This single-floor guesthouse sits above a garage-like storage space beside the owner's house, and comes with a private driveway, front yard, and wrap-around patio. Everything is clean and pretty well stocked (we were pleased to find some K-cups available for use and left behind some freshly bought ones as a 'Thank You' when checking out). There's a cooler readily available to take with you, as well as some folding beach chairs and beach towels. The fully-equipped kitchen is a nice feature for those looking to save some money by cooking your own breakfast or dinner. The guesthouse has central heating and cooling and has decent Wi-Fi connectivity (note that the unit's WiFi network is not password-protected---we personally logged into our own VPN service for added security). Aside from one small change concerning the lack of drapes over one of the pairs of sliding doors, this guesthouse is a hidden oasis that splits the distance from nearby towns like Provincetown and Chatham, which we also visited during our stay on the Cape.
