I arrived around midnight on Friday. I had a reservation. The clerk gave me the key card. I was pleased to have a downstairs room. I got into the room and realized that the smoke alarm was beeping about every 20 seconds. Sleep would have been impossible, so I went back to the clerk. She suggested that I hit the reset on the alarm. I got up on a low dresser and did so, and I was able to sleep through the night. I didn't ask the day crew to fix it, so it was beeping again on Saturday night. Once again I reset it, and I told the manager as I checked out on Sunday morning. Otherwise, everything was fine. TV, shower, refrigerator all worked. Bed was fine. I would stay there again.

The pillows and mattresses need to be replaced already and it better pillows on the bed. You have to flush the toilet several times, they should check it out. The worst one is that they first gave me one room that supposed to be non smoking but when I opened the door the odor of cigarette or weeds almost killed me. I went back to the office and the gave another one but still saying that it was a non smoking room.

No TV remote, no carpet, no outlets (only behind TV and bed headboard), and bugs are abundant. Parking lot is covered in potholes and staff are slow to come to window/door for front desk and had to wait outside in cold weather. Not even worth the $60 I paid, should've slept in my car at Cracker Barrel Parking lot, even in the 30 degree weather at night. Absolute waste of money, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
No TV remote, no carpet, no outlets (only behind TV and bed headboard), and bugs are abundant. Parking lot is covered in potholes and staff are slow to come to window/door for front desk and had to wait outside in cold weather. Close to highway and restaurants. The area could have been more clean and updated. The room I reserved was not available due to leaks in two rooms. I was given a King size room and they asked If I wanted smoking or non-smoking. I said non-smoking and was still given a smoking room that had an ashtray on the dresser and smelled like permeated cigarette smoke. The lobby was so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor.

Disgusting! Threadbare stained towels, filthy floors & bedspreads, drain in bathtub clogged, external stairs & walkways filthy, urine on toilet seat. No apology from staff when we reported at checkout that fridge and lamps didn't work. The only reason we stayed despite the conditions was the late checkin hour and our need to get up very early to continue our drive home. At least the sheets & pillow cases were clean.

File this hotel under "you get what you pay for". I normally click on 7-plus in Hotels app, and then select on price and location. No idea how this sketchy facility managed a 7-plus rating. Can't seem to add photos, but there were holes in the bathroom wall, a pervasive funky smell, and strange noises.

Why this property had 7 stars baffles me. It’s extremely convenient as it is right literarily off 95 and the return ramp as well. Immediate gas and dining as well as breakfast is within 200 feet. It is a contractor’s motel at best! Don’t be fooled by the pictures they are c photoshopped with a very capable photographer. They look nothing like the site pictures posted. Our linen was soiled with scary stains! We just needed a place to sleep on our 26 hour rire. The neighborhood was shady at best slept with one eye open worried we would get broken in … The front office is like a jail you speak outside to a person with a security drawer… At best it’s a 60$ motel. Unfortunately as convenient as it was we will never stay there again. Doing the same trip in July will likely look at the next door large newly renovated hotel for $69 posted rate!

It was filthy. Found a fake nail in the bedding. If it hadn’t been after midnight and we hadn’t been driving for 12 hours being exhausted we would have taken the loss and left. We slept with our own blankets on top of the made beds slept for 4 hours and left. Gross

I was bare foot walking in the room and later I found out my feets were very dark which I knew that the hotel room floor never been mopped very dirty. I believe this should be improved.

Spent the night while traveling through. Things were fine. Neighborhood/location is a little sketchy. Front desk/lobby is locked unless they buzz you in, even in daylight at 7pm, which is the kind of thing that doesn’t totally inspire a sense of safety when your room opens out into the parking lot. Rooms are dated but we had no cleanliness issues.

Like other reviewers have said, the hotel is just fine, clean and comfortable beds. However some of the clientele is a little sketchy, there was an extremely loud and heated "domestic dispute" (all night long) in the room next to ours that worried us. The neighborhood isn't the best, but I can deal with that part. Hopefully they enforce a noise policy better in the future and perhaps keep an eye on some of the people who are staying there. Other than that the facility and staff were very good.

No TV remote, no carpet, no outlets (only behind TV and bed headboard), and bugs are abundant. Parking lot is covered in potholes and staff are slow to come to window/door for front desk and had to wait outside in cold weather. Not even worth the $60 I paid, should've slept in my car at Cracker Barrel Parking lot, even in the 30 degree weather at night. Absolute waste of money, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Close to highway and restaurants. The area could have been more clean and updated. The room I reserved was not available due to leaks in two rooms. I was given a King size room and they asked If I wanted smoking or non-smoking. I said non-smoking and was still given a smoking room that had an ashtray on the dresser and smelled like permeated cigarette smoke. The lobby was so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor.

Disgusting! Threadbare stained towels, filthy floors & bedspreads, drain in bathtub clogged, external stairs & walkways filthy, urine on toilet seat. No apology from staff when we reported at checkout that fridge and lamps didn't work. The only reason we stayed despite the conditions was the late checkin hour and our need to get up very early to continue our drive home. At least the sheets & pillow cases were clean.

Why this property had 7 stars baffles me. It’s extremely convenient as it is right literarily off 95 and the return ramp as well. Immediate gas and dining as well as breakfast is within 200 feet. It is a contractor’s motel at best! Don’t be fooled by the pictures they are c photoshopped with a very capable photographer. They look nothing like the site pictures posted. Our linen was soiled with scary stains! We just needed a place to sleep on our 26 hour rire. The neighborhood was shady at best slept with one eye open worried we would get broken in … The front office is like a jail you speak outside to a person with a security drawer… At best it’s a 60$ motel. Unfortunately as convenient as it was we will never stay there again. Doing the same trip in July will likely look at the next door large newly renovated hotel for $69 posted rate!

Spent the night while traveling through. Things were fine. Neighborhood/location is a little sketchy. Front desk/lobby is locked unless they buzz you in, even in daylight at 7pm, which is the kind of thing that doesn’t totally inspire a sense of safety when your room opens out into the parking lot. Rooms are dated but we had no cleanliness issues.

Definately much more run down than the pics. No lamps so the room was dark. Mattress sagged in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Bathroom towels were dirty and they didn’t have bath size towels. Would not recommend.
