Great hotel in excellent location. Lovely staff. Very clean. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast. Good value. Get a balcony sea view.

Las situación y estado de conservación es muy buena y la masajista que presta sus servicios es excelente. Sin embargo me parece muy poco adecuado que se pretenda cobrar por usar el gimnasio durante 1 hora!!!! Nunca he encontrado algo similar en ninguno de los hoteles que he visitado.

I stayed at the Hotel Madeira Centro for the first time in January 2024 for a post-Christmas weekend. Located very centrally just a couple of hundred metres from the beach, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right outside the front door. With 20 floors, it's a big hotel which dominates the skyline in the area and the Rooftop bar is definitely worth a visit. My room was a good size, warm, clean and comfortable and although the bath and bathroom were a little cramped, the shower was excellent. Spotlessly clean throughout, checking was really quick and the friendly welcoming approach of the check in staff was matched by all the staff I encountered. Breakfast was good quality with a good choice to suit most diets. Remarkably, despite the size of the hotel, breakfast was a fairly relaxed and calm experience, unlike the 'feeding frenzy' often experienced in similar establishments. Parking, at €20 per day was fairly expensive and although the charge of €8 to use the sauna and steam room is not extortionate, I felt that a charge just to use the small gym was unnecessary. Overall, an excellent and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Lifts were busy apart from that all okay

The hotel reception staff had limited understanding of the English language. The bedrooms were immaculately clean and bright. The beds were very comfortable. The shower room had a lovely powerful power shower. There was a large wall mounted TV with a limited number of English channels. The staff in the bar area had very limited understanding of the limited English and were not very friendly. When ordering a glass of wine to take to my room, so I could have a drink sitting on my balcony, they insisted of putting it in a plastic disposable cup. They said the reason for this is because I might not bring the glass back and housekeeping take the glasses to the restaurant, leaving them short. I didn’t eat in the restaurant because most of the staff in the hotel could not understand English and were not very friendly. When asking reception for help with issues that arose it was hard to get them to understand the problem, so I used Google Translate, they were helpful once they knew what I wanted. There is lifts in the building. However I don’t like using lifts so I used the stairs, these are unlit and I had to walk down in pitch black, feeling my way with my feet because it was impossible to see where I was going. I was concerned what would happen if there was a fire and everyone had to use the stairs in the dark.

The room was not so good, one of the beds didn’t have a bottom sheet, as we arrived back very late and tired it was only noticed the next day that I had slept directly on the mattress protector. The bathroom which was overlooked by high rise buildings had a clear glass window, why would anyone make a decision to do that when a frosted glass window would be more suitable in a bathroom? One of the towels had dodgy looking stains and although it had be laundered the stains were still there, not nice in a hotel. No kettle or coffee maker so morning coffee on the balcony before starting the day wasn’t possible. Room furniture was shabby and chipped. The roof top bar for some reason played head banging very loud disco music I was waiting for the strobe lights to start 😩 even later on when the choice of music was less nerve jangling it was still so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. The check in /reception staff were pleasant, the barman at the roof top bar not so pleasant. We have regular short breaks to Benidorm to se a show but will think twice about staying here again as it just didn’t feel very comfortable.

Decisamente non un 4 stelle. La palestra fa orari molto ridotti, la colazione disponibile solo dalle 8:00. Lunghe attese agli ascensori. Ascensori molto rumorosi al punto da svegliarmi (quindi camera non insonorizzata). Entrando in camera un caldo infernale (risolto velocemente accendendo il condizionatore).

Me quedé encerrado en el ascensor q baja al garaje y estuve el finde bajando por las escaleras, las puertas de entrada y baño chirriaban (avise y las engrasaron) por lo demás todo muy bien. Abierta la piscina climatizada pero el Sky bar no… una lástima porque solo por las vistas merece la pena subir y pasar algo de frio

High quality of room surprised me and I had a great stay, but most lessons learned from this visit to Benidorm is to never go there by car because parking costs at least 35 EUR/day in the hotel's garage or the garages nearby. Parking on the street is generally limited to 2 hour. This applies to the city center where this hotel is located.

Todo ha estado muy bien: habitación, limpieza, desayuno, piscina..... Sólo un comentario en aras a mejorar: hay un ruido terrible cuando limpian las habitaciones. Durante la mañana se oye el arrastrar de los muebles en diferentes habitaciones.

La gastronomía estaba bien El personal de recepción trató muy mal Las habitaciones totalmente inadecuadas, aunque ponga que son para tres adultos, se vería de destacar que eso estaría bien para una familia no para tres adultos que no pertenecen a la misma familia Tuvimos que turnarnos para dormir, una noche dormíamos dos adultos y la otra noche otro adulto solo y así toda la semana que estuvimos, camas de uno 35 para Compartir dos adultos no perteneciente a la misma familia Personal de recepción, nos trató muy mal Incluso el director del Hotel hablamos para ver si tendríamos otra opción y dijo que no pretendía regalarnos nada Pusimos una reclamación a la Omic ,la chica que había en recepción no sé qué pensaba que si éramos tontas que dijo que teníamos que ir a presentar la reclamación a Valencia, cuando por todo el mundo he sabido que en todos los ayuntamientos de todas las localidades hay Omic Un trato nefasto espero que vaya turismo, y que comprueben que en una cama de 1’35 no pueden dormir dos adultos Pues eso nos encantaría que fuera turismo y comprobaran, que una habitación triple debería de tener tres camas, no Compartir dos, y una semana de vacaciones y tener que estar turnándote con tus amigas para dormir, que te toque dormir cada tres noches sola, en fin Las camas no se podían juntar, porque tampoco tenían una sábana especial que hay para poner la junta y que no quede el corte por el medio En fin, un trato nefasto Algún día que otro encontramos bichitos en las sábana

Hallway carpet dirty. Soup dispenser dispenses foam soap for shampoo or shower gel? It was a mystery. The pictures of the rooms online did not match in any way the room that I received. The gentleman that checked me in didn't make me feel welcome in any way and it seemed that I was causing him some inconvenience. This hotel is a factory for European group tours. I complained by survey to Hotels.com and nobody from the hotel contacted me.

Cet hôtel répondait parfaitement à mes attentes. Accueil, propreté, chambre, buffets... tres bien. Petit bémol : les personnes qui, le soir, se présentent au restaurant en short et tongs devraient se voir refuser l'accès. Cela fait vraiment tâche !

Beautifully updated in an excellent location with close access to the old and new Benidorm and very close to beach. Clean, spacious easy parking available. The staff were courteous and very helpful. We go to Benidorm regularly and will definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to make the most of their holidays in Benidorm! The location couldn't be more fantastic! It's super central, close to all the shops and restaurants and less than 5min walk to the beach. My room was big, comfortable, very well decorated, super clean and the view was amazing! The staff have a keen eye to detail and they went extra mile when suggesting a day trip to Arbil and Altea, which was really worthy! The shower was powerful and the breakfast varied.

The hotel was in a great location, a short walk to the old town and a 10-15 minute walk to the more lively strip. On booking through Expedia there were multiple options for room types. I paid extra for 2 x rooms with two double beds (booking for two couples). On arrival it was clear that one room had 2 x single beds whereas the other had bigger beds. On raising this to reception I was told that all the rooms were the same and that there was nothing that could be done. The receptionist was quite blunt. So I had paid extra but not recieved one of the rooms to the expected booking. The hotel itself is nice enough, roof top bar was nice with a great view. The indoor pool is ok, but you have to give 30 minutes notice to use any of the Spa facilities (sauna etc) and pay extra for the privellage, we didn’t fancy hanging around waiting as wanted to use the facilities sporadically. All in all, good for location, but would advise to check the rooms as I feel you pay extra for the same room as if you booked the cheapest price! This did put a negative on the stay but Benidorm was great and will be back, albeit a different hotel.

Very disappointed when i couldn't have a cup of tea in my room but you can apparently if you have the supreme room according to reception, so when i go back to benidorm in summer i wont stay there again, otherwise lovely hotel, just let down by a cuppa.

Staff spoke excellent English and where always super helpful. The hotel has some great features from a sky lounge to pool. Really well located for access to the beach and to local amenities. My airport transfer was with Abas and they do not go to outside the hotel and is a little bit of a walk. I should have taken the hotels own transport as my friends did and they were very happy with it.

Excellent hotel. Very welcoming, rooms well equipped and very clean. Easy access to all floors with five elevators. Staff always friendly and attentive. Always a good choice of foods served at meal times and usually something for every one. And some specialty diets catered for. Mostly well maintained however shower leaked a little and indoor pool felt a little uninspiring. I would stay here again.

Hola, lo peor la entrada al hotel, que quise pagar habitación y me dijeron q no q a la salida y luego nos bloquearon entrada de habitación, cuando veníamos playa y tuvimos q bajar a recepción, y nos dijeron no habíamos pagado. Como si nosotros no quisiéramos y el error fue suyo. Muy mal señora de recepción formas y maneras de gestionarlo. Los baños un poco viejos.

Room flooded in the middle of the night. Not even an apology from staff for the disturbance and inconvenience. Had to use facilities on ground floor as bathroom was unusable which made a lengthy process going up and down the floors especially at peak breakfast time. Also had to chase up toiletries which didn't make an appearance. Used to be a favourite hotel for us but will have to find an alternative after this disaster.

Great hotel close to beach and old town. Excellent views and cocktails from the roof top bar. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Benidorm is beautiful in February!

Hotel was fantastic and the location was great. In walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach.

Great hotel mid point between the old town and the strip, far enough away from the noise.

Me gusta todo en general, lo recomiendo por su confort, bien trato, buena comida, muy bien situado, aunk por eso se oye el ruido de la calle si hay fiesta o música. También es muy difícil aparcar, ese es el fallo del ayuntamiento

Excellent hotel with great WIFI. Near the beach and great breakfast. Cleaning lady Berta was very accommodating and pleasant with us.

Este hotel siempre me ha gustado mucho, por su situación, comodidad, atención y servicios, de hecho he estado alojado en otras cuatro ocasiones anteriormente, pero en esta ocasión he quedado decepcionado por varias cosas que expongo a continuación: El hotel debía estar al completo, lo que se notaba en la entrada a la habitación, no accedimos a ella hasta las 16:00 horas. La aventura de utilizar los ascensores, para lo que hay que armarse de paciencia, comedor saturado… El parking está sobreexplotado. Han sacado plazas con tiralíneas, y para hacer maniobras y aparcar hay que tener mucho más que cuidado, para no terminar con el coche marcado. Por último, un toque de atención a los precios de la bebida en las comidas. Me parece que cobrar 2,50€ por una botella de 0,5 litros es más que usura. Luego dicen que la gasolina es cara, pero 5€ por 1 litro…echad cuentas. Lo bueno del hotel, la situación, que no es primera línea de playa pero está muy próximo al mar, y buen situado para salir a pasear. La comida es excelente, muy variada, y se repone con muchísima rapidez. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, y la limpieza en las habitaciones es muy muy buena. En resumen, no sé si volveré al hotel, si lo hago será en temporada baja, para evitar la masificación.
