic Italian cuisine is such an amazing touch for this hotel. His pasta dishes are out of this world—cooked to absolute perfection, and you will honestly want to try a different pasta every single evening! Above all, enjoying Chef Waheed’s delicious pasta right in front of the breathtaking Pyramid view is a completely different, unforgettable pleasure. Mornings here are just as special, thanks to the wonderful breakfast service team: Nada, Youssef, and Heba. They are all remarkably friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Starting the day with their genuine hospitality, warm energy, and great service makes breakfast a true joy. A heartfelt thank you to Alaa, Chef Waheed, Nada, Youssef, Heba, and the entire team for making another stay so memorable. I cannot wait to come back again!

Breakfast was exceptional; enjoying a delicious morning spread while taking in a calm, serene view of the Pyramids was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. Whenever I needed to run personal errands, she arranged the quickest and easiest routes so I could travel without hassle. We also joined the riverfront dinner activity with Sarah, and she was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and it was a very nice property. The rooftop view of the pyramids is very hard to beat. However some of the linen and towels did have stains on them at check in which was unfortunate.
