The hotel had a really bad dead smell in almost most of the rooms. On the first night I switched few rooms and finally find one with little better to sleep. The swimming pool is really full of spiders and small insects. I had mentioned to the front desk and also update the manager Joe. So unfortunately I had to check out after 2 nights as no one is willing to provide the clean pool.

Room was clean. Air freshener is a little overwhelming. Like the vent fan in bathroom and it had an ALARM clock. Property was clean. Lights are out in parking lot and need fixed. Would stay there again.

In the hallway it was very hot, the ice machine were not working, ran out of breakfast at 645 on top of not many choices to choose from. Decent place to stay but would not recommend.

Only one elevator. Ice machine on second floor still broken. Rooms are small but a lot of amenities packed in. Breakfast has limited selection but at least has eggs, sausage, and waffle maker. Also bread and yogurt. Not much more. Fairly well maintained older property.

Property was great for our needs. A couple things were misleading . The breakfast area didn’t have quite as many options as the photos show, and it shows an indoor pool, but doesn’t mention you have to go outside to get to it, and that the building and the pool are VERY cold. Indoor pool leads you to believe it can be used year round!

The hotel staff was very friendly, the breakfast was just okay, I stayed for 5 nights and there was no variety and only a few options. The hotel room itself was very basic which is totally okay, especially given the low price I was paying. But there was rust everywhere in the bathroom, I had to kill a brown recluse spider the first night I was there that was in the bathroom, I found a dead beetle or roach of some sort on day 3 on my bathroom floor, the hand towel had been used prior to me getting my room. Overall it wasn’t the worst room I’ve ever stayed in and it was okay for the price point, but I will be staying somewhere else on my next visit even if it’s a little more expensive

When we got to our room, there was hair left in the shower, there was trash left on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet had not been cleaned, the wallpaper was coming down. If we would've been staying more than one night, we would've left asap. It wasn't worth the $100 we spent!

Room was smallish but ok. Clean and daily service was good. Air conditioner was noisy and even running 24/7 there was high humidity. Breakfast was the usual gags, sausage, cereal etc. including waffle maker. Nothing really bad but nothing special either.

The room and bath were very clean. Thae bed was comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I did not eat breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. The phone did not work. The a/c thermostat was not functioning properly, so the temperature was sporadic.

I don’t understand the high rating. The front desk attendant was really nice. When I walked down the hall to my room it smelled of old carpet that needed to be replaced or cleaned. The wallpaper on the walls seemed to be bubbling up and had been glued down any other places. The ice machine was broken with no sign to suggest otherwise beside being desperately worn & dry. Inside the room was clean but had that same old smell as the hallway. The shower was missing a shower head & it was just a pipe with water that did flow out so at least we were able to shower. If ur only staying 1 night like we were, it’s doable but if you have time to find something better I suggest you do so. These photos & ratings are deceiving in my opinion.

Checked in and was told the price was different and that I had to pay more. Staff said they told expedia their prices changed but that expedia was at fault and wasn’t changing their pricing. A/C wasn’t working, there was a portable A/C unit which we had to fix. It was really annoying to get there and be told we had to pay more, they had the option to not accept bookings through expedia until their prices where reflected accurately, but instead they chose to keep accepting bookings and charge more once you’re there.

Staff was fairly nice. Wasn’t told about a deposit until I got to the facility. So they charged it on top of the price to pay online. Then the next morning saw they tried to double charge. Breakfast was okay. They didn’t leave much toilet paper in the hotel room. We ran out the first night . Overall stay would be rated a 7/10.

Love this hotel and the team that comes along with it. Joe (the manager), Carla, Jose, Hector and the rest of the team are some of the best people you will ever meet and they go above and beyond to accomodate you and truly give you a home away from home experience. This is my staycation spot even though its 26 miles from my home I refuse to stay anywhere else. There is daily hot breakfast, 24/7 coffee and tea, the rooms and facility are always clean, vending and ice machines conveniently located on both floors, wifi that actually works, a nice size in door pool, gym and everything else hotels that cost much more have without the price tag.

Hotel was great. Located in a great location easy to access the freeway, I-59 etc. minutes from the ball fields, shopping, eating etc. Bathroom fixtures need to be updated but other than that the room was quite comfortable and clean.

We had no problems or complaints or delays in our one night stay. Conveniently located to highways and dining options. Clean room, good heat and air. Reasonable priced . Not the top of the line stay , but pretty close if you are on a budget.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you see & smell that the establishment does a good job of keeping the hotel in very good condition. Our room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The Continental breakfast was more than what I expected and the whole process was easy and it was a great value. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Over all the stay was great, the room was big, nice and clean, very comfortable. The only slight mark down was the work out room and equipment were small and out dated. The breakfast was alright but they ran out of bread for the toast and coffee and didn't refill I guess because they stop breakfast at 9:00 however it was only 8:30 and a lot of people were still coming to eat so my advice would be to continue to restock items until 8:55 for any late stragglers wanting to grab something.

Over all the stay was great, the room was big, nice and clean, very comfortable. The only slight mark down was the work out room and equipment were small and out dated. The property was very quiet in its own hidden area which was nice but the pool was not clean or in working condition. The continental breakfast wasn't very good. The staff were friendly and efficient.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn & Suites. The room was very clean and the location was convenient. The free breakfast was delicious, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d gladly stay here again

The property is quiet. The rooms had a stink smell coming from the AC unit. When I told them the vending machine was broken it took our money they didn’t put up a sign stating it was broken. There’s a lot of stores and eateries around the area, which is a plus. They serve complimentary breakfast (gross) runny eggs and sausage.

It’s older but in good shape. It’s quiet after 9, but breakfast sucks. Hardly any options and they only make enough hot food for about 5 people.

The air did not get has cool as I would have liked and because it was an older hotel, there was kind of a musky smell in the room. The smell was almost like a wet.Smell, but we didn't notice any mold or anything like that. The staff was amazing, very nice.They upgraded us to a suite. Because the room we had ordered was not available. I would definitely stay there again.The price was good.Nice clean room. Breakfast left something lacking.

Entrance vestibule smelled of pot. My room overlooked a small courtyard. On the first night was woke up by 7 -8 gunshots within 100 yards. They were off site, but the area is not as nice as it seems. 12am was woke again by people in the courtyard arguing loudly and strong pot smell entering room through the A/C. Second night , repeat the pot and loud talking except this time at 4am. Staff insisted that this happened off property. Total lie, it is the hotel's gated courtyard. Did not get a printed receipt. Staff said since you made the reservation through hotels.com, they have the receipt. NOT TRUE. I paid at the hotel. Always a faint or not so faint pot smell in elevator, rooms, hallways. Courtyard is circled on the image.
