Had a fantastic time at Hotel Presidente over Christmas the rooms are so comfy all the staff were very good.Resturant Staff were very hardworking and lovely food very good breakfast 👍 english bacon everything you want. The bar in the hotel Gallery a fine addition good prices John Smiths on tap cold lovely beer husband very happy. All in all 👍👍

Great hotel, brilliant location, really clean, Sunbeds around the pool are a little sparse and could do with more as people leave towels on beds all day and are never seen. Food is great, loads of choice everyday.

5 night stay for a family get together all staying in the hotel . We really enjoyed our stay few small issues with the hotel that could have been avoided but overall a nice hotel food was good plenty choice and fresh . Bar prices very reasonable . The 2 issues asked for 2 extra pillows on first day was promised they be sent up stopped asking after day 3 .. the poop is heated in winter months but only to around 20 degrees asked if this could be upped was told no if your heating a pool it may as well be hotter if doing so ..

The Presidente is a lovely hotel, well located in the new town. It could be better however. I was astonished to be asked to pay €5 for the maid to top up tea/coffee etc in the room. Another drawback was the room aircon as despite ours being adjusted low, it remained extremely hot. God help you in the summer. And finally the lifts. What a calamity. We were on floor 6 and had to walk the 7 floors up and down to the restaurant every day. If you’re getting on and having trouble with knees and ankles, then stay on the lower floors. The philipino bar was really good with great entertainment.

An excellent stay. The hotel was great. We are a pair of friends in our 50s looking for something quiet and classy during the day, but close to the nightlife. It didn’t dissapoint. We went full board, well worth it, the food is good. Drinks at meal times and around the pool good value. Small things that could be improved. During meal times the plates were cleared as soon as your knife and fork touched down. That felt quite rude at times. The elevators were noisy with lots of binging. We could hear it down the corridor, so must have been bad if you had a room closer. You don't expect to pay for a room safe. Not in a hotel of this quality anyway. We would 100% stay again.

Lovely clean hotel, rooms we're spotlessly clean and the food was very good, the staff were ok but didn't smile much. However the main pool was a little bit small for me and check in was a bit slow.

This is the fourth time of visiting this hotel. I have never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, helpful and the hotel is spotless. The food is excellent with plenty of choice. The bar prices are all reasonable despite being in a hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Added bonus of its own entertainment lounge so no need to leave the hotel in the evening if you don’t want to.

Beautiful clean hotel. Great rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely hot shower with large shower head. Had a room with street view. Noisy when window open but so quiet when shut. Had a big ceiling fan which helped alot as our room was stuffy. The restaurant is large. The staff are hard working. The food is plentiful. Breakfast was lovely. Evening meals were ok. Sometimes couldnt match a meal up but always something you could eat. Salad bar and dessert bars were lovely with plenty of choice. The bar attached,the phillipness has some great acts to watch. Drinks are reasonable. Nice place to sit for a show or a full nights entertainment. Overall a lovely stay.

Repeat stay, excellent from arrival to leaving. All staff so helpful. Comfortable rooms, no neighbour noise. Love the rooms facing The Arcos Hotel, great sitting there just people watching prior or returning from your night out.

Location is excellent, everything clean, stayed in Junior Suite which is great, nice and spacious and overlooks the front of hotel which can be noisy but fine if close the doors, beds bit hard, pool meant to be heated but tepid at best, lots of sun beds biggest disappointment was the restaurant, the quality of food ok but the choice very limited, no warm plates, replenishing of food sometimes slow (not really busy) only can get juice and water at breakfast have to buy bottles at dinner, but do clear your tables as soon as finished.

Clean room lovely pool view. Fantastic shower. Food was lovely every night. One fault , the air con was set to 24 degrees, and wouldn’t go any lower. a bit warm even for us brits! 20 in the rooms would have been perfect.

Stayed for one night at this hotel. In close proximity to the main strip and the bars and clubs. Just a short stroll to the beach. Rooms clean but although have a kettle you have to pay daily for the replenishments. We stayed in room 627 and it was quite noisy from the bars around. Other guests complained to us about the night noise from the streets. The hotel has a small library of about ten books but no reading area. The restaurant has an array of food to suit all tastes. The phillipino bar attaches to the hotel, was a great show (shame Leroy smoke wasn’t the best). He spent more time swearing and using the audience to sing rather than him being the entertainer. The rock/pop group was fantastic. Overall, had an enjoyable stay but due to the noise, we wouldn’t stay again.

Överlag var det en jättebra vistelse på detta hotell! Hotellrummen städades varje dag och man försågs med nya handdukar varje gång. Det här kan ju ses som mindre hållbart och kanske inte hållbart ur en miljömässig synpunkt. Middagen var väldigt bra och erbjöd olika tematiska maträtter för varje kväll. Om du har celiaki kan man enkelt fråga hovmästaren om pizza, pasta eller rostbröd så går det att få glutenfritt! Ett stort plus för en som är allergisk mot gluten. Däremot ingick ingen dricka till middagen vilket var konstigt eftersom vi köpt halvpension och det brukar ingå dryck till maten. Inte ens vatten ingick till middagen. Kuddarna på rummet får ett litet minus för att de inte var fluffiga nog och lite platta. ACn var nästan för bra och temperaturen gick inte att justera, men det fanns en härlig takfläkt som kunde användas under nätterna för att det inte skulle bli för kallt. Med det sagt, buffén erbjöd mycket till både frukost och middag, servicen var jättefin och hotellet kändes otroligt fräscht.

Just checking out now after our second stay here, the staff are all very hard working, thank you to Silvin who kept our room perfect. The hotel caters for a gluten free diet which my husband needs due to being celiac, if I could recommend one thing, it would be the evening meal had a little more gluten free options, maybe an choice of pasta to add to the sauces on offer. The hotel is across from Jokers and although our balcony faced it, the patio door was great. Thank you

An excellent stay. The hotel was great. We are a pair of friends in our 50s looking for something quiet and classy during the day, but close to the nightlife. It didn’t dissapoint. We went full board, well worth it, the food is good. Drinks at meal times and around the pool good value. Small things that could be improved. During meal times the plates were cleared as soon as your knife and fork touched down. That felt quite rude at times. The elevators were noisy with lots of binging. We could hear it down the corridor, so must have been bad if you had a room closer. You don't expect to pay for a room safe. Not in a hotel of this quality anyway. We would 100% stay again.

Having stayed here 3 times this year unfortunately the hotel has slipped in its standards. We tried to order food in the foyer bar at 4.50pm and was told that we have now changed time for closing from 7.pm to 5pm as of today. I said it is only 4.50pm not 5pm yet and was just told “l tell you we closed” Even reception said that I was right but said they could not do anything. However, I certainly can as I have been coming here for many years but will never return again. Great way to lose customers!

Beautiful hotel from start to finish was treated really well. Nothing is to much trouble . Reception helpful on arrival explain everything . Cleaners really friendly and do a job restaurant off so much variety food is hot and tasty my partner is really fussy eater but we ate there everyday . On check was offered water .for our journey ..will definitely be staying again .

Hotel is in great condition, desk staff are very pleasant but the the bar staff and waiters can be incredibly rude and unresponsive. I even had one of them shout at me when I used an open fire exit to access the pool when my card failed. Not really the four star treatment you expect. Other than that, the hotel is incredibly clean and looked after, just a shame some of the staff can’t raise their game.

Stayed for one night at this hotel. In close proximity to the main strip and the bars and clubs. Just a short stroll to the beach. Rooms clean but although have a kettle you have to pay daily for the replenishments. We stayed in room 627 and it was quite noisy from the bars around. Other guests complained to us about the night noise from the streets. The hotel has a small library of about ten books but no reading area. The restaurant has an array of food to suit all tastes. The phillipino bar attaches to the hotel, was a great show (shame Leroy smoke wasn’t the best). He spent more time swearing and using the audience to sing rather than him being the entertainer. The rock/pop group was fantastic. Overall, had an enjoyable stay but due to the noise, we wouldn’t stay again.

We must have had the noisiest 3rooms in the hotel 137 -139 we could hear everything from the phillipines bar as if it was in our room which didn’t Finnish till 2am only then to be woken early in the morning by cleaning staff scraping furniture across the floor in the bar below I was astounded when I discovered the bar was charging 1.40 euros for a glass of ice absolutely outrageous I love lots of ice in my drinks and I asked if this was true to get charged for ice to be told it was only if people took it to their room not if they wanted it in their drinks It would definitely have made me think about booking the hotel again if I had been charged I would have drunk somewhere else The tea & coffee in room was not complimentary if you wanted it replenished daily it was at a cost of 12 euros absolutely outrageous The hotel was nice nothing special I have stayed at many nice hotels and have never had these silly greedy requests for things that should be totally free in a hotel of this class It really spoiled my view of the presidente hotel The food was lovely & staff were great & were tipped accordingly for their service to our party The gala lunch was amazing with everything we could have asked for The full English breakfast was spot on Overall a wonderful stay only spoiled by silly greedy requests for things that should be complimentary

Beautiful clean hotel. Great rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely hot shower with large shower head. Had a room with street view. Noisy when window open but so quiet when shut. Had a big ceiling fan which helped alot as our room was stuffy. The restaurant is large. The staff are hard working. The food is plentiful. Breakfast was lovely. Evening meals were ok. Sometimes couldnt match a meal up but always something you could eat. Salad bar and dessert bars were lovely with plenty of choice. The bar attached,the phillipness has some great acts to watch. Drinks are reasonable. Nice place to sit for a show or a full nights entertainment. Overall a lovely stay.

Location is excellent, everything clean, stayed in Junior Suite which is great, nice and spacious and overlooks the front of hotel which can be noisy but fine if close the doors, beds bit hard, pool meant to be heated but tepid at best, lots of sun beds biggest disappointment was the restaurant, the quality of food ok but the choice very limited, no warm plates, replenishing of food sometimes slow (not really busy) only can get juice and water at breakfast have to buy bottles at dinner, but do clear your tables as soon as finished.

I recently visited Presidente and found that the restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms were nice and spacious, offering everything we needed. However, I was disappointed with the food as it wasn't hot and didn't meet a high standard. I hope they can improve on this in the future.

Överlag var det en jättebra vistelse på detta hotell! Hotellrummen städades varje dag och man försågs med nya handdukar varje gång. Det här kan ju ses som mindre hållbart och kanske inte hållbart ur en miljömässig synpunkt. Middagen var väldigt bra och erbjöd olika tematiska maträtter för varje kväll. Om du har celiaki kan man enkelt fråga hovmästaren om pizza, pasta eller rostbröd så går det att få glutenfritt! Ett stort plus för en som är allergisk mot gluten. Däremot ingick ingen dricka till middagen vilket var konstigt eftersom vi köpt halvpension och det brukar ingå dryck till maten. Inte ens vatten ingick till middagen. Kuddarna på rummet får ett litet minus för att de inte var fluffiga nog och lite platta. ACn var nästan för bra och temperaturen gick inte att justera, men det fanns en härlig takfläkt som kunde användas under nätterna för att det inte skulle bli för kallt. Med det sagt, buffén erbjöd mycket till både frukost och middag, servicen var jättefin och hotellet kändes otroligt fräscht.

Just checking out now after our second stay here, the staff are all very hard working, thank you to Silvin who kept our room perfect. The hotel caters for a gluten free diet which my husband needs due to being celiac, if I could recommend one thing, it would be the evening meal had a little more gluten free options, maybe an choice of pasta to add to the sauces on offer. The hotel is across from Jokers and although our balcony faced it, the patio door was great. Thank you

Stayed 3 nights in room overlooking pool bar. Room was great, comfortable bed, great aircon (had to figure it out myself), shower was as powerful as ive had in any hotel. Room was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily to a great standard, though Im a bit ocd anyway. Food was good in restaurant. Plenty selection, hot food was always hot and i wasn’t ever stuck for choice though Im not a fussy eater anyway. Plenty of sun loungers though there’s a queue from 0800 as folk want the best positions, it’s not like they run out of beds. There’s an elevated terrace too at the back with plenty more sunbeds or bali beds if that’s your thing. Only went to the gym one day as I found it locked when I was looking to access. Turns out you need to ask for the key at reception. Small gym but has enough to tick you over on holiday. Good aircon but take your own towel/ water. The show lounge below the bar had some excellent acts on. Mind show your room card for small discount. Think it was 50cents off my €7.50 drink but better than nothing. I was on glenfiddich malt so reasonably priced for a large measure. Overall a good 4 star hotel in the heart of the new town.
