La camera molto grande e con un buon livello di pulizia. Purtroppo tutti gli ambienti comuni erano molto sporchi, senza alcuna manutenzione, come se l'hotel avesse appena aperto dopo la stagione invernale, senza effettuare le pulizie esterne. Il prezzo pagato non ne valeva assolutamente. Considerando anche che allo stesso costo è presente un altro albergo proprio difronte e di categoria ben superiore. Non lo consiglio.

The parking underground was extremely tight and we could not turn around. The doors were all motel style. The lock was busted. The TV remote was sticky and disgustingly dirty. The ice bucket was dirty and chewed by a dog. The hot water in the shower was reversed meaning cold for hot. The table was so water warped it made playing cards difficult. The pillows were so flat and or lumpy that they should be in the trash. The layout was difficult with too many steps for seniors. The patio for our luxury suite was a moldy wall with a tall fence and everything was dirty. Not usable. The spa was small and we were told there were towels there but there weren't. We had to call for some. We stayed 2 nights and we're only given 3 towels. The breakfast was good but the food was cold . I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was a good size and parking was easy, the biggest complaint I have is that I found a vape in my room and I have a small child that could’ve put that in her mouth. I brought it up to management and they said they would take care of me but when I went to check out “Taking care of me” was to waive the $22 parking fee. I get not every room will be perfect but you expect the room to be free of other people’s belongings from before. I gave my number to the person at the front desk for the manger to call me and it’s been a week and no call. Pretty disappointing.
