We had emailed to say our flight was delayed and we would be late. Arrived at 1am, and night staff clearly hadn’t seen the message. The room was cold and the bedside lamp was broken. The toilet was blocked (though this was cleared during breakfast in the morning). Apart from the broken light and blocked toilet, the room was quite shabby with torn wallpaper and missing grouting in the shower. It all looked a bit dated except for the huge wall-mounted TV. The bed was comfortable and we did sleep ok. Breakfast was fine, and the staff helpful. The breakfast room itself was bright and airy. At £95 for bed and breakfast, I wasn’t impressed. I’ll doubt I’ll stay again.

Upon arriving last night I got given a room key and as I opened the door someone already had all their stuff on the bed and the lights were on. Had to go back to the front desk in which all he could say is ‘shouldn’t be’ no apology to me. Nothing. I then got a new room key and was told to put my REG plate into the system. Which I did. Was not told to pay for parking. I then checked at the front desk again this morning I didn’t have to pay as I didn’t get asked to and she told me ‘no you should be fine’…I called the parking/camera company today and they said if I hadn’t have paid when leaving after being persistent with the girl at the desk I would have got a fine.
