Mountain View Cozy 2-Storey Chalet, 2 BR , 1.5 BTH, Hot Tub, BBQ

This was our second time staying here and won’t be the last. Works so well for our family!

This unit did have adequate cooking and kitchen supplies. We brought our own crockpot and griddle. There was a coffee pot. Our stay was okay, but communication was poor. Fireplace did not work. I called the help # listed in information book in the unit, but no one got back to us during our stay. I also tried communicating with host via phone number he provided. No one ever picked up, also texted and no one ever replied. Our unit was fairly clean, but no one ever checked the couch bed linens. They were dirty, but we did find a fresh set in the closet. Overall an adequate stay; not the best we have been in and not the worst.

The host was very helpful and answered messages quickly. The place was easily accessible and the hot tub was a bonus. We enjoyed our time!

Nice stay

Badly needs updates. Smells like smoke. Supply cupboards locked. Never had communication from the host. Expedia needs to communicate when it is usung vrbo, as we had no information as to how to get in.
