My wife and I have stayed at Knight Inns around the country and the Oswego property was by far the best. I thought Angela was most helpful at check-in given the late hour I arrived. I woke up early on a Sunday and found Ralph, the maintenance guy, painting. Then I watched him clean the parking lot. I engaged him in a conversation, and it was obvious Ralph cared. When I checked out, I met the owner, and I was highly complementary about our stay. This establishment is worth your time and money.

Great stay, room was clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and soap provided. Easy check in and access to room from parking lot. Location is great, right on main road through Oswego. Will be booking here again next time I need an inexpensive night in Oswego.

The room was basic but there was a surprise with a pull out couch. There was barely enough room to pull it put...but gave a little more comfort for the 4 of us!! Beds were fairly comfortable and not a lot of accessible outlets. For the price it was reasonable and in a close location to many businesses in the area. The ice machine/internet and cable worked...so all in all a very good stay!!

Ice maker didn’t work. The door was separated from the frame, we had to get an extra comforter to stick in the door so air couldn’t get in. Furniture is old and dirty.

Great property. Will stay there again. Not the newest hotel in the area, but less than half the price, clean, comfortable, with the usual amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, etc. First floor extremely convenient for getting luggage from car to room and back.

Let me first start with the snow, 28 inches and counting. It’s important to mention that as when we arrived in white out conditions to visit SUNY Oswego, we were tired and worried. I rushed into the lobby to check in. The owner and manager, Rajesh Modi, was there. He finished with the other check in and then started the check in with me. Somehow I booked a smoking room, and I don’t smoke. When checking in he confirmed the room, said, you don’t smoke? Let me change the room for you. I was relieved. Then we chatted about the storm and reason for my visit. I mentioned my child and he said, but you have a single queen, let me fix this for you and did with no extra charge. He explained the area, gave me a map. States that the room had heat running high for me so we would up quickly. It was so reassuring and comforting. He was knowledgeable, gentle and professional. The room is super clean, WiFi accessible with no issues, restaurants and shopping nearby. He really took the time to make a bad situation better. We were comfortable and warm and safe. In the morning, another 12 inches of snow, but everything was shoveled and plowed. Although I’m a light sleeper, I heard nothing outside the window. Amazing!! I would definitely stay here again!

The property was right next to a Dunkin Donuts and in the towns main shopping area. The hotel rooms were very clean. The bathrooms could use some updating but everything worked and once gain very clean!

Second stay here. Room is clean, well stocked with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Water is hot and pressure is excellent!!! Although the bedding is a bit dated, it was definitely clean. Extra blanket and pillows in room too. Hair dryer and iron with board in room also. Enjoyed the stay. Will stay again when in town.

Our toilet was clogged upon arrival but the front desk loaned us a plunger which worked. The hotel is very well maintained outside but our bathroom was pretty gross. Note it’s on a busy street so you hear every car. Large man upstairs also made a lot of noise just walking around. But we needed a room

My stay at the Knight’s Inn in Oswego greatly exceeded my expectations. The gentleman at Check-in was super helpful and extraordinarily pleasant. I was in the room furthest from the Front desk so the Wi-Finwas weak at times but it works and was fine. Many channels on the TV. Comfortable bed and bathroom was like going back in time but very warm and comfortable.

The facility is old, so you can hear the sound outside well. There is a bathtub, but it cannot be filled with hot water. Wi-Fi is strong and there is no problem. There are many restaurants and fast food in the vicinity, which is convenient. A hotel that doesn't have a problem if you only stay overnight.

Our room was clean, but the whole hotel could use some updating. The paint was chipping, the bathroom window was sealed shut with no ventilation, and there’s a visible crack in the door which, combined with poorly insulated windows, made it sound like the windows were wide open when the traffic was going by. We didnt stay. They do not allow dogs ON THE PREMISES so having the dogs sleep in crates in the car was not even an option. The front desk attendant was rude.

During the summer season, I have become a bit of a regular face at Knight's Inn. I was drawn to the hotel by their reasonable prices and convenient location. I continued booking because of the previous mentioned perks as well as the neatness of the rooms, kindness of the front desk attendent and ease of check-in/check-out. Over the weekends I noted the pros and cons of the hotel: Pros: - Conveniently located (20 minutes to my work; Dunkin next door, fast food and grocery a stones throw away) (honestly this perk lets me sleep in longer) - Kind and attentive employees - even going so far as last minuet adjusting my booking when they noticed I booked a smoking room as a non-smoker. - Reasonable prices even at the busiest part of the season - Variety of room sizes; ammenities including a mini-fridge in every room and A/C which these days can be a given but it is still appreciated - Easy Check-In/Check-Out - Clean, tidy, well stocked rooms - Laundry services available at a reasonable price Cons: - One of the rooms has an exterior door that sticks a little and as someone of a smaller size it can be hard to open/close. Honestly not a real con but something I've noticed. - Racetrack is somewhat nearby and some of the patrons are incredibly disrespectful and rude, racing through town making as much noise as possible. Thankfully playing music or watching TV tends to drown out the noise. Will continue booking in the future :)

The manager or owner was able to accommodate us on a 1st floor room thankfully which was such a blessing since my spouse and i are disabled. Room was clean, roomy and we got a great nights sleep. Safe location.

In the morning, another 12 inches of snow, but everything was shoveled and plowed. Although I’m a light sleeper, I heard nothing outside the window. Amazing!! I would definitely stay here again!

Let me first start with the snow, 28 inches and counting. It’s important to mention that as when we arrived in white out conditions to visit SUNY Oswego, we were tired and worried. I rushed into the lobby to check in. The owner and manager, Rajesh Modi, was there. He finished with the other check in and then started the check in with me. Somehow I booked a smoking room, and I don’t smoke. When checking in he confirmed the room, said, you don’t smoke? Let me change the room for you. I was relieved. Then we chatted about the storm and reason for my visit. I mentioned my child and he said, but you have a single queen, let me fix this for you and did with no extra charge. He explained the area, gave me a map. States that the room had heat running high for me so we would up quickly. It was so reassuring and comforting. He was knowledgeable, gentle and professional. The room is super clean, WiFi accessible with no issues, restaurants and shopping nearby. He really took the time to make a bad situation better. We were comfortable and warm and safe. Great property. Will stay there again. Not the newest hotel in the area, but less than half the price, clean, comfortable, with the usual amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, etc. First floor extremely convenient for getting luggage from car to room and back.

This was my second time staying at this property, and it is now my go-to for cheap lodging in Oswego. The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable. It had all the amenities that I needed. It is right off the main road however and so if the sounds of traffic bother you it might not be perfect, but they didn't both me.

The front desk was friendly and helpful during check-in. The rooms are clean, but dated. The area is safe, and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I can hear the traffic from the nearby road.

I have stayed at this property several times until this visit I would have described it as dated but decent, with usually good staff. That is the only reason this is not a 1-star review. I was arriving late, but I contacted the hotel earlier and explained I would likely arrive around 12:30–1:00 AM. I was told that would not be a problem. When I arrived, the front desk employee was outside on the porch/patio with other workers. She was friendly, but appeared to have been drinking, and I could smell alcohol on her breath while she helped me. She also kept reassuring me that the people outside were “friendly,” which made the situation feel more uncomfortable. The bigger issue was the pet policy. The booking information I saw did not match what I was told at the property, and I had previously been under the impression that my dog was allowed. Instead of asking how I wanted to proceed, it felt like my reservation was immediately treated as something to cancel, even though I had another place for my dog to stay. Afterward, the hotel’s response made it worse. I was told that, as a repeat guest, I “should” know their “NO PETS ALLOWED” policy, and they also brought up check-in hours despite me contacting them ahead of time. The response felt dismissive and blamed me for confusion caused by inconsistent information. maybe this was a one-time bad night. But until the pet policy is corrected across booking sites and the customer service issues are addressed, I would stay elsewhere.

We went for graduation. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner was working. Very convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Owner allowed us to leave our trailer in the parking lot before we checked in, so we could get to graduation on time. Even have us a gift card to Dunkin.
