Definitely not enough parking available on site

Mooie, ruime en nette kamers. In en uitchecken gaat heel makkelijk dmv een toegangscode. Parkeren is niet heel makkelijk. Weinig parkeergelegenheid in de directe omgeving van het hotel. Parkeren is betaald van 0800-2000 en kost €20,- voor de gehele dag.

Old hotel with no elevator and no reception. Need an upgrade. The price does absolutely not match what you get, not value for money ☹️ The cleaning girls were very kind and helpful though.

Perso molto tempo prima di ricevere una risposta. Condizioni fatiscenti considerata la categoria. Assenza di ascensore. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Colazione ok.

The remote check-in was easier than I expected. The parking was free if you can get a spot and just stay there for the duration of your stay. Kaunas is a beautiful city! And this property was in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, churches and museums. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable! We would stay here again.

Das Hotel war überraschend enttäuschend und mir fehlen ehrlich gesagt die Worte. Während des Aufenthalts war die einzige Person, die in Hotel aktiv gearbeitet hat, eine Angestellte bei Frühstück, welche nur zur Kontrolle vor Ort war. Die Klimaanlage war im Frühstücksbereich auf 16°C eingestellt und das bei Außentemperaturen von 6°C. Das Frühstück, welches warm sein sollte, war kalt und schwamm teilweise in der eigenen Suppe. Der Check-In läuft anscheinend per Mail, allerdings ist es ungünstig wenn man keine Mail mit den Zugängen erhält und sich dann beim Check-In per Wandtelefon mit einem Servicemitarbeiter unterhalten muss, um seine Zugänge zu erhalten. Das Zimmer war halb leer und wirkte dadurch sehr verloren. Das Fenster im Raum hatte einen Sprung und die Heizung ist nachts einfach ausgegangen obwohl die Zieltemperatur nicht erreicht war. Das Bad hat den gesamten Aufenthalt nach Gülle gerochen, vermutlich weil die Abflüsse zugesetzt sind. Einige Dichtungen an Türen und Fenstern waren abgerissen und hingen teilweise an diesen. Die Lage des Hotels ist der einzige Pluspunkt, denn dieses liegt quasi im Altstadt Zentrum, worduch sehr vieles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Preis ist absolut ungerechtfertigt und die angeblichen 4-Sterne waren nirgends zu erkennen. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen, denn selbst die Lage macht den Rest nicht wett.

Lovely cosy and clean hotel in a great location. Breakfast was awful but you could get toast so all ok.

Booked it for convenience to explore Kaunas. The location is fantastic - one block from the City Hall Square (Rotuses Aikste). There are no people working there, you have to call to check in or pay through the link to check in, even though we prepaid for the room. Based on pictures, the room was supposed to be larger and on the upper floor, we paid extra for it, but got the basic room on the ground floor. After 40 min spent trying to check in while messaging with the hotel through the WhatsApp, we finally got room info and code to get in via WhatsApp again. No forewarning about this and not very efficient. The room was not decorated and dark, no artwork on the walls, just gray everywhere. The room was cold (15°). No water provided in the room (except paid one), and a mini fridge with a paid mini bar inside. One of the most uncomfortable and hard mattresses we ever slept on while travelling. We paid for breakfast, selection, quality of options and the variety were good. Some dilapidation (broken tile in the bathroom, pealing caulk), overall did not feel like a four star hotel, eapecially for twice as much as most other places in the area.

Veldig dårlig frokost/mat, tv ødelagt, toalettring knekt, veldig dårlig trykk i dusjen så vanskelig å få tatt seg en ordentlig dusj, nesten umulig å få vasket håret.. Renhold på rommet var veldig varierende, enkelte ganger kom de ikke i det hele tatt..

Good location close to the high street. Loads of shopping and sightseeing. Close to the river and the castle. Room was tidy, carpets a bit outdated, could be lighter in the corridors. Early check-in was really helpful, so no complaints. Very good location and plenty different cuisine restaurants around

Rooms spacious

We couldn’t rase the temperature in the room to our comfort (22C) and were sick next morning. We were charged extra for the breakfast.

Everything good but strange not to see any staff

Impossible to check in, as no front desk!! All only online, and with no computer and very poor english by the guy on the phone, it was impossible to check in. After nearly 1 hour, and the help from one that could speak Lithuanian, we finally managed to be checked in. Until there is front desk personel at the hotel, we will not come back!

Nearly all good and definitely loved our room overlooking the street cafe. Just feel that a 4* should have a little more personal interaction e.g. have a reception and a representative to talk to if required, not just emailed a bunch of codes to get access.

Really hard work to check in! Despite trying to call them, using the intercom, emails, WhatsApp’s etc etc it was really hard work to get any information! No one present on site at all to communicate at all. Overall position of hotel is excellent but be aware a lot of improvements to the surrounding area are occurring around it.
