TERRIBLE!!!! False advertisement, there is no breakfast. Our toilet did not work, someone came to “fix” it however next time we used it same issue. Customer service sucks, rooms are dirty, overall a horrible experience. Will not be returning, only reason I even bothered staying was because it was only 1 night.

Not only was there limited dining, there was NO DINING even though the site promised there would be. No continental breakfast whatsoever. In regards to the room, the room was clean and it did have a small refrigerator and microwave. Although the bathroom was clean and the water was satisfactory, it was small and a walk-in shower, no tub. Also when going to get the key, the price I had to pay was a few dollars higher than quoted. It was okay for a one night stay.

Bad review: Where to start….I was charged separately, charged for the room then charged for taxes. I paid for a smoking room on and 2nd or 3rd level and ended up with a room on the 1st floor. The staff was rude and didn’t really want to help when I asked for basic needs of the room (towels, toilet tissue etc). The shower BARLEY worked, the AC unit started smoking, WiFi didn’t work, you have to sign into your own accounts on the Amazon TV, the antenna ok the TV didn’t work, house keeping NEVER came until the last day and they just hung around in the next room until we checked out. If anything it’s just a place to lay your head at the end of a day full of fun. Good review: 15 mins from downtown, good mom and pop restaurants around the corner from the hotel, lots of activities within 15-20 minutes of the hotel

I found two roaches running around, the room had an awful smell, the front desk was disorganized and not polite, the water temperature barely got hot and the the tv had maybe 12 channels max. Awful stay

Days Inn by Windham, Richmond Virginia Room was fairly clean. My problem was the lsst might of my stay. A visious storm came,heavy rain and wind. I turned the heat up but nothing happened. The room was freezing cold. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. I had to sleep in my clothes. Thank goodness I was checking out the next morning.

The location was a bit sketchy. Lots of truckers and "lot lizards" at night time. The room was not super clean. Comforter had a cigarette burn. The toilet needed to flushes to get anything down. The TV didn't work.

We were given a ground floor room that reeked of Pine-sol and looked very basic, no-frills. Because the TV didn't work, they moved us to another ground floor room, and we had the same situation. Finally moved us to a second floor room and it smelled so much better and the TV worked.

Not only I was charge over $40 over what I initially paid on the Expedia app but the stuff service was horrible, laundry was filthy, dryer didn’t work, room stinkier dirty, bathroom filthy, no toilet paper, no blankets, no sheets, pillows stained and stinky.

The room could have used a better clean…there were dirty boot marks all across the floor and splatter marks over the dresser. Towels and pillow cases were not crisp and white…. Kind of yellowish tint which gives the impression they are not necessarily clean. Sink faucet leaked at faucet and under sink.

If not for absolute necessity I would not have stayed here to begin with. There was broken glass in the mini fridge and it was super dirty. The floors were sticky and filmy. There was no shampoo/conditioner/soap for showering. It was noisy and the curtains didn’t block out the light from the outside so it was bright as day in my room all night. I packed up and left at 6am

Do not stay here! Stains on the bed cover. No sheets or blanket on the bed. And I saw a cockroach. I was in the room all of 2 minutes before I left and went to the best western plus down the street. Do yourself a favor and just go there!

I didn’t stay I arrived the woman gave me a room on first floor as I walked to it the window was open. Went in room couldn’t close window when we closed it wouldn’t lock. Went to service desk and requested another room. Gave me a room on second floor. Walk in crow bar sitting on bed checked window and it didn’t lock. Bed spreads were stained. Sheets were stained on both beds. Bathroom was discusting shower was all black and dirty. Went back to service woman and asked for my money back. Not to mention it’s next to a correction facility

Room not cleaned-- surfaces were dirty including toilet and shower. Sheets seemed clean but one pillow smelled.Very Loud fan in bathroom and empty soap dispensers. Water from shower flooded floor making it very slippery. Limited lights. The one and only lamp was broken. Room smelled when we first entered and needed to be aired out.

Online you can't tell that this is a rundown shady hotel but when you pull up there are people in the parking lot doing drug deals all hours of the night loud music and what looks to be like hookers coming in and out all night. This would have been an issue we could have accepted that but when we got into our room there is visible mold on the ceiling we asked for non-smoking room and it smelled so strongly of cigarettes that all of our clothes smelled like cigarettes when we left. The bed was broken. Lopsided and squeaky.The service was not very good nobody came to give us towels the room didn't even have clean sheets we have to go get clean sheets that were stains behind the bed that look like previous blood sweater and hair and stains in the bed. Terrible. We felt unsafe during our stay and worried about our items being stolen or getting bed bugs. We would have left however they said we couldn't get a refund due to booking through Hotels.com. if you ever want our business I suggest a refund and removing this trashy hotel from your site.

It's a OLD Days Inn with new paint. It was clean, except for the hairs in the sink and empty beer bottles in the cabinet under the tv. The mattress felt very "cheap" and there was only a fitted sheet and a bed spread. No blanket or regular sheet. It is a big place, plan on climbing stairs if you get a 2nd or 3rd floor room. It was quiet, plenty of parking and you do get what you paid for. I would say it is good for an overnight if you don't need something fancy!

Value for money. Staff was very polite, rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic facilities. Other than that they have security who was on round and many dining option near by. Must stay here if you have come for work or with family.

I was informed at check-in that my reservation had been cancelled by management because they didn’t have a room for me. No call to inform me. No apology. No attempt at a resolution. This is not only poor customer service, but a poor way to run a business. This was not as simple as a cancelled dinner reservation- the disrespect and disregard for someone else’s well-being, security, etc. was evident and astounding. Would not recommend.
I was informed at check-in that my reservation had been cancelled by management because they didn’t have a room for me. No call to inform me. No apology. No attempt at a resolution. This is not only poor customer service, but a poor way to run a business. We had a amazing time at this hotel. We had three rooms we all stayed next door to one another. Our family and friends came to the hotel and we had a great time in the lobby lounge area eating, talking and enjoying ourselves. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing.

Bad review: Where to start….I was charged separately, charged for the room then charged for taxes. I paid for a smoking room on and 2nd or 3rd level and ended up with a room on the 1st floor. The staff was rude and didn’t really want to help when I asked for basic needs of the room (towels, toilet tissue etc). The shower BARLEY worked, the AC unit started smoking, WiFi didn’t work, you have to sign into your own accounts on the Amazon TV, the antenna ok the TV didn’t work, house keeping NEVER came until the last day and they just hung around in the next room until we checked out. If anything it’s just a place to lay your head at the end of a day full of fun. Good review: 15 mins from downtown, good mom and pop restaurants around the corner from the hotel, lots of activities within 15-20 minutes of the hotel

Terrible experience- first- no one was there to check me in for like 10 minutes- then loud club music kept me up all nite- parking lot was full of cars from people at the club- no one warned me or I would nevwr have stayed here

Value for money. Staff was very polite, rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic facilities. Other than that they have security who was on round and many dining option near by. Must stay here if you have come for work or with family.

Online you can't tell that this is a rundown shady hotel but when you pull up there are people in the parking lot doing drug deals all hours of the night loud music and what looks to be like hookers coming in and out all night. This would have been an issue we could have accepted that but when we got into our room there is visible mold on the ceiling we asked for non-smoking room and it smelled so strongly of cigarettes that all of our clothes smelled like cigarettes when we left. The bed was broken. Lopsided and squeaky.The service was not very good nobody came to give us towels the room didn't even have clean sheets we have to go get clean sheets that were stains behind the bed that look like previous blood sweater and hair and stains in the bed. Terrible. We felt unsafe during our stay and worried about our items being stolen or getting bed bugs. We would have left however they said we couldn't get a refund due to booking through Hotels.com. if you ever want our business I suggest a refund and removing this trashy hotel from your site.

I didn’t stay I arrived the woman gave me a room on first floor as I walked to it the window was open. Went in room couldn’t close window when we closed it wouldn’t lock. Went to service desk and requested another room. Gave me a room on second floor. Walk in crow bar sitting on bed checked window and it didn’t lock. Bed spreads were stained. Sheets were stained on both beds. Bathroom was discusting shower was all black and dirty. Went back to service woman and asked for my money back. Not to mention it’s next to a correction facility

It's a OLD Days Inn with new paint. It was clean, except for the hairs in the sink and empty beer bottles in the cabinet under the tv. The mattress felt very "cheap" and there was only a fitted sheet and a bed spread. No blanket or regular sheet. It is a big place, plan on climbing stairs if you get a 2nd or 3rd floor room. It was quiet, plenty of parking and you do get what you paid for. I would say it is good for an overnight if you don't need something fancy!

The location was a bit sketchy. Lots of truckers and "lot lizards" at night time. The room was not super clean. Comforter had a cigarette burn. The toilet needed to flushes to get anything down. The TV didn't work.

TERRIBLE!!!! False advertisement, there is no breakfast. Our toilet did not work, someone came to “fix” it however next time we used it same issue. Customer service sucks, rooms are dirty, overall a horrible experience. Will not be returning, only reason I even bothered staying was because it was only 1 night.

Not only was there limited dining, there was NO DINING even though the site promised there would be. No continental breakfast whatsoever. In regards to the room, the room was clean and it did have a small refrigerator and microwave. Although the bathroom was clean and the water was satisfactory, it was small and a walk-in shower, no tub. Also when going to get the key, the price I had to pay was a few dollars higher than quoted. It was okay for a one night stay.

The room could have used a better clean…there were dirty boot marks all across the floor and splatter marks over the dresser. Towels and pillow cases were not crisp and white…. Kind of yellowish tint which gives the impression they are not necessarily clean. Sink faucet leaked at faucet and under sink.

If not for absolute necessity I would not have stayed here to begin with. There was broken glass in the mini fridge and it was super dirty. The floors were sticky and filmy. There was no shampoo/conditioner/soap for showering. It was noisy and the curtains didn’t block out the light from the outside so it was bright as day in my room all night. I packed up and left at 6am
