I arrived late at 11:30 pm after a 12-hour flight with a confirmed, prepaid booking, but nobody was available at the property. I called repeatedly, knocked, and waited, but received no response. Only after family members of the owner happened to arrive was I able to reach someone. I was then told my booking had been cancelled, even though I had already been charged. Instead of the room I paid for, I was offered only a couch in a common area. There was no proper room, no privacy, no towels, and the bathroom did not even have toilet paper. This was not accommodation. It was a complete failure to honor a confirmed booking. I would strongly caution anyone before booking this property.

The location is not the best but it’s doable. It’s close to the hospital and the airport. Even though they said parking on the property it’s not only street parking and it’s limited. The room I had wasn’t bad my only problem with the room was that the sheets and pillows case was dirty that throw me off. The bathroom, kitchen and living room was very dirty I wish there was someone who came every day to clean those areas. Also wish there were trash can throughout the room and the bathroom room. It also had a horrible smell.
