Séjour très agréable dans un lieu calme et reposant. Service irréprochable, propreté impeccable et accueil chaleureux, toujours réactif. Que l’on vienne seul ou en famille, on s’y sent bien. La piscine est propre et très jolie, parfaite pour se détendre. Je recommande vivement !

Chambre avec araignées, vétuste, rideau de douche jaunie. Pas de balcon ? Non indiqué dans la reservation. Check out 10h , sur la reservation 12h? Seul le cadre est beau , la piscine ... Beaucoup trop cher par rapport a la qualité des chambres , des couloirs, a RENOVER....

Great value but far from everything. Meals were great fantastic breakfast and supper is a real deal at 18 euro including drinks. Nice pool, close to Montserrat but not much else. A nice atmosphere

La moqueta más sucia que he visto en mi vida, con un montón de marcas de pisadas o líquidos que se han ido derramando con El Paso del tiempo. Si la renovaran de vez en cuando o incluso cambiaran a otro tipo de suelo más higiénico podrían mejorar la experiencia varios enteros. Habitaciones no muy bien aisladas como muchos hoteles antiguos, pero por suerte los vecinos pararon de hablar en horas normales.

La habitación q nos dieron dejaba mucho que desear, estaba solo c las sabanas ni una colcha el suelo del baño sucio. Al día siguiente domingo noche llegamos y la habitación sin arregla bajamos a protestar y el señor recepción amabilísimo nos dio otra arreglada. Rellenamos hoja reclamaciones

Nos decepcionó, la cama estaba a medio hacer, no tenía protector el colchón (antihigiénico), habían pelos en las sábanas, tuvimos que ponerle el edredón al nórdico y toda la habitación en general poca limpieza, que para colmo el suelo era de moqueta.

Abbiamo prenotato la camera gia in tarda serata, stavamo viaggiando verso Barcellona. Personale della recepcion ci ha accolti molto gentilmente. Avevamo letto pessime recensioni sulla scarsa pulizia ,invece la camera era nuova pulita perfetta con tutti i conforts Ottima la colazione dolce e salato parcheggio auto ampio e gratuito .posizione comoda per raggiungere monastero di montserrat. 20 min in auto

El check in tardo muchisimo, segun la chica debido a que estaban haciendo cambios en la plataforma, pero no fue de mucho agrado llegar cansado y tener que esperar 15 mins a que nos diera la tarjeta de acceso. La habitacion despues de la ducha olía a desagüe. Eso si, las vistas y el lugar es precioso

El check in se realiza a partir de las 15:00 y el check out antes de las 10:00 de la mañana . La cafetería no tiene pan , el desayuno es hasta las 10:30 (incluido domingo) Nosotros reservamos el hotel para no madrugar el domingo y a las 10:30 un chico con cara de pocos amigos estaba pidiendo que saliéramos de la Habitación. Los pasillos del hotel muy estrechos,tuvimos que hacer malabarismos para poder pasar con las maletas cuando estaban los carros de limpieza. Los lavamanos de la habitación, muy pequeños, además de tener camas con ruedas y la supletoria tirada en el suelo. . Todas las semanas reservo 3/4 hoteles diferentes y este sin duda es horrible. Y dicen 4 estrellas, que se lo hagan mirar.

Dopo un lungo viaggio, arrivati alle 19.30 abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di cenare presso il ristorante della struttura oppure ordinando qualcosa in stanza. Ci hanno negato entrambe le opzioni motivando con la presenza di un gruppo di turisti. Negare la cena ai propri clienti ci è sembrato alquanto scorretto, visto che nelle vicinanze non c’è un altro ristorante. La colazione con cibo industriale di bassa qualità. Personale gentile

Checked in when room was ready at 2pm, wifi didn’t quite reach our room and kept dropping. Toilet seat was loose. Had a fridge but could not make it cold. Door squeaked hugely. Breakfast was good, some fruit and cereal options. Juice provided from dispensers or cartons. Machine coffee passable. Free ample parking if driving and you better be because restaurants are far.
