Needs maintenance... Parking lot/entrance needs resurfaced. Building needs fresh paint. Room carpet and sheets were damp. Motel is well located for accessing Fallon restaurants and shopping.

The room was clean and had all I needed. Fridge, microwave, tv, wifi. The only downside was a staircase to the second floor was damaged and wrapped with yellow safety tape. It didn't affect me but was distracting. No noise the three nights I was there.

This place used to be called the budget inn, for a reason --it's VERY basic! But I have stayed here several times over the years, as it is affordable, safe and clean. No coffee maker in the room, but shower has good pressure and hot water and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a few places to eat, and easy parking. I will almost certainly stay here again!

The room was a little dirty; having found a roach in the tub when we checked in. We were tired, however, and the motel was near the highway, so we decided on it. The front desk person was personable; so no complaints there. Parking was adequate. It was close to our room. And for being close to the road, it was relatively quiet.

Good basic motel with low rates, and they have smoking rooms which is a big plus. But no coffee pots in the rooms or lobby - big minus! Need to walk over to McDonalds to get coffee. They should have coffee in at least the lobby, better to have the small pots in the rooms.

The Oasis hotel property feels safe, with large lots for parking off the street. There are two separate buildings. The room was very fresh, mostly clean. Others with rooms can be heard walking along the outside, but not a lot of noise from the next room. The Hotel was not overly full and it was odd that persons were placed directly in the next room. There is not a lot of road noise heard. There are many businesses for shopping and a variety of restaurants and fast food on the main highway just one block away, and they are within walking distance. The hotel is easy to locate. It is clear to see that remoldeling is happening, nice to know the business is concerned. The one concern we had was that the new flooring was very dirty - not seen easily as the flooring is grey and black, but visible on the paper towel I wiped up a spill of water with, and on white socks. I'd be happy to stay here again, when needed. Reasonable cost. The property around the hotel had many weeds. Very nice staff.

Room smelled like a wet dog. Had to leave the door and window open for two days. No extra pillows available and the existing pillow felt like no pillow at all. Pile of junk just outside my room (bicycles and headboards) and trash can wasn't emptied enough to where is smelled terrible, while I was trying to air out the room. Was there two days and no housekeeping! Couldn’t run away from this place fast enough!

Management will make every excuse in the book, tell you theyll clean the room, ours was once in 2 weeks. Worst of all, our entire crew had bed bug bites. Management offered nothing for any of it. Just took the mibey, aaid too vad, and goodbye. Simply out, DO NOT stay here, youd be better off in a tent.

A éviter. Hôtel très décevant. La chambre n'était pas propre, dessus de lit tâché, linges de bains ne sentaient pas bon. Les parties communes et la buanderie sont sales, on dirait qu'ils ne sont jamais nettoyés. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Such a dirty hotel. Tub, toilet and floors aren't clean. Stains everywhere. We got a non smoking room, and still smell smoke. I've stayed at $20 cheap motels in South America, and this is by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere clean.

Worst lodging experience of my life. Bed gave me bruises. Heater made so much noise it couldn’t be used. Other people made noise. Not clean. Refrigerator didn’t work and made noise.

Carpenters would feel right at home with the 350 grit sheets and 150 grit towels, with the bed so hard it doubles as a workbench. But it had instant (really, no wait at all) hot water, and even soft water at that! The only staff member I met was friendly and efficient. There was no port to charge a phone, and there was no outlet for the clock...one had to unplug the fridge if the clock/alarm was called for. Happily the ventilation quickly cleared the overwhelming smoke smell from this non-smoking room. The carcinogenic air wafts up from the smoking rooms below. Finally, the place was overpriced, more than twice what it was worth.

The bed is just terrible. You cannot sleep on it at all. Very tough bed, I’m not actually sure there is there is a mattress on it. I got 2 bruises on my arm and side. Didn’t sleep all 3 nights I was there. There is clean but there is no room cleaning every day when you stay in there. The heater work as loud as a helicopter. Also not easy to fall asleep combined with that bed.

I had a horrible experience with Jason, either an employee or owner. Woke up first morning went to take a shower and no towels. Approx 8:00am. Had to call twice to get someone to answer the phone. Jason was very rude and abrupt with me on the phone. When he showed up at the room, it was not a knock it was a bang on the door. Based on how he was presenting himself I asked if he was having a bad morning. His response was "First thing our office does not open until 10:00am. Also, you just checked in yesterday, why do you need towels? Are you sure there are no towels in there?" My response was I would not have called you if there were and invited him to come in and check, which he did. Unbelievable that he felt like he had to actually go to the restroom and verify I did not have towels. I traveled for 25 years with my company and NEVER had an experience like this one. I would never recommend this hotel??

The office smelled like marijuana so bad it was so disgusting then they put it in a room that hadn’t been cleaned, but then she can put us in the room that has been cleaned but the beds were uncomfortable. Just not a very good experience.

This place used to be called the budget inn, for a reason --it's VERY basic! But I have stayed here several times over the years, as it is affordable, safe and clean. No coffee maker in the room, but shower has good pressure and hot water and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to a few places to eat, and easy parking. I will almost certainly stay here again!

The room was a little dirty; having found a roach in the tub when we checked in. We were tired, however, and the motel was near the highway, so we decided on it. The front desk person was personable; so no complaints there. Parking was adequate. It was close to our room. And for being close to the road, it was relatively quiet.

It was exactly what I expected for the price and for a budget motel. Nothing more nothing less. Fallon is a nice little Navy base town. I felt safe and there were plenty of stores/restaurants to satisfy my needs.

Very low quality place, room & bedding dirty, terrible pillows & old linens, noisy, no outlets to charge personal items. Felt unsafe and trucks in lot next door noisy as hell all night . Will not book again!

This place is close to everything. Coffee shop, great Mexican Food, McDonald's, Walmart, all within a 1 to 2 minute drive. McDonald's is literally right next door a few steps away. No elevator so, be mindful about that when booking you're room.

The Oasis hotel property feels safe, with large lots for parking off the street. There are two separate buildings. The room was very fresh, mostly clean. Others with rooms can be heard walking along the outside, but not a lot of noise from the next room. The Hotel was not overly full and it was odd that persons were placed directly in the next room. There is not a lot of road noise heard. There are many businesses for shopping and a variety of restaurants and fast food on the main highway just one block away, and they are within walking distance. The hotel is easy to locate. It is clear to see that remoldeling is happening, nice to know the business is concerned. The one concern we had was that the new flooring was very dirty - not seen easily as the flooring is grey and black, but visible on the paper towel I wiped up a spill of water with, and on white socks. I'd be happy to stay here again, when needed. Reasonable cost. The property around the hotel had many weeds. Very nice staff.

I felt like I was an interruption to the clerk at the front desk. He was very terse and spoke quickly. the room was good. There were plenty of fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Very friendly and quiet stay. Extremely enjoyable if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax. Staff was more than welcoming and understanding. Right next to every food option. No coffee maker.

Good basic motel with low rates, and they have smoking rooms which is a big plus. But no coffee pots in the rooms or lobby - big minus! Need to walk over to McDonalds to get coffee. They should have coffee in at least the lobby, better to have the small pots in the rooms.

New coat of paint and sink and tub/shower also looked new. Also the towels and blanket looked new.. I think this was a remodeled Budget Inn because the phone in the room had a budget inn name on it

Slept here one night on our way to Lake Tahoe from Vegas. Room was clean and spacious. AC was cold. Self parking is available. I would stay here again if needed.

The room was clean and comfortable,the office staff was great helpful and friendly. It was already cooled in the room before my arrival and amenities were restocked. They had adequate privacy curtains. And all the outlets worked properly. It didn't have a coffeepot.and didn't offer anything for breakfast.the only reason I gave it only a four star. I enjoyed my stay overall.

I booked for a 3 night stay. On the afternoon of day two I noticed a black crawling object on the sheets of the bed. I wrapped it up in a tissue and took it to the office. They said it was a speck of dirt. I told the desk person I was not comfortable staying there and she said she could not refund that nights charge due to company policy. She did refund the following night.
