Entered room with bull ants scattered across the floor. At night guests had car turned on blocking the car park with headlights on the pool which also directed at rooms, with this group partying yelling and splashing in the pool area in front of motel rooms until very late at night, with pool supposed to be closed upon sunset. When calling after hours hotel number, I was advised they contacted the manager who said “no staff on site to help you, so if it bothers you, call the police for a noise complaint.”

This is a good property for an overnight stay. The rooms are well equipped with good bathrooms. Parking is generally close to the units. However, reception closes at 2 pm on weekends . They sent me a message at that time, which I didn’t pick up because I was driving. Keys are kept in a safe. They also don’t have wifi, and no ABC channels are available on the tv.

No kitchen area no cutlery apart from 2 tea spoons. 100 Dollars room bond on top of your booking fees without paying it your not staying. Had to buy a fan to push the cooler air from the air-conditioning. The photos that you see are old nothing looks like the photos apart from the reception/bar area

We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice place this was . Spacious ,good location and nicely styled . Walk to nice eateries and Woolworth . Even had biscuits with the tea and coffee big plus 😉 very nice outdoor table and chairs big bonus . Excellent value and highly recommended AAA+++

Noisy plumbing, every time someone used the water the pipes were extremely noisy. The microwave plate didn’t fit well rolled out when opening door, no tea towel or washing liquid to wash used cups, remote for tv stuck with tape to hold the batteries in place, therefore channel change or turning on and off was difficult. Anyone could park their car anywhere therefore we could not park in front of our room.

We had someone trying to open our door twice at night. One at 2.30ish am then again at 4ish am. We tried to contact the reception but there is no one there .. we called their landline number and finally spoke to someone and asked her to check the cctv camera to see who it was.. called again next day and after several attempts, got another person on line and she wasn’t aware of the problem. Hope this does not happen to any other guests .. there is no one at the Reception most times! One of our worst stays in this property

It was familiar as we had stayed there twice before. Very handy to shopping centre and family. Our only issue was with the air conditioner and had to report twice that it was not working.

We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice place this was . Spacious ,good location and nicely styled . Walk to nice eateries and Woolworth . Even had biscuits with the tea and coffee big plus 😉 very nice outdoor table and chairs big bonus . Excellent value and highly recommended AAA+++

No kitchen area no cutlery apart from 2 tea spoons. 100 Dollars room bond on top of your booking fees without paying it your not staying. Had to buy a fan to push the cooler air from the air-conditioning. The photos that you see are old nothing looks like the photos apart from the reception/bar area

Very spacious unit. Perfect for our family. Clean. Only con was that there were was no forks in the kitchenette for our takeaway dinner. We checked in after hours. Had trouble finding the room. No map supplied.

Aircon took 3 hrs to cool the room on arrival. Also staff turned off aircon when we left the room whilst they were refeshing the towels etc .So when we returned to the room it was hot and stuffy ,not what we wanted after being out at a concert .Would have liked to come back to a cool comfortable room. Not impressed at all . Shower was like an acupuncture needles ,would be good if you had skin an elephant
