I had a very bad experience. The primary objective of booking the hotel was there was an indoor pool. The hotel is located far away from anything, so with kids we booked it because of the indoor pool. However, the indoor pool was closed on Monday and on Tuesday we were told kids were not allowed according to the hotel policy. This is not stated anywhere in the pre and actual booking info from Hotel.se. So besides being a dissapointment, I had to take taxis to and from the hotel, as we had to do something else. I expect a full refund as this is completely false and wrong marketing. I have spoken you yesterday and a case should be opened. I expect a full refund,

Très belle structure avec de beau espaces et une excellente accueil. L'emplacement est plutot bien avec de bonne vu sur les montagnes. Les bémols pour moi est qu'il est vieillissent est a besoin d'un coup de neuf. La salle de sport laisse à désiré et le buffet du dîner n'est pas exceptionnel pour le prix. Dommage

Staff welcoming, the room acceptable but inadequate for a 4 star hotel as there were mould in bathroom no bathrobe or slippers.. Had to pay the indoor pool again not good enough for a 4 star hotel.. Breakfast very repetitive.. Lovely outdoor pool, Other than that everythingelse was good

This place is ridiculous. They built a hotel in the middle of nowhere and can only get there by car, then charge you €15 to park each day! The room thermostat was faulty and kept making an electrical buzzing every 30 seconds so we didn’t get any sleep. When I reported it, they said not to use my preferred temperature (yep!), yet it still made the issue the rest of the time. Cardboard has more flavour than ANY food, somehow even packaged sweets. We paid for an upgraded room and got a view of the carpark! The door and frame was hanging off being prised open and moved. There were horrible filler repairs that looked like an elephant applied it with their trunk. The room was tired and shabby. This isn’t a nice place to stay, maybe if your work is paying for it and free for you to stay, just don’t expect any sleep..

Fantastic 2 bedroom suite for family of 4.staff friendly- lovely views and balcony from room.-sadly pool closed in October but looked great and I’m sure beautiful in the spring/summer. Would definitely stay again

Hotel is located in nice,quiet,safe area. Great activities for children in the swimming pool however it did seem dirty around the pool during the day- would suggest to provide more bins and also clean the pool areas during the day.. Room (suite) was spacious and clean however no locks on the bathroom sliding door. The was a small kitchenette however no plates/pans or cuttlery provided... Difficult with the parking within and around the hotel... On arrival check in took 50mins to get the keys for the room considering it was 3 customers in front of us...

très très bel hôtel. Propreté irréprochable, personnel vraiment compétent. Toujours souriant, et extrêmement disponible. Piscine magnifique avec beaucoup de transat. Buffet repas vraiment varié et de bon gout. Un endroit ou nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Un très bel hôtel à conseiller !!!

Det var bara bra. Men kaffemuggar var inte ren i rummet. Vattentryck i duschrummet var låg. Man kunde inte tvätta sig ordentligt.

Está claro que en todos los hoteles cada vez cobran más a sus clientes y ofrecen menos. Este es otro ejemplo. Es el hotel donde más tarde nos han dado la habitación, (las 17:00h). El somier tenía una mancha muy visible de algo que parecía sangre, (ver foto). Las cervezas a precio de club exclusivo (4,50€) por lo que veis en la foto. No era ni de 33cl. Menos mal que no me pedí nada más llegar el cubata, porque me habría dado un mareo. El parking 15€ diarios. Para llegar al hotel muchos badenes. El bufet muy normalito y con mucho descontrol. En la caja fuerte te entra un paquete de tabaco, no mucho más. La habitación si tengo que decir que es amplia y el baño también. Algunos trabajadores muy, muy amables y respetuosos, pero otros hablaban mal de los clientes a sus espaldas. Por cierto, el domingo cuando llegamos, la piscina parecía un parque de atracciones de la cantidad de gente que había, no pudimos coger hamaca ni silla.

El hotel está bien, no para 4 estrellas, una menos quizás. La piscina fabulosa,el buffet muy bueno tanto desayuno como cena, la atención del personal excelente y muy amable. Las habitaciones un poco dejadas y los pasillos están sucios. Lo que no me gustó es que vinieran a arreglar la habitación a las 15 de la tarde, muy tarde. Había animación y era un poco un quiero y no puedo, faltaba fuerza y más música. Los alrededores del hotel es un secarral, no hay nada, te has de mover en coche. La estancia estuvo bien pero creo que es muy caro para lo que es y donde está. Sobretodo donde está porque en los alrededores no hay mucho que hacer.

Rooms were simple and nice, apart from the bathroom that had many black hairs sprinkled around it throughout my stay (before and after cleaning). I put a do not disturb/clean sign on the door after my moisturiser went missing. Evening 'entertainment' included live bands in the evening until 11:30pm, and the walls are paper thin so you get a private concert! Food in the cafe was very average and expensive with not great vegetarian options, but the hotel breakfast was good. Staff overall were really friendly and nice.

Hotel cómodo, amplio, moderno, limpio. Una piscina espectacular y muy cómoda, sin peligros. Camas súper cómodas para dormir. Desayunos con un catering muy variado y abundante. Personal del hotel muy agradable con especial mención a una de las recepcionistas, Magdalena, súper competente y muy colaboradora, simpática y cercana. Hotel muy recomendable, al que volvería a ir. La zona donde está es muy tranquila, lejos de la masificación y el barullo. Apta para todo tipo de personas, especialmente familias, amigos con niños y gente que quiera descansar o teletrabajar pues es perfecta y te da todas las prestaciones.

Très bon accueil par le réceptionniste de nuit, très sympathique, serviable et professionnel, malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée (1h du matin). Chambre spacieuse (suite junior), mais qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Chasse-d'eau d'un des WC cassée, heureusement qu'il y avait 2 toilettes, une dans chacune des 2 salles de bains de la chambre. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner inclus et accès au SPA, mais vu l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel (1h du mat), nous nous sommes réveillés un peu tard et sommes arrivés au moment de la fermeture du petit-déjeuner. Malgré cela, le personnel présent à quand même accepté de nous servir un café accompagné de viennoiseries. Par contre, quand nous avons demandé à la réceptionniste de libérer la chambre vers 13h, suite à notre arrivée dans la nuit, afin d'avoir le temps de profiter du SPA, ça a été une fin de non recevoir très sèche. Après avoir malgré tout insisté, nous n'avons réussi à "gagner" qu'une petite demi-heure. Malheureusement, même réaction peu accommodante (et peu commerciale) de la part de la personne du SPA, qui n'a pas accepté de nous laisser profiter du SPA malgré nos explications, et nous a dit de revenir dans 1/2h voir s'il y avait de la place. Vu le refus précédemment de sa collègue de la réception de décaler notre départ d'1h, ce n'était donc pas possible, et nous sommes donc partis sans profiter du SPA payé. Matelas un peu moérerais au finaléders coSPA.table que prévu.

Malheureusement, même réaction peu accommodante (et peu commerciale) de la part de la personne du SPA, qui n'a pas accepté de nous laisser profiter du SPA malgré nos explications, et nous a dit de revenir dans 1/2h voir s'il y avait de la place. Vu le refus précédemment de sa collègue de la réception de décaler notre départ d'1h, ce n'était donc pas possible, et nous sommes donc partis sans profiter du SPA payé. Matelas un peu moérerais au finaléders coSPA.table que prévu.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamer was ruim, schoon en vrij nieuw, mooie ruime badkamer. Het eten was top! Uitgebreid buffet zowel in de ochtend als het diner. Iedere dag een ander thema in de vorm van een land, Spanje, Frankrijk, Zweden, Azië etc. Het enige nadeel was dat je een auto nodig hebt of gebruik moet maken van taxi's. Wij hadden zelf een auto gehuurd bij Click rent, wat ook heel soepel ging. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

This place is ridiculous. They built a hotel in the middle of nowhere and can only get there by car, then charge you €15 to park each day! The room thermostat was faulty and kept making an electrical buzzing every 30 seconds so we didn’t get any sleep. When I reported it, they said not to use my preferred temperature (yep!), yet it still made the issue the rest of the time. Cardboard has more flavour than ANY food, somehow even packaged sweets. We paid for an upgraded room and got a view of the carpark! The door and frame was hanging off being prised open and moved. There were horrible filler repairs that looked like an elephant applied it with their trunk. The room was tired and shabby. This isn’t a nice place to stay, maybe if your work is paying for it and free for you to stay, just don’t expect any sleep..

Rooms were simple and nice, apart from the bathroom that had many black hairs sprinkled around it throughout my stay (before and after cleaning). I put a do not disturb/clean sign on the door after my moisturiser went missing. Evening 'entertainment' included live bands in the evening until 11:30pm, and the walls are paper thin so you get a private concert! Food in the cafe was very average and expensive with not great vegetarian options, but the hotel breakfast was good. Staff overall were really friendly and nice.

Très bon accueil par le réceptionniste de nuit, très sympathique, serviable et professionnel, malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée (1h du matin). Chambre spacieuse (suite junior), mais qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Chasse-d'eau d'un des WC cassée, heureusement qu'il y avait 2 toilettes, une dans chacune des 2 salles de bains de la chambre. Considero que el hotel no se corresponde con su categoría de 4 estrellas superior en comparación a otros hoteles de la misma categoria. Se nota falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones dentro del hotel. El hotel está limpio pero un poco desfasado en cuanto a los accesos y pasillos hacia las habitaciones. El personal muy majo salvo una chica de recepción que no sé qué hace tratando con el público.

Lovely swimming pool and main public areas were lovely .Incredibly rude receptionist on check in; yawning and so unfriendly; ruined our stay via first impression.The lady on departure was such a contrast (Maria), so wish we had been met by her.Rather expensive and the receptionist wanted us to give a deposit for the bath plug! Internet connectivity poor.Sadly wouldn't want to stay again.

Great activities for children in the swimming pool however it did seem dirty around the pool during the day- would suggest to provide more bins and also clean the pool areas during the day.. Room (suite) was spacious and clean however no locks on the bathroom sliding door. The was a small kitchenette however no plates/pans or cuttlery provided... Difficult with the parking within and around the hotel... On arrival check in took 50mins to get the keys for the room considering it was 3 customers in front of us...

Iwir fanden dass 16.00 uhr sehr spät für die check in ist und weil das hitel sehr weit vom stadt ist 7 km. Muss entweder mehr stadtliche bus verkehr geben oder vom hotel . Vom hotel gibt es ein transfer der 10 euro kostet fur ca. 5 km. Nur fur steand .taxi bis mutxamel 17 euro hin und mit bus linie 23 nach alicante 3 euro. Dh.34 euro plus 6 fur 1 tag wäre das günstigte. .Sie mussen Auto mieten . Die Dame marina neben rezeption fur auto vermietung usw. Sitz ,ist SUPER freundluch . Alle andere angestellten auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Wenn mehr transport wurde ich nochmal nach bonalba hotel kommen .

Lovely staff in a beautiful mountains area of Alicante Only issue is it’s around a 25 minute drive out of the city centre but it will cost you around 30 euro for a uber but a great hotel If you love golf this is the place for you

Flott og stilfult hotell med god service og aircondition. Flott badebasseng rett ved hotellet. Fredelig område skjermet fra byens stress, men likevel kort vei til Alicante by med buss og taxi. God frokostbuffet med mye å velge mellom var inkludert.

El hotel está bien, no para 4 estrellas, una menos quizás. La piscina fabulosa,el buffet muy bueno tanto desayuno como cena, la atención del personal excelente y muy amable. Las habitaciones un poco dejadas y los pasillos están sucios. Lo que no me gustó es que vinieran a arreglar la habitación a las 15 de la tarde, muy tarde. Había animación y era un poco un quiero y no puedo, faltaba fuerza y más música. Los alrededores del hotel es un secarral, no hay nada, te has de mover en coche. La estancia estuvo bien pero creo que es muy caro para lo que es y donde está. Sobretodo donde está porque en los alrededores no hay mucho que hacer.

El director del establecimiento ha probado la comida del restaurante buffet? Si es que no, error. Y si es que sí y permite esa calidad, todavía peor. Echa por tierra cualquier otra bondad del hotel, que tiene muchas. Increíble la pésima calidad de la comida en un 4* sup.

Das Hotel war bestimmt mal richtig toll, leider ist das aber schon etwas her. Wer zum Golfen kommt hat hier zumindest direkt eine Unterkunft. Von dem Essen im Hotel darf man sich aber nicht zuviel erwarten. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr bemüht. Es ist wohl der niedrige Preis das Konzept des Hotels

Staff welcoming, the room acceptable but inadequate for a 4 star hotel as there were mould in bathroom no bathrobe or slippers.. Had to pay the indoor pool again not good enough for a 4 star hotel.. Breakfast very repetitive.. Lovely outdoor pool, Other than that everythingelse was good

This place is ridiculous. They built a hotel in the middle of nowhere and can only get there by car, then charge you €15 to park each day! The room thermostat was faulty and kept making an electrical buzzing every 30 seconds so we didn’t get any sleep. When I reported it, they said not to use my preferred temperature (yep!), yet it still made the issue the rest of the time. Cardboard has more flavour than ANY food, somehow even packaged sweets. We paid for an upgraded room and got a view of the carpark! The door and frame was hanging off being prised open and moved. There were horrible filler repairs that looked like an elephant applied it with their trunk. The room was tired and shabby. This isn’t a nice place to stay, maybe if your work is paying for it and free for you to stay, just don’t expect any sleep..

Check in was ok tried to upgrade to the all inclusive that we had been given a price on the web chat but was then told it would be more and we had to have it for every day even though you are giving a daily price seems strange First room we had was nice it was a duplex but after being out for the evening we came back to a really bad smell we went down to reception and the lovely lady moved us along a few rooms and the smell was much better We would not stay at this hotel again we did pay for the dinner the first night but then just ate out as it's not worth 88€ without even water included

Overall good experience. The Hotel is situated next to the golf course and is in a very quiet area. The outside pool is great. Rooms are spacious. Though two things I didn't like. TV has no international channels. So if you are not speaking Spanish....Second thing no service outside at the pool so you will need to go to the bar to get your food and drinks.
