Villa Dolce Vita avec Concierge

The home itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and very well appointed, with high-end appliances, gorgeous views, and an incredible pool that is just as beautiful at night. It is also extremely well stocked with everything you need and more. For clarity, I believe the property is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home.Unfortunately, we had heavy rain during our stay, and the solar hot water system failed. As best as I understand it, the prior tenant may have left the electric backup on, which damaged the heating element. We are from Hawaii and are familiar with solar hot water systems, but this setup seemed more complicated. As a result, we did not have hot water for most of our vacation.There was also a kitchen sink leak into the cabinet below that required three repair attempts. The main inconvenience was one repair taking about two hours during dinner time, making it difficult to use the kitchen.My other concern was communication. There seemed to be multiple people or entities involved with the property, and it was not always clear whom to contact or what role each person had. Responses were sometimes slow.Lastly, my wife was bitten by a small centipede near the pool area. This is common in the tropics, especially after heavy rain, but guests should be aware. Her bite caused pain for about a week and a half.Overall, this is a gorgeous, high-quality property, and under normal circumstances it would easily be 5 stars.

It was perfect for us! The view was amazing! Fully stocked home. It was our home away from home! We definitely will be staying again!
