Comfort Suites Monaca

Our check-in was awful. We were there at 3pm but the gentleman staffing the front desk didn't show up for 15 minutes...he was off the property and drove up 15 minutes late for 3pm check in. We were late getting to a dinner meeting with family as a result and was not able to freshen up in our room until after dinner. We asked for a room on the first floor close to the lobby because my wife has difficulty walking any distance. He gave us a room on the 2 floor, the furthest from the elevator. On the positive side, the room was very nice, clean and the bed and pillows were A+. Breakfast was great, with a good variety and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything ok for price . Only complaint eater not hot just warm

The breakfast menu was fantastic and food free. I ate toasted bagels, boiled & fried eggs, yogurt, fresh fruits, hot waffles, coffee and juice every morning between 5am-7am. I packed a muffin, yogurt, and banana for brunch to take with me. I was able to make bagel/biscuit sandwiches to also take with me daily. I hope that they add turkey sausage to the menu vs the pork sausage/sausage gravy. I stayed for 3 days. I was able to wash my clothes before leaving ($2.75 to wash/dry). It was close to work, shopping, and entertainment. I have left Marriott to join the Comfort Inn at more affordable rates. I booked through Hotel.com.
