Liked … very spacious and very well equipped (bedroom, family room, kitchen, etc); staff was very attentive and provided a fan when told room was hot. Very good value for the price. Could be better: I was there Sept 11-15, the hotel does not have air conditioning and temperature inside the rooms was 26-27 degrees celsius (approx. 80 Fahrenheit). We were able to sleep thanks to the fan that staff provided. Another thing to point out is that there was road construction with significant noise starting at 8:00 a.m. This will probably be a non issue in coming weeks as the city completes the project.

L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Dans la cuisine il y a tout pour se faire à manger. Couverts(2 cuillères..). Le lit très confortable. Le parking en sous-sol ( payant 11,25eu/ jour) sécurisé mais extrêmement étroit ( d'ailleurs il y a beaucoup de voitures qui ont dû toucher les murs car plein de rayures).En tout cas bien pratique. La localisation super, à moins de 10 mn de la cathédrale.

This is a great value hotel. Each apartment has a kitchen, lounge, hall, bathroom and bedroom. Located by the old town there are lots of restaurants and bar. You can have breakfast in the cafe do if you don’t want the 10 euro option you can order what you want at the bar. The parking is difficult for larger cars so can be stressful on arrival. Also there is a main road outside so expect traffic noise at night.

Wonderful location. Friendly staff. The included breakfast cafe was very good. For being an Aparthotel it could have had a better supplied kitchen. A couple of wine glasses would have been an easy addition.

Just north of the historic centre and a 5 minute walk to boulevar de siderias. Also, a grocery store eighth across the street. Separate, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very pleased with this stay.

Hauptprobleme: 1) Großer Verkehrslärm von der Hauptstraße 2) Keine Klimaanlage 3) Extrem enger Parkplatz 4) Frühstück: zu teuer (35 Euro für 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind (7 Jahre) und 1 Kind (10 Jahre)), vor allem, da wir das Buffet in Bezug auf Menge und Auswahl als ziemlich "arm" empfunden haben. Aber bitte, stellen Sie Französisch als Kommunikation & Haupt-Sprache ein. Ich verstehe immer noch nicht wie so ich die Emails immer auf Detsch erhalte.

2eme fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel,qui est très bien. Parking privé en sous-sol et payant. A 10 mn à pieds de la cathédrale. La chambre propre , mais la poubelle de la salle de bain n'était pas vidée. Dans la cuisine ,le strict minimum ( 2 cuillères,2 fourchettes). Il n'y a aucune tasse ou mug ou bol pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a juste 2 petites tasses pour le café. Sinon tout est très bien. La chambre double que nous avions eu la première fois était mieux

Excelente elección en Oviedo. A un paso de todo, buenas instalaciones, habitaciones amplias, excelente limpieza. Relación calidad precio que si la mantienen, será siempre mi elección en Oviedo.

La habitación amplia y cómoda, el baño limpio. Desayuno básico, aceptable. Personal muy amable. A unas cinco minutos de Calle Gascona, y diez acaso del centro histórico. Lo único complicado es parquear ya que es un espacio angosto.

Room had a bedroom and separate enclosed living room with pull out sofa bed so two people could each have a separate space to sleep. The sofa bed was comfortable. Also came with a kitchen that had a fridge, cooktop and microwave along with cooking and eating utensils. Easy walking distance to market, restaurants, and old town. Area was noisy, but with windows shut it was fine.

The hotel has a very good location for visiting Oviedo and surroundings. Spacious room/apartment. Bed too soft for our taste. Great parking option available with direct access to the hotel.

Buen alojamiento a escasos metros de la calle Gascona y del centro a Pie. Muy amplia y con el Plus de mini-cocina que me recordó a los apartamentos americanos con microondas y nevera mediana. En contra le falta insonorización suena todo muchísimo. Otras habitaciones, pasillo, etc.

El sofá cama fue super incómodo, de lo peor. Falta equipamiento en la cocina, de cosas básicas como un poco de aceite para cocinar, unas servilletas y cosas así que habitualmente encuentras en un Airbnb y son muy útiles. La ubicación es adecuada. No tiene estacionamiento, hay que pagar en la acera. Estacionar frente al hotel no es sencillo ya que no hay un espacio para hacerlo y pasan muchos vehículos en la vialidad.

El sofá cama fue super incómodo, de lo peor. Falta equipamiento en la cocina, de cosas básicas como un poco de aceite para cocinar, unas servilletas y cosas así que habitualmente encuentras en un Airbnb y son muy útiles. Fantástico como siempre. LLevamos años alojándonos en este aparthotel y seguiremos haciéndolo siempre que visitemos Oviedo. Personal muy amable. Apartamentos amplios y cómodos. Todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Se podría mejorar la conexión wifi.

This Aparthotel was perfect for our 2 night stay. First things to point out (these didn't bother us at all) - It is situated on a hugely busy roundabout, but has great double glazing which effectively muffles the noise - but if you are REALLY super sensitive to noise maybe this isn't for you. The apartment was huge. Easily sleeps two couples.. Massive bed in one room. Very large sofa bed in the large dining room. Well equipped totally separate kitchen and decent bathroom, excellent shower. Certain elements are now a little tired, but, look at the price for all of the space you have. Excellent value in my eyes. It is a ten minute walk to the stunning old town, the beautiful cathedral and endless restaurants. I fear that this place will totally modernise in the next couple of years, lose the beautiful wooden floors and also the essence of being right there on the edge of town. There's a very good Mercadona across the road for filling your fridge. Also underground parking at reduced cost to hotel guests. We didn't use the hotel restaurant, but it seemed very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again on our way from our home in France to our holiday in Portugal. Excellent.

Liked … very spacious and very well equipped (bedroom, family room, kitchen, etc); staff was very attentive and provided a fan when told room was hot. Very good value for the price. Could be better: I was there Sept 11-15, the hotel does not have air conditioning and temperature inside the rooms was 26-27 degrees celsius (approx. 80 Fahrenheit). We were able to sleep thanks to the fan that staff provided. The location is perfect for me...not rammed in a hotel zone but only a few minutes on foot to the old town and cathedral, and even closer to Gascon Street. The staff is very good also. Jose, at the front desk, speaks perfect English. He helped us very much. He oriented me to the town and gave my son a map with some highlights to get around. I definitely recommend it.

Muy buena ubicación, puedes ir andando a la mayoría de los sitios, los encargados de recepción y cafetería muy amables. A mejorar el desayuno, poca variedad en el buffet y si buscáis un sitio silencioso, no es el indicado.

Wonderful location. Friendly staff. The included breakfast cafe was very good. For being an Aparthotel it could have had a better supplied kitchen. A couple of wine glasses would have been an easy addition.

Accueil fort aimable et très aidant. Les prestations de l^'hotel sont de grande qualité, avec de belles portes, etc... Deux choses très importantes qui ne vont pas du tout: - le ménage dès 8H40 tous les jours.... avec des chaises qui sont traînées sur le parquet (donc pas d'amortisseur de bruit) et les talkie-walky des femmes de ménages dans le couloir très fort! - les fenêtres sont de vraies passoires acoustiques sur rue! C'est assez honteux Enfin, merci au personnel du petit déjeuner, très attentif, très poli et très actif! La tv est un peu forte pour le matin! sinon tout est parfait

This Aparthotel was perfect for our 2 night stay. First things to point out (these didn't bother us at all) - It is situated on a hugely busy roundabout, but has great double glazing which effectively muffles the noise - but if you are REALLY super sensitive to noise maybe this isn't for you. The apartment was huge. Easily sleeps two couples.. Massive bed in one room. Very large sofa bed in the large dining room. Well equipped totally separate kitchen and decent bathroom, excellent shower. Certain elements are now a little tired, but, look at the price for all of the space you have. Excellent value in my eyes. It is a ten minute walk to the stunning old town, the beautiful cathedral and endless restaurants. I fear that this place will totally modernise in the next couple of years, lose the beautiful wooden floors and also the essence of being right there on the edge of town. There's a very good Mercadona across the road for filling your fridge. Also underground parking at reduced cost to hotel guests. We didn't use the hotel restaurant, but it seemed very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again on our way from our home in France to our holiday in Portugal. Excellent.

El aparhotel está muy bien, muy confortable, la cocina con suficientes implementos, la habitación limpia, el baño con fuerza de agua fría y caliente. Creo que sería bueno adicionarle perchas al baño para colgar ropa. El restaurante- cafetería funciona muy bien, la comida es buena y atienden rápido. Ojo: no se les ocurra pedir ni una puzquita de sal porque les dirán que no. Enfrente tiene un Mercadona perfecto para apertrecharse de avituallamientos y está a corta distancia del centro. Este hotel es una excelente opcion: 9/10

This is a great value hotel. Each apartment has a kitchen, lounge, hall, bathroom and bedroom. Located by the old town there are lots of restaurants and bar. You can have breakfast in the cafe do if you don’t want the 10 euro option you can order what you want at the bar. The parking is difficult for larger cars so can be stressful on arrival. Also there is a main road outside so expect traffic noise at night.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was lacking in personality as far as furnishing was concerned but comfortable enough. Parking under the building is expensive @ 11 euros and very tight. It seems that there is free parking in the street but finding a space may be a challenge. The traffic noise was quite loud when the windows were open (we needed to do this as there is no a/c) but okay once the windows are closed. Lots of hot water once it arrives (many litres are wasted while the hot water is coming), comfortable bed, wifi a bit slow sometimes. Mercadero supermarket over the square has everything you need to make a simple meal. Can't comment on the breakfast but the menu seemed reasonably priced - 1.60 euro for coffee, 2 euro for a croissant. We concluded that our last minute booking for 1 night was good value at 62 euro.

This is a nicely located hotel, with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. It's a short 10-minute walk to the historic center, and the neighborhood is modern and clean, surrounded by greenery. There's a great grocery and market right across the street. The price for the area is good. The rooms are ok, if a bit worn. My main issues are with the hard memory foam pillows (which are never comfortable) and the noise between rooms, from the sides and above. All the floors are hard surfaces so you can hear every footfall, scraping chair, and housekeeping banging vacuums around starting at 8am. Perhaps not the best hotel for a good night's rest.
