I had a flea in my bed. As there is no one on reception you have to speak to customer services via WhatsApp or calling them. They told me they would see if another rook was available. I demanded it would be as I was not sleeping in a bed with insects. I was moved rooms. The room itself is very moderny and lovely. I had a pleasant stay here.

Konumu çok iyi. Herşey yemek, hbf, alışveriş çok yakın. Tam önünde de otobüs durağı yer alıyor. Yola bakan taraftaki dairelerde, cam kapalı olduğu sürece çok sessiz. Odanın imkanları yeterli. Tek olumsuz yanı WC den gelen koku, su kokuyor malesef. O yüzden çeşmeden içmeyi de tercih etmedik. Temizlik sorunsuz, 6 gün sonra yeni malzemeler ve temizlik yapılıyor odanızda.

The accommodation does not face the pedestrian zone as the address suggests but a large busy road called Suedring which is very noisy, as they clearly know from the ear plugs they supply. It’s impossible to open the windows because of that noise. But this is not advertised. The access code was only available on the day at 3pm whilst the Expedia website said it would be sent a day in advance. I left my new iphone charger and lead behind by mistake but they did not find it, apparently. The accommodation itself was ok but the factors above made this a not great experience.
