Hotel excelente en todos los sentidos,empezando desde el personal de recepción hasta el personal de limpieza de habitaciones.Buffet con menú algo justo pero comida muy bien cocinada.Vistas increibles sl mar.Por poner un pero es que estabamos en la quinta planta y era bastante molesto escuchar a las 8 de la mañana el arrastrar de las sillas y mesas de la terraza lounge.Hemos reservado para las vacaciones de verano también.Un 10 de 10.

Hotel Montemar was excellent. For ac3 star hotel, the service was 5 star. Deni the entertainment guy was great, he also served at the rooftop bar which a stunning panoramic view. Toni n the bar was very good also as were all the bar staff, unfortunately we don’t have their names. The staff were all efficient and friendly at all times. Hotel directly opposite the beach. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked food and continental style buffet. Would we stay or recommend the Montemar, ABSOLUTELY!!

Very impressed with this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. From time of check in, in the restaurant and bars, the staff were great and seemed genuinely happy to be working which provided us with a happy, friendly experience. Our sea view room was simply stunning with the best views we've ever had sitting on our balcony. Comfortable bed and very clean with a powerful shower. A couple of things that could be better were the noisy A/C unit and lack of a fridge and kettle / tea/ coffee. Another slight annoyance was that the maid entered the room 3 times despite us having the Do Not Disturb button enabled on the control panel. The 6th floor lounge bar is a must and provided amazing views with the service and quality of furniture being very good. You couldn't have asked for a better location with the vast amount or bars, restaurants, shops, market stalls and beach literally on the doorstep. Overall very happy and impressed.

First time staying at Hotel Montemar and would very happily book again. Fantastic location, the friendliest staff both at reception and the dining room, good selection of food to choose from for every meal. The roof terrace is so relaxing with amazing views of the bay and glorious sunset. Bus stops outside hotel and short stroll to the old town.

Boede på Montemar fra 1975-78 og hotellet har siden da fået en flot renovering. Pæne værelser med store brusekabiner, godt wi-fi. Imponeret over den flotte tagterrasse med bar. Servicen tip top. Beliggenheden kan næppe fåes bedre i det gamle kvarter, lige ud til Poniente stranden. Kommer jeg nogensinde tilbage, er det helt sikkert på Montemar.

This is a lovely little hotel. Perfectly situated to enjoy the Poniente Beach side of Benidorm with lots of lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and less. Lovely terrace bar thrown in. Every member of staff was lovely although the housekeepers don’t seem to understand the point of the do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast was great with a vast variety of options from full english to fruit and pastry. Little tip for any Brits staying here. The Spanish do Not queue for anything. If you politely wait your turn for anything you will just be pushed in front of by everyone. This isn’t meant as a criticism, it is there country after all and I doubt they even realise what they are doing but it is frustrating for us Brits who are the world leaders and how to queue and wait our turn. Same with the lift. If you wait to allow people out they will just walk in front of you. So when in Rome (or Spain) you just have to do the same. All lovely people though.

El hotel esta muy bien comunicado en el centro y el personal muy atento y amable. El tema del aparcamiento es difícil, no dispone de aparcamiento para los clientes que viajan en auto, todo lo demás perfecto. yo lo recomendaria.

A wonderful experience from check in to check out. We were here to celebrate a friends birthday. I must comment the bar staff they were so kind and helpful putting our cake and champagne in the fridge until we needed it. Alberto the young man on reception, os a credit to your company. What a wonderful young man. We will return ❤️

From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome, from the reception right to the hotel cleaning staff. The room was spotless, and the veiw from the balcony is amazing. I have been coming to benidorm for 45 years, and would rank this hotel in my top 5. Fabulous

È stata un'ottima vacanza a Benidorm e l'hotel Montemar con la sua ottima posizione, adiacente al centro città, è risultato essere di una comodità unica. Unica pecca di questo hotel le pulizie nelle camere, vengono cambiate le lenzuola e nulla più, pavimento sporco e polvere sotto ai letti. Per quanto riguarda la vista dalla camera super invece, con affaccio sulla spiaggia. All'ingresso dell'hotel super disponibilità dello staff per ogni esigenza. Un hotel che consiglio a chi vuole passare una vacanza senza pensieri e per spostarsi a piedi.
È stata un'ottima vacanza a Benidorm e l'hotel Montemar con la sua ottima posizione, adiacente al centro città, è risultato essere di una comodità unica. The hotel is ok, it’s clean. We stayed for 2 weeks, bed is very very hard, rooms are way too small, food it’s tasteless, plenty choices to eat. But if you have ever been to a hospital and had their food, it’s just like that. The staff ( lady) to add salt. But was not the salt it was not condiment in it. Staff not friendly, any way, I will never go back to that hotel.

Todo muy bien en general, situación, limpieza, lo único malo el camarero jovencito de comedor, muy desagradable, maleducado, altivo, borde, con poco conocimiento del trabajo, no sabe tratar a los clientes, mejor que se quede en su casita.

This is a lovely little hotel. Perfectly situated to enjoy the Poniente Beach side of Benidorm with lots of lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and less. Lovely terrace bar thrown in. Every member of staff was lovely although the housekeepers don’t seem to understand the point of the do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast was great with a vast variety of options from full english to fruit and pastry. Little tip for any Brits staying here. The Spanish do Not queue for anything. If you politely wait your turn for anything you will just be pushed in front of by everyone. This isn’t meant as a criticism, it is there country after all and I doubt they even realise what they are doing but it is frustrating for us Brits who are the world leaders and how to queue and wait our turn. Same with the lift. If you wait to allow people out they will just walk in front of you. So when in Rome (or Spain) you just have to do the same. All lovely people though.

The hotel is ok, it’s clean. We stayed for 2 weeks, bed is very very hard, rooms are way too small, food it’s tasteless, plenty choices to eat. But if you have ever been to a hospital and had their food, it’s just like that. The staff ( lady) to add salt. But was not the salt it was not condiment in it. Staff not friendly, any way, I will never go back to that hotel.

A wonderful experience from check in to check out. We were here to celebrate a friends birthday. I must comment the bar staff they were so kind and helpful putting our cake and champagne in the fridge until we needed it. Alberto the young man on reception, os a credit to your company. What a wonderful young man. We will return ❤️

First time staying at Hotel Montemar and would very happily book again. Fantastic location, the friendliest staff both at reception and the dining room, good selection of food to choose from for every meal. The roof terrace is so relaxing with amazing views of the bay and glorious sunset. Bus stops outside hotel and short stroll to the old town.

No sé por donde empezar. Elegimos este hotel por las reseñas que leímos, cuando llegamos tuvimos una buena impresión por su ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Lo que nos pareció deprimente fue la habitación: húmeda, con poca luz siendo un quinto piso; bastante justa. Cogimos media pensión y la comida desabrida, repetitiva; era como si solo pusieran la comida sin probarla, sin darle importancia. Creo que pude haber ignorado lo de la habitación si la comida hubiera sido buena, pero no fue así. De hecho dos de las 3 noches no cenamos en el hotel. El cafe era tan malo, poca variedad de salados, la bollería como lo mas barato del supermercado y poca variedad. En fin, no volveríamos. Una pena porque fue nuestra primera vez en Benidorm
