This hotel is a dump, nothing works, breakfast absolutely sucks, no functioning pool, guests throwing cigarette ends over the balconies, loud noises at dinner, uncomfortable beds, the list is endless. This was like the Solana from Benidorm meets Fawlty Towers, only positive thing about it was Caroline the amazing receptionist and was informed that she got sacked.

Staff is excellent. A decent breakfast. Hotel description says there is an airport shuttle but there is not. However the green Titsa San Isidro bus goes directly from TNS to a stop only three short blocks away, costs about €2. Make sure you get off at the San Isidro bus station outside the Hotel Ucanca or else you will wind up an hour away in Santa Cruz.

Edificación vieja, se nota en escala luz de habitaciones, los enchufes daban yuyu para conectar algo. Paredes de papel y nada de insonorización. Anuncian gimnasio y no existe. En resumen, 57€ por noche 1Pax con oferta Hotels.com es un robo, igual la próxima vez busco en otras plataformas.

The room was worn dark, but nicely cleaned. The toilet seat was missing, the one lamp by the bed and the one lamp in the bathroom did not work. There were rust stains in the bathtub and the faucet was loose and the cupboard in the bathroom was full of rot. The door to the bathrooms was so crooked that it could not be closed. We hardly got any sleep as there was shouting and noise in the corridors all night. Horrible hotel, never stay here again, 3 stars and totally over the top, should have 0 or 1 star.

Al check-in, nonostante l’orario oltre le 14:00, ci è stata consegnata una camera completamente disfatta, con letti non rifatti e condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Llegamos y nos informaron que no había ni iba a haber agua caliente en nuestra estancia. Nos dijeron que por una avería, cuando hay urgencias 24h para estos casos. Nos ofrecieron una habitación superior a la que teníamos como “recompensa” por el inconveniente, y según otros huéspedes, todas las habitaciones son iguales y siempre están con el problema del agua caliente. La habitación con mucho polvo, y las toallas que se suponía eran limpias, estaban llenas de pelos largos. Sabemos que es un hotel para lo que es, dormir y poco más, pero creo que por lo menos la higiene es esencial.

Le séjour c’est plutôt bien passé le personel est très accueillant et disponible seulement il n’y avait pas de WiFi ce quil fait Qu’on ne peut pas regarder Netflix ou autre, de plus les Mira était très fin ce qui fait que nous boys versions entendre des autres client et vice versa

Me dieron una habitación que la termine llamando zulo. ultra pequeña y con una ducha horrible que no habia agua tivia, aunque lo arreglaron. Pero la habitación dada a un patio interior horrible de sucio y viejo. una mala experiencia. pague por la habitacion 38 eur dia, pedi cambio a una habitacion mejor y me pidieron por el cambio 40 eur. mas. Cosa que no acepte y me quede en este zulo.

We booked this because our flight was cancelled and didn't want to spend the night at the airport. Whenn we arrived the queue was huge and only 1 staff member on, understandably they probably were not expecting the situation we were all in. The hotel is very dated and we had no hot water but we didnt care, it was 1am and it had been a long day. Wouldnt want to stay there more than a night but is convienant for the situation we were facing.

Hatte für eine Nacht ein Zimmer für mich allein gebucht. Wegen kurzfristiger Buchung (3 Tage zuvor) war offensichtlich der Zahlungseingang noch nicht vollständig übermittelt. Die Empfangsdame (mutmaßlich deutschsprachiger Herkunft) war hier sichtlich genervt. Noch genervter zeigte sie sich, als sie sah, dass mein 5-jähriges Kind und meine Ehefrau auch vor Ort waren, die am Abend eine weitere Reise angingen wollte und mich zu meinem Hotel begleiteten. Es sei eigentlich nicht erlaubt, dass „jemand anderes“ mein Zimmer betreten könne - wurde mir mitgeteilt. Eine kurze Erklärung zum Hotel: Essensbereich, Zeiten usw. wurde darauf schlicht vergessen. Mehr als mangelhaft! Das Zimmer sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ok. Bad mit Dusche in Ordnung. Schrecklich die Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer durch dunklen Hinterhof sowie unzureichend lichtspendenen Lampen. Insgesamt etwas hellhörig. Nous avons choisi de passer une nuit dans cet hôtel en raison de sa proximité avec l'aéroport pour un départ très matinal.Pour cela pas de problème. La station de bus est à environ deux cents mètres et est suffisamment desservie pour ne pas avoir à appeler un taxi.Pour les reste, service vraiment minimal. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est acceptable.Le petit déjeuner est à éviter. J'y ai demandé du beurre pour tartiner le pain mais il n'est pas prévu... Difficile de trouver des restaurants dans les environs. Nous avons opté pour une pizzéria à droite en sortant où nous avons eu un très bon accueil.

However the green Titsa San Isidro bus goes directly from TNS to a stop only three short blocks away, costs about €2. Make sure you get off at the San Isidro bus station outside the Hotel Ucanca or else you will wind up an hour away in Santa Cruz.

Gute Verkehrslage ( Flughafen und Busstation) liegt in einer Seitenstraße, Geschäfte und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Zimmer insbesondere das Bad, bräuchte eine Renovierung und etwas sauberer wäre auch gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr übersichtlich und die eine Angestellte kommt mit Auffüllen nicht hinter her.

I liked the fact that the property was very close to lots of different amenities. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy, doors banging, people shouting, running up and down the corridor. It was very scary, this went on into the early hours of the morning. This place needs at least 2 security persons at the weekend.

El hotel en general es bastante antiguo y necesita una reforma integral. Paredes agrietadas, maderas en mal estado, sin presión de agua caliente en la habitación, puerta de la habitación poco segura. Lo mejor es la localización, muy cerca del Aeropuerto.

I stayed here for one night as an airport stopover. I must admit I do not understand the terrible reviews. Yes the decor in the rooms is basic and a little tired. But the bedding, towels and room was very clean. It’s a 24H reception which is perfect for late arrivals and breakfast is included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style with a great selection. It’s close to the bus stop to the airport and the bus takes 5mins and cost c€2 The little town it’s in has several coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. I couldn’t fault it for an overnight stay If you want 5star don’t stay here but if you want value for money for a short stay, with a friendly service and good surrounding amenities I would recommend
