Palladian Hotel

We got an "apartment" with a king bed and a view of the square and the room was HUGE! There were two massive windows with blackout and sound cancelling curtains that we opened and just people watched all night from the two comfy armchairs. The bathroom is huge and super clean as well with a full tub and bidet. There is also a large entry way with a half bath and large closet area for changing. The breakfast buffet is fantastic though there are also multiple cafes around the hotel too. The location is great for sight seeing in Krakow. Excellent hotel! You also MUST try the excellent Shawerma shop across the street. Great for a late meal or hang over cure.

Great stay! The staff are friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean and its in a great location just next to the main square. Also had a complimentary drink token on check in after our long journey, which was very nice. Thank you

Fantastisk ophold! Allerede inden ankomst havde vi kontakt med hotellet, og personalet var utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme. Det fortsatte ved ankomsten, hvor vi fik en meget varm og imødekommende modtagelse af et engageret personale med virkelig høj service. Værelset var stort, lækkert og meget komfortabelt, og selvom hotellet ligger midt i bymidten, var der helt stille uden støj. Hele hotellet fremstod flot og indbydende – fra værelser og badeværelse til de små detaljer som gode toiletartikler. Morgenmaden var også virkelig lækker. En særlig fin gestus var, da personalet lagde en pose med pebernødder på værelset til os på vores sidste dag, efter min mor havde vist stor begejstring for dem. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse og absolut alle pengene værd – vi ville gerne have givet endnu flere stjerner!

Fantastic location. We can not fault this hotel. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and all the staff were extremely helpful. Lovely view from the bar overlooking the square.
