Meh. It's a place to sleep. Clean enough. The beds are not bolted down. The water was on, Im asuming bc of the cold wather. The person on duty didnt seem to be in much hurry. Not my thing. Maybe if I actually needed an aparment style stay for a month or something. But not for a night or two. Basically no hotel amenities, which is to be expected. It was cheap, clean, and a place to sleep for 4 hour before getting on the road. Not the best but ok for the budget.

WAY overpriced for what you get, which is nothing but a bed. It was going to be for only a night while traveling. No soap for shower. No hot beverage cups. I couldn’t even heat up water, no cups! No lamps of any kind for bedside table. No coffeemaker Absolutely nothing for any kind of comfort. A table lamp is too much to ask for? OVERPRICED for nothing. That’s what bothers me.

At check in, the front desk clerk was missing for about 12 minutes, because she was walking her dog. There were very few amenities in the room..no hair dryer, tissues, hand towels, or coffee. The tub faucet dripped constantly. I couldn’t find an ice machine. There were at least 2 dogs barking continuously on the 4th floor, which I could also hear in my room. The front desk clerk was missing every time I passed by, including when I wanted to check out the next day.

Room smelled funny and gross, there was no toilet paper at all in the restroom. (Wish i realized that before sitting down) i left a small stuffed doll when i first checked out went right back in after a few mins. Stood at reception for 20 mins to get someone to come to the desk. I asked them to get it for me and somehow it had already disappeared and was told to call the next day and have someone check storage. Called the next day and no one would look took another week when i stopped in again and the person still says no. It was a gift for someone special that i couldnt just replace. I like that you cant get past the front desk with put a key though but wouldve felt better if the hinge lock on my room door wouldve worked.

Nothing positive to say except when I came to the front desk on night 1 of my 4 night stay she didn't try and argue or fight. She immediately said I will refund everything. The negatives, Roaches , dirty destroyed refrigerator, tiny rough looking bed with no comfort, 3 cigarette smelly pillows ( didn't use them) sticky floors and a dripping sink. * I was in a hurry to get back to the hospital I didn't really even go in the room at check in, It wasn't till 10:30 pm that I returned. It really needs to be closed and re done, properly cleaned. Unfortunately i had a video not photos so i screen shotted some of my friends there were dozens.

Super clean place, everything looked new! A little sparse, but then again for a business stay (I was in town to cater a wedding) it was fine! Very friendly staff as well - especially the young woman who helped us the morning of checkout.

We had to wait almost half an hour just to check in. The elevator smelled like cat pee. There is nobody at the front desk til 10 on sundays and they dont answer the phone til then either.

The kitchen sink was dripping and making noise all night. I could not get it tight enough to stop. People above me were moving furniture and banging around until 2 AM. No one at the front desk late or early. "Blanket" was more like a sheet than a blanket. I didn\'t like the hardwood floors and no carpet. The bed was comfortable. The tub had no grab bars. I had to leave a day early because of the noise.

Got to the hotel after traveling over 12 hours for the day/ just to get to the hotel, and no one be working the front desk. Waited over an hr before getting ahold of hotels.com who was then able to make contact with the hotel property, who then sent someone to check several guest waiting. It’s unacceptable in all areas. When all we needed and wanted to do was shower, and sleep. Also, keep in mind we had children with us waiting.

When I arrived at the hotel there was no one to help me get into my room. The after hours service was unresponsive. I had no way of entering the building or speaking to an employee. Had to drive 2.5 more hours to my next hotel.

Did not stay there after finding the horrible neighborhood it is in. Was told 3 out of 4 nights would be refunded. Of course refund was not given and when asked about it, they say there is no record of any such conversation.

For the price, this was an excellent no-frills stopover. It's right across the street from a grocery store and would also work well as a lean accommodation for a business trip.

They set the air conditioners so they only burn a certain amount of electricity before they turn off. I'm not one of those people that wants a freezer for a room, but I'd like it a little cooler than 75 when I'm sleeping. When I mentioned this to management and maintenance they lied and said the unit would overheat if they adjusted it rather than just being honest and saying the owner is a tight wad. Also, there is a homeless encampment 20 yards away from the picnic table.

Walking in we passed several people just sitting and standing around property. Smell was horrible. We went to 3rd floor and people were sitting on the floor down the hall. Greasy fried fish smell. Walked in room and it was hot, bugs stuck to sticky traps next to microwave, a sludge on side of fridge. Metal bed frame with a just a thin mattress. No chairs. The shower was leaking thought it was running. We walked out and left. Absolutely do not stay here.

Not clean. AC barely worked, it ran all night to finally get to room temperature. Room was next to staircase, so was constantly woken up by the door slamming starting at 1am until 10am, 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered

You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time. Finally, ask for a room as far away from the stair case or the elevator as possible. I was stuck in a room adjacent to the stairwell and had to listen to the slamming door too much for my liking. People talking in full voice in the hallways, I suppose is not on the hotel but people can be so inconsiderate. I will not subject myself to the same experience again at any price.
