The staff was amazingly nice and our room was very nice, great size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Thw bathroom was a normal bathroom, hot water, good water pressure. Two things stood out to us, the hallway on our floor didn't look to be vacuumed the 4 days we were there and in the room, there was a lot of dust under the bed. The beds are raised and with us having a small dog with us that could easily walk around under the bed, the dust made him sneeze. It was large dust balls, like it hadnt been swept in a month under there. Pet friendly property was great to find.

Was wonderfully pleased with our stay, staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and even better than pictured online. pricing was perfectly reasonable, and is Pet friendly, which was a plus. beds were comfortable and AC perfectly cooled the room. Numerous outlets plugs available in the room, so if needing to charging laptop along with multiple phones or tablets, it will not be an issue. Location was ideal with available restaurants and fast food nearby, and Hospital is literally a property and a half away in case of emergency. Definitely worth five stars. I Absolutely recommend staying here

We were put in room 110 and the bed had a strong urine smell. We let the front desk know and they moved us to another room and it was an upgrade. The new room was great and clean. They did mention others have complained about room 110 but still allowed people to stay in it which was odd.

The first night upon check in i was given a room on the 4th floor. My aon and opened the doors to what was a filthy room(beds not made, towels on the floors, and dishes in the sink) usually i would have just left the hotel and found something better but due to me not feeling well , i stayed and was given a different room. No discount or nothing but a sorry about that. The bext room was clean but the floors were dirty, i will not recommend to anyone my experience wasnt the best

Room was clean,we were on 4th floor. Theres no trashcans in the room but there is a trash area on each floor with two big cans. Air was great, goes as low as 65. Staff interactions were great as well.

The room was great, very clean, but I did complain about whoever was above me... they were extremely noisy both nights, and it didn't get resolved even after the front desk said that they were going to take care of it.

Staff was fine. Room was good. Had everything as expected. Only drawback for me, is the low water pressure in the shower and the tub shifted a lot and made noise when in the shower. Not a huge issue. Beds were great. A/C was good working order.

Overall, this stay was about what you would expect for the price point. However, the customer service that I received during my stay was disappointing at best. During the entirety of my two-night stay neither my laptop, my phone or my wife's phone could you connect to the internet. We informed the front desk of this issue and they said they would be of no help but gave us a number to call instead. We called this number twice, each time being on the phone for over 45 minutes. Tech support was unable to resolve the issue and largely unhelpful at troubleshooting. We were told they would call us back with a solution, but they never did. I don't know how you be a brand new hotel in 2025 and not offer Wi-Fi to your customers. I even wrote to corporate after my stay and heard nothing back. Spend your money elsewhere and you'll likely receive a much better experience.

The staff was welcoming as we checked in and explained the wifi connection, and breakfast in the morning. When exiting or entering the hotel we were acknowledged and asked if there was anything we needed.

The hotel was new. The room was spotless and the staff was courteous. However, some amenities such as extra towels, and other things that are free at major hotels guests have to pay for at this hotel. The trade off is it next to the hospital and convenient for families that have relatives in the hospital.

The room was spacious, clean and even better than pictured online. pricing was perfectly reasonable, and is Pet friendly, which was a plus. beds were comfortable and AC perfectly cooled the room. Numerous outlets plugs available in the room, so if needing to charging laptop along with multiple phones or tablets, it will not be an issue. Location was ideal with available restaurants and fast food nearby, and Hospital is literally a property and a half away in case of emergency. Definitely worth five stars. I Absolutely recommend staying here

The staff was welcoming as we checked in and explained the wifi connection, and breakfast in the morning. When exiting or entering the hotel we were acknowledged and asked if there was anything we needed.

We only stayed over night after the COTA F1 race. The reception was friendly and the hotel was very clean and smelled pleasant. The complimentary breakfast snacks were a bit lacking but all in all a good experience.

Room - Floors were not very clean. Breakfast wasn’t very good. There was not much of a selection of food items. Hallways needed to be vacuumed and elevator floor had trash on it.

Very clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and awesome customer service. It was very quiet. Very nice ppl in the town of Kyle. There is a hospital very close by and several medical offices too. The parking lot and the hotel is very well lit all around, so it seems like its safe if youre worried abt car break-ins. There is no coffee machine in the room. There was no breakfast just things like yogurt, granola bars. They did have coffee and hot water for oatmeal or tea. They charge $25.00 a day for a dog. It doesnt mention that on hotels.com website.

The staff was kind and welcoming. However, the bed in my suite was supposed to be a king and it was a queen at best. The noise level in the room next to us and across the hall was crazy loud. We did not get a good night's rest and we had to be up at 5:30 a.m. to work. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. No pots, pans, dishes, dish soap. You have to request all of these things. No conditioner, no shower caps. Just letting you know so you can plan accordingly. Breakfast was very minimal. When I got downstairs, there was packets of oatmeal, two oranges in a basket and one packaged muffin. Boiled eggs in the refrigerator. No fresh items like eggs, protein. No juices, just coffee.

This place has very few amenities. No blow dryer in the room, had to go to front desk to get one. At 9 am on Sunday morning when to get breakfast, nothing to eat and no coffee, all gone. Won't be staying here again. Luckily there was restaurants close by.
