Pulling into the hotel parking lot was an experience- the whole front parking was at an extreme angle and made it difficult to unload our vehicle. The hotel seemed fine but when we entered our room it was extremely musty and not clean smelling at all. I actually went to CVS and bought Lysol spray and sprayed the entire room and everything in it - to feel clean and to mask the smell. The air was extremely loud and made noises like it was struggling all night. Was very happy to leave the next day and hit the road.

Parking is not adequate for the number of rooms. We checked in and went back into town. Didn't get back to the property until 11:15pm. No parking in the lot whatsoever. I finally squeezed in beside a car and trailer parked at the back of the property. Otherwise, I would not have been able to park. Air Conditioner in room was extremely loud when it kicked in. Just enough to annoy you. Finally, left the property the next morning. Left and item in the room and called the desk. They said they would take my name and number. Also would check lost and found. That ones on me as it was my fault for forgetting it. But personally, I'll stick to the actual Hilton's moving forward. Hotel was clean however and the room was nice. Staff was courteous in person but not so much on the phone. But again, that was my fault. Just don't forget to leave anything behind because its gone if you do.

Very clean and easy check-in/check-out. Convenient parking in large parking lot. I wasn’t thrilled that there was an adjoining room attached to my room. Walls are thin so I could hear the guest in the other room snoring all night long. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but not terrible. Nice room for the price.

It was adequate, but not the best cleaned room- and it smelled strongly of old cigarettes. Otherwise it was well designed, and the service was nice. No EV charging is available here yet though.

Needs a lot of updating, especially for the price of the stay. Bathroom exhaust fan not working, bathroom floors were dirty, ceilings chipping, noticed cracks in windows. Other than that, it’s an average hotel. But it really needs work done to it.

Our shower leaked into the hallway in our first room and we had to be moved into another room. The new room had stains on the furniture. Shown in picures. Lady at front desk was really nice and friendly. The add photos button dudnt work.

The room was nicely set up - but the chairs were filthy ad the bathtub had muddy boot prints in it - the shower only seemed to offer cold water even late at night. The TV only offered cable stations nothing local for news. The evening check-in staff was not as helpful as the daytime staff. It felt like we were interrupting in the evening to get checked in

Beautiful hotel. Very clean with lots of storage for clothing, etc. Breakfast selection was great. Two kinds of waffles, cheese omelets, sausage, toast, pastries, cereals. Convenient to restaurants.

The only issue we had was a non working tv remote. The staff tried very hard to fix it. Not a huge deal and the girls at the front desk were super sweet.

We arrived late after being on the road traveling all day. Leanne (sorry if I misspelled) was on duty at the desk was a true vision southern hospitality. She was kind and very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our room. The Hampton Inn's we have stayed at in the past have always been great and this Hampton was no different. We will continue to use Hampton Inn’s for our travels. Thank you again LeAnne.

The price of the suites are overpriced. We had terrible drainage in bathroom. With problems with sink, toilet and bathtub. When I informed the staff her snide comment was “well no one else has ever had a problem with it and the suite has been booked for the whole month”. Whatever happened to communication? If one doesn’t discuss a problem, however will it get fixed? Also, you will also want to bring your own pillows. I could combine all four and not one. Unfortunately we will not be back.

The staff was the star of our stay. The computer was down and had been down for a couple days. They were clearly nervous and struggling with system while customers stood in front them. You never know when someone will suddenly become unreasonable. They did well, I thought. The place was quiet. What more could you want?

Hotel is rather isolated but was close to where I was working. Room and bed were nice and bathtub extra wide with grab bar. There was a desk that I could work at but had to move the coffee maker to get to the single plug in. Room also had a nice stuffed chair for relaxing but had to move it to access the closet. Breakfast was very basic and I did not enjoy it.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, clean and bright inside, some hot foods available for breakfast. Average value for the price paid. It was difficult to find our way to the hotel in the dark, even with GPS. Entry road was not well marked, and the exterior of the building needed more lighting. Otherwise, we had a pleasant overnight stay.

Hotel is rather isolated but was close to where I was working. Room and bed were nice and bathtub extra wide with grab bar. There was a desk that I could work at but had to move the coffee maker to get to the single plug in. Room also had a nice stuffed chair for relaxing but had to move it to access the closet. Breakfast was very basic and I did not enjoy it.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean with lots of storage for clothing, etc. Breakfast selection was great. Two kinds of waffles, cheese omelets, sausage, toast, pastries, cereals. Convenient to restaurants.

Stayed for one night, June 13th 2026, when passing through from DC to St. Louis. Parking was free and plentiful. The desk staff was helpful but, forgot to give us our complementary waters. Our room was nice and clean and well supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper, facial tissues, towels, coffee maker, coffee pods, creamer, sweetener, cups, etc. The rom was nice and cool but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were much too soft. The hallways and elevator outside the room were hot and muggy. While it was nice to have a hot breakfast, the eggs were rubbery and bland, the chicken sausage was too salty and spicy and the homenfried potatoes were mushy. It was nice to see yogurt cups, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, milk, three kinds of juice, multiple coffee choices and hot tea and hot chocolate available. There was also a waffle station which was a very popular option, as were the mini scones. Overall, our stay was adequate for a one night stay but, in my opinion, the Hilton/Hampton franchise can do better. One caveat that can't be changed by the hotel chain is that there are no restaurants or gas stations at all close to this hotel location. We had to go down the highway two exits, after checking in, in order to get dinner and gas when we arrived in Winchester, KY.
