Moonlight Motel

Well, where do I start during my stay here there was mold in the bathroom, the locks didn’t lock correctly on the front door. Security was not great. The windows were filthy. The air conditioner filter was filthy. Also, on one important note, the maid walked in on us when I was changing. She was definitely apologetic but how does somebody do that when the room is reserved? The mirror in the room was discussing, bathroom mirror was held together by black duct tape. My safety I felt was at risk most of the night and the next day I went to go check out I pulled the sheets off of the mattress and there was literally 12 Pee stains urine stains from possibly bodily fluids from animals people I don’t know but I would like my money back. I got into an argument with the owner. He threaten to call the police on us. If we didn’t leave I waited for an Uber and left and will never be back again. The owner‘s office smells like body order. It’s not a good place to stay. Definitely recommend not having any type of child staying there I will never go back I want a full refund I want credits. I need something cause this is inhumane I’m owed and respected my $$ I will be attaching pictures and video for proof on how our state was at this moonlight motel of madness that should be the new name of it. Id appreciate anything you can do for me at this point I use your app a lot and I really like booking my hotels on here you guys can credit me my full room amount back plus more bc I’m traumatized

It was really dirty. The floor was so dirty that my feet turned black at the bottom & I just got out the shower… on top of tht the microwave was broken I almost blew up the whole room trying to warm something up. Because he FAILED to mention not to use the microwave The bathroom door was unable to close. Shower floor was so dirty I didn’t even want to step into it without shoes… there was someone’s leftovers in the fridge.. staying there was weird as well had someone watching our every move 24/7 for NO reason.

Yes haven’t cleaned the filter in yrsin the AC unit

The the price, I got a great nights sleep. Air conditioning was cold. Hot water lasted long, white sheets felt clean. If you look past the condition of the place and focus on the needs of the night. For the price this was amazing. Hot shower, and cold air conditioning was my favorite part. Also parking is right in front door which is great. No fee at all. A great stay for the night.

No electricity, room not clean, I requested another room multiple times, I was denied, then they refused to give me my money back, I ended up calling the police, finally the guy gave me another room but again electricity went out….this motel is not even a zero..

This place was horrible spend a little more money on something nicer. Went there and was dried food on the ground, moldy floor tiles, flooded bathroom, had a cockroach infestation. He showed me 3 different rooms before I just left and told him he needs to get the health inspectors out there, absolutely horrible place to stay if u have standards for your health, i genuinely hope this place closes and they lose their business because they obviously do not care enough to keep people safe and healthy.

Certi posti andrebbero chiusi d’ufficio, oppure utilizzati per le esercitazioni dei Pompieri dopo avergli dato fuoco. Camere minuscole piene di mosce, moquette a terra non sporca ma molto di più, anche se il prezzo può sembrare basso pagare 40 dollari per questa topaia sono tantissimi. Non capisco chi mette recensioni eccellenti. Assolutamente sconsigliato

The bed has stains and the room smells. Not even worth it . Don’t get fooled by the higher rating like me. Even though I paid for the room, I slept in my car itself.

So much smoke smell that I had to throw out my pillows,i did not use the motels pillows or blanket,sheets,brought my own and mine smelled so bad,heavy smoking room.permanent renters were loud all night.Never again.

Quiet

Not for sissies, folks. It’s a bed and a toilet—no closet, no drawers, no lamp and no chair. Keep one eye on your vehicle. It’s the cheapest stay and the all around WORST.

I paid for the room, got turned away.

the guy running the office didnt like that i got a better price thru booking on the app and called his boss and i had to wait for the okay and was treated different because of it

Owner was wonderful. Staff,wife, very polite and helpful. They went out of their way to help me. Booked my room for next year, 2026, before I left.

Quaint, clean and affordable. Staff is nice.
